This KingSoopers has greasy hair dirty hand children running the registers handling food. DISGUSTING!!! My cashiers hands were black and full of dirt. The belt was also disgusting. The security guard is a ARMED out shape man with his pants falling down his bottom also on his phone. I did not feel safe. I called to complain night management talked back and said he’s a mechanic. With dirty looking hands I don’t care what he is, he shouldn’t be handling food. I Record everything and put it on social media also the phone call!!! I hope this goes viral. I’m looking to press charges. 4/27/2024

This place has started to go downhill. I've been shopping here for about 12 years, and notice a lot. A few weeks ago I had to use the restroom in the middle of shopping. The security guard (shorter one... definitely picked on in high school) kicked the stall door into my legs while I was relieving myself. He asked me about some food or something. I wasn't listening much because I had other problems in my hand. This was totally uncalled for, not to mention very unprofessional. I have a debilitating condition. This was assault! If it would have hurt me, I would have definitely sued, and defended myself. He is a failure at his job if he is attacking the very people he is supposedly protecting! I don't feel safe here anymore. This has always been my favorite store in town, and I know there are still good people working here. I will still shop here, but I have to keep my head on a swivel to protect from bathroom creepers. Thank you all! Don't let people like this make the whole store look bad.

Clean, well stocked, decent prices and nice variety. You can pick up everything thing you need in one stop. The aisles are spacious and the employees were available if needed.

It’s thanksgiving and of course it’s a mad house but I came in for one thing and one thing only.. Nasal spray. I thought I was going to stand in that line for hours but this nice employee young named Elaine pulled me up front and got me checked out super fast! Bless her heart! I hope she has a wonderful week she deserves it!

I came in this afternoon for a few things, and there was an older woman in the checkout line who was looking for her card and was very discombobulated. Dee, a King Soopers employee, was so kind and patient with her. It made my day. Hoping management sees this and does something nice for her. What a wonderful person!

I needed a cake in less than 24 hours and this King Soopers bakery ALWAYS comes through! The cupcake-cake was beautiful and delicious! Great work!

The vagrants have really taken over the area, so parking lot can be interesting. Inside of the store is pretty clean and has a fine selection, but definitely not my top king soopers to visit.

Tonight when my wife and I went in we walked by the fresh made chicken counter and it was broke down for the night. The issue is the warming trays are covered in mold. Its not like mold grows faster in warm moist places, oh wait it does. So i took pictures to show people why they are getting sick from king soopers chicken at this location. But it just shows how much they care about the customers at this location. Enjoy your chicken and mold 🤒🤢🤧🤮

Walked in with husband to purchase alcohol and didn't have an id but he did red head cashier was caulky and rude and when we asked to speak to management her response was a dirty look and smart mouth response. The older couple on the other side of self check out was not even ID. That is age discrimination neither person was I'd at all.

Was at the store and started dry heaving mid aisle . I felt really nauseas and ran to the bathroom and started puking immediately and a wonderful older lady named Mary came to see if I was okay . She stayed with me for about 5 minutes and even went to go get me napkins. People like this are what makes the world so much better and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness. Once again thank you so much Mary . You are wonderful !

They only except Certified service dogs. They don't except ESA dogs. The operations manager told me they aren't required to except ESA dogs so they don't allow them. I have PTSD and severe anxiety. I cant afford to pay $1000 to have my dog certified. I guess I will not be able to go out and shop.

I had a frustrating time with the pick up, but it was my own fault, and everyone was super helpful in helping me figure it all out. My cashier (Kevin I wanna say?) was the most delightful old man I had ever talked too. Please give Kevin a raise, he has no reason to be that cheerful, but he is and we love him for it.

I haven't been to this store in about 6 months and was very pleased to see it had been improved upon. There was a far better variety of choices on items, the aisles seemed wider in certain areas and better organized and the overall store was very clean.

Fresh hot chicken girl just don't seem to care. be right with you in a minute sir 5 minutes later giving out hard rolls cuz a package sits there wide open used to be a favorite go to get lunch cheap and quick kind of place Price went up quality went down Price went up quality went down

I attempted to turn in an application here and they immediately turned me down because I’m in school. I understand turning someone down because of their availability but I finish our schooling in 2 weeks. I spoke to VICKY on the phone and she was exceedingly rude she interrupted me, did not let me speak, and she hung up on me while i was explaining I would have open availability in two short weeks.

They were HORRIBLE at bagging. This young guy put a bunch of sharp items into the produce bag with my vegetables squishing them instead of using plenty of the grocery bags I had. They put all the heavy things in one bag and just tossed my eggs into a random bag which resulted in them opening. They need some updated training on how to bag because i work at a grocery store and I know its not that.

Horrible customer service. Employee was very rude to my wife at self checkout today May 3 circa 11:20am. Didn't get employee name, but employee was a grey haired, elderly woman working self checkout. Berated my wife and made her feel stupid when it was actually a problem with their system, not my wife. We usually go to the other 2 KS stores, because it seems every time we go to 11th Avenue location employees are terribly rude on multiple occasions. Management needs to council this horrible, denigrating employee. We won't be going to this location ever again.

They have over all great, respectable, kind customer service with amazing employees. The produce and other products are definitely 5 star respected in my opinion. The pharmacy is very knowledgeable and kind when dealing with them, King Soopers is definitely worth the visit

I love this store or any King Soopers (Kroger). When I go inside to do my shopping, wonderful customer service and decent check out lines even when busy. It sure beats those other retailers that I have not gone to in many years where they have 3 cashiers for the 200 people they have in line. Thank you!
