I want to start by saying your employees are amazing and I have never had a bad interaction with anyone in the store.I went in to the store twice yesterday and between the line at the pharmacy and the checkout lines I waited an hour in lines at this store.I have a one year old and it is very difficult to bag my own groceries when he is with me. To avoid this difficulty, you might suggest ordering online for pickup... However, every time I do this items are missing from my order or "unavailable".I guess I don't understand the point of poorly staffing, your pharmacy, your registers and online pickup... There's literally no good way to get service.

Best grocery store in town. Also one of the last to not basically force you to use self check out. Every time I go, the store has multiple cashiers unlike pretty much all other stores in town. I go out of my way to go to this store because of the meat department because of the quality and variety. Hate the parking lot but definitely not the worst.

I've been shopping here for years and years. Watch the slow decline in produce if even they even have it in stock. Shelves never stocked. No karts. No care from employees. No longer will I shop here. I'll drive to somewhere that wants my business. Pay your employees more or shut the doors. This store is only taking advantage of us, and ZERO service provided for the cost. Asked for a store manager numbers, and no one could even tell me or find it or even cared. BYE kings was a fun ride.

This King Soopers was a total trip for me. I'd never been to a King Soopers Marketplace before. I was unaware how different it would be from a standard King Soopers.First, this really is a Marketplace, I was reminded me very much of a small indoor mall or department store.The location has a Starbucks, Fred Meyer Jewelers, clothing department (with shoes), delicatessen, home decor section, Optimum Wellness booth, and other speciality offerings. There's a lot here.The store is large and open, each of the individual sections have a fairly sizable selection. The whole place has the feel of a warehouse store due to the ceiling height but the displays and isles are much more traditional grocery store.All areas are roomy and should allow comfortable wheelchair, motorized cart or stroller accessibility.The staff was friendly but not very present when I shopped. If my experience was typical expect to spend a little time hunting for an employee if you have specific questions.I really liked the selection here. Some of my favorite products were available in a notably larger selection than at a traditional King Soopers. The ice cream variety was much more diverse even including a goat milk option. The frozen foods overall had more options and flavor varieties. The kitchen/housewares section really covered a chef or household's needs with a lot more detail than I have seen at the other locations. A full range of small appliances are offered with multiple options including: microwaves, toaster ovens, toasters, electric coffees pots or traditional coffee presses and Keurigs, crock pots, and the like. . . (bedding, electrical irons, vacuums, clocks, wall and room decor, beer, sushi, flower department, seafood counter, oh my!)I would recommend this location if you are looking for an all around shopping experience for your home and family or if you simply want more variety to choose from.

I will never shop there again. Checker was so rude and not knowledgeable about her job. There were no baggers, so I was bagging my own. I was only half way finished but she started checking the next customer so his items piled up on mine. He tried to let her know but she didn’t listen. It was a mess. She had NO clue!! I was charged for bags I didn’t use. Train your employees to be respectful and how to do their job. I will drive much farther and pay more to go to a local market where all employees are kind and respectful. Also where the gas station doesn’t always try to confuse you so you can’t use your points.

I can always count on King Soopers to have everything I need to prepare a great meal for my husband or even buy treats for clients. I enjoy the reasonable prices, easy to find snacks, fresh produce and tasty Meats 🍖 and fish 🐟

According to store manager,this is the busiest King Soopers out of Colorado. Although they are usually short handed, they do stock well on their goods. They offer clothing and beer, but their jewelry store and U.S. Bank are no longer there. All of the cosmetics and toys are located southeast of the store. It is best to start from the west entrance where produce starts. Avoid going from 4pm to 6pm daily due to long lines at checkout.

Usually incredibly happy with the service here. Everyone is always friendly. Today however, not only was I ignored by deli employee Rico until Sonya(who is a gem and so helpful, came to see if I needed anything), Rico also was moving chunks of cheese and meats from the slicer to storage bags with his bare hands. That seems extremely unsanitary and makes me not want anything fresh from them.

I usually do pick up. The people are always nice. Sometimes I get substitutions that mess up coupons or "deals". However, when you reach out to customer service, they make it right.

Click list pick up employees are rude!! If you don't like your job find a new one. Management needs to address this! They also load everything at the very edge of trunk so when you get home everything falls out. They need training.

The other day, I popped into the grocery store down the street to pick up a few things. I was really happy with the freshness of their produce; you could tell they were brought in that day instead of sitting around. It's nice to shop somewhere that takes pride in its products and actually cares about customer service. I'll definitely be going back again soon!

It seems to me that there does not seem to be consistency concerning the availability of certain products. Example : pine nuts, " PAN" flour to make " arepas" and other products including the availability of one fresh herb versus another. Find that the store on 29th appears to be better trained to locate items on the shelves (making it a great shopping experience). Congrutalions! Please take the time to train personnel on Eagle Dr. Overall a good store. Unsure of the business decision to purchase Safeway because you no longer will have competition and the monopoly of Kroger may not be such a could thing.

This looks like a great place to spend your money buying groceries right!! WRONG this place is a zoo! They take away all the rotisserie chickens and stuff in the deli and the most random time's mostly around Dinner. super convenient. And the pharmacy is CLOSED on Sunday DO Better king soopers I stopped spending my 1500$ a month there. Walmart on 47th gets my money now.

I’ve been coming here for years but recently I’m thinking of changing stores. They close the secondary doors at 8 or at least they are supposed to. They almost always close prior to 8. When they close the doors they only close 2/3rds of self checkout. This causes extremely long lines. Employees stand around while customers stand in long lines for self checkout. 20 mins in line while there are 2 other self checkouts? It is insane. The line today stretched across the building. After 10 mins of waiting they opened ONE additional cashier line.

By far the best King Soopers location in Greeley. The facility is conveniently located right off the 10th Street not very far from Highway 34, I love also that it is a very clean very well-managed store, I love service and the team members that are service in this location and A-Reliable variety of assortment of products on the shelves all the time. Highly recommend this King Soopers location to anyone and everyone

This used to be the best grocery store in town. Now I try and avoid it as much as possible.Nothing is ever in stock. The order pickup is useless. And half the dang store is wine now. Just go back to what you guys had before and be a real grocery store again.

It is extremely irritating that we are paying record high prices for our groceries yet I have to bag my own groceries. Honestly, feel like the public is getting price gouged by Kroger considering that they profited $32.2 billion dollars as of April 30, 2023 which is another 5% increase over previous years. Surely they would still be making a profit without overpricing their products. Big companies are overcharging the general public for products that we have to buy just because they can! It is so sad! Obviously these extreme prices aren’t needed for paying staff when I consistently have to bag my own groceries. I am so tired of the ever increasing cost of just living!

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy!! And that’s saying a lot coming from someone who’s also a technician!! Absolutely do not transfer a prescription to this pharmacy especially not something as vital as an antibiotic they can even properly provide a fill by their “minimum 24 hour wait!”

This is by far the best King Soopers in Greeley. Always well stocked and clean throughout the store. They do a fantastic job of keeping the place nice and making sure what you're shopping for is available. The employees are friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. Definitely worth shopping here for all your shopping needs.

I love this store for the selection, the quality employees at the Starbucks, and the size of the seasonal section. The size of the store is a drawback is you are in a hurry, but the chips are in the front, so that’s awesome.

My favorite local King Soopers by far. It is always clean, huge store, very well spaced out. The produce seems fresher here than the other King Soopers.
