I love this store. I’ve came here forever. That being said it really seems like no one wants to do anything. I feel habit’s developed during Covid are being taken advantage of. Not everyone wants to scan their own groceries. How is it cool to have lines through the lanes with 5 people hanging out while 2 registers are open? 2. Look I usually don’t leave reviews like this but it’s ridiculous and this store takes advantage of that fact. Don’t even bother coming after 7 or they have 1 register with an attendant. You’d think in the day and age of self checkouts taking over jobs for people they would try harder. How bout 5 registers guys? No one just standing while things are backed up. Or let’s just cut 90% of the employees and go full self checkout since apparently it’s too much to ask to have more then 2 checkout registers at peak business hours after work during dinner time. Again I don’t usually do this but it’s ridiculous at the grocery store in the modern age.

I really enjoy doing order pick up… It’s a win for everyone, especially the employees. They don’t have to hear my kids screaming and fighting in the store. But anytime I try to do a pick up order there are next to zero organic groceries available. Organic produce they want to ship it? Ridiculous. Why do you not allow for certain organic items to be picked up. Makes no sense

Produce is terrible, If the fruit is not rotten it's lousy with fruit flies. Seldom can you find a hand basket, more employees shopping for customers than checking out customers, sale items never stocked over store brand items.It makes a lot of sense of why Walmart is doing well, they keep items stocked, and I don't have to watch 4 employees chat for 20 minutes with one check-out station open.

I am unimpressed with this store, as I have been going here for over 10 years and have now had 2 poor encounters with the click list department. They loaded my groceries in the back of the car that as soon as I opened my back, fell out and the wine I had purchased fell all over my garage ruining multiple bags of groceries and then tried to remedy with a low amount of $50 gift card that did not work when I went to use it in store and then was told to call the 1800 number - I can assure you I will not be using their store anymore.

Only employees acknowledging customers are the ones trying to sale you a credit card and they won't take no for answer. Super annoying when all I want to do is get my groceries and go.

I have shopped here once or twice a week for 10 plus years and I have never seen the customer service so bad! Every time I thought it was bad last time, they manage to top it. Employees are so unprofessional, from their attitude to their attire.

I have had the worst customer service experiences at this location on a number of occasions! One of the managers here ( an older woman w/ curly hair) is rude and disrespectful every time customers interact with her and I do not appreciate the way she treats my family and I. We used to shop here daily & spend 2000+ here a month but I have honestly started to avoid shopping here as much as possible due to her negative attitude and the disrespect we have encountered while shopping here!

Very rude staff. Managers have no control over customer service and do not hold employees accountable. Extremely unprofessional. Char? Car? Whoever the pickup manager is, is completely unsympathetic despite the fact that her department CANNOT get pickup orders correct. She refuses to acknowledge that her team messed up repeatedly (as in every single pickup order I’ve placed in the past 3 years) and makes the customer feel at fault. Overall, this store has completely gone downhill in the past few years I don’t support them being a part of the community anymore.

The lady who answering the phone called was extremely rude. I can’t describe how a costumer service talked like her because the way she talked to me sounds like garbage. I am a regular customer who comes to the store every 2 to 3 times a week. This lady made me hate coming to this store.That was First time I called and I’m not surprised after reading the reviews here.

I lost my mom on August the 5th and we had her Celebration of life on the 21st. I ordered a flower urn ring jewel tones and The arrangement was done perfectly .I also purchase two Bouquets of flowers and a Little arrangement that went in a mason jar. In all the order was very well priced and the two lovely florists were professional and accommodating. In times of grief you forget about the little things to bring joy to celebrate life. I want to thank King Soopers florist for doing a amazing job and helping me honor my mom .

Most, not all, employees at the 35th Avenue store in Greeley seem rude and unwilling to help customers and act like they don't want to be there working. Some cashiers never say hello or even thank you when checking out groceries. Yesterday a young male employee stocking the OTC medicine isle (not the pharmacy) was blocking an elderly customer from getting the medicine he needed. The employee was rude, ignored the customer, refused to move his cart a little so the customer could get his medicine, never spoke a word to the customer and never tried to help him at all. The customer was frustrated and left without his medicine. King Soopers management: Train your employees better in kindness and customer service, especially the younger ones with "attitude". Do better!

Writing this as an Instacart shopper.. I wish I could upload all the empty shelves pics I sent to my clients, but I took them on the Instacart app.. this store is too big not to be stocked right. I always ask employees if I'm just completely lost, and for this store both orders I asked employees and they asked other employees and I couldn't even get a decent replacement, which messed up my tip for 1 order.. the store on 11th isn't as big, but I prefer shopping their personally and professionally because everything is in its place, it's well stocked and if I can't find something staff can help me. King Soopers on 11th Ave is the best. An employee tried to explain that 35th is the best in sales, but duh.. it's in a much better area.. king Soopers on 11th is better stocked, with better employees.. I shopped 6 orders today.. 3 at 11th 2 at 35th and 1 at Walgreens. My 11th street orders had very few refund requests and both orders was over 1 hours shopping time expectations but I shopped them in 45 mins or less. Both my king Soopers as 35th orders war 10-15 minutes overtime due to replacing or refunding orders or their stuff just not being on the correct isle or shelves. District manager has a learning opportunity. 11th might be a smaller store, but they have much better staff and management..

Please train your staff to not put labels on the reusable zipper of your deli bags. Doing so would make it so families could actually use them. If everyone is properly trained it would allow us to buy the valuable $11 lunch meat ithout having to re-pack them every time in some other container. Please and thanks. - Local Families

I was on the weekend for mothers day looking for flowers. The manager Elaina was really rude, made racists comments ( I am latino ) after not answering my question when I turned around she made really nasty comments. I also my son & I witness how she pushed on of the cashier & was really mean to her. Many people witness how she talks to her pears. It was disgusting. She yelled & the poor girl was nervous. That was harassment. My wife has been there several times & confirmed that this personis not polite nor smiles. we ask a simply question & yelled at us. After giving us a really poor customer services & making racist comments I warned friends & family. I cannot think how they can keep such a bully at my local service. It is DISGISTING.

Their Mexican snack/food selection is disappointing but their Bakery and Deli are worth the longer drive. The chicken salad with the apple and dried cranberry bits is amazing, the crostata is absolutely my favorite. 10/10 in those departments, give those people a raise!

This Kings is larger inside than it appears outside. The parking lot was easy to deal with, and clean. The store was very clean and well stocked. Despite being very busy, shoppers were able to move around the aisles without being blocked or squished. The staff was very friendly, and the store was well organized and appears also to be very well managed. Highly recommended.

Empty shelves, aisles purposely narrowed for no reason. A strong sewer smell when you first enter. You have to bag your own groceries because bag boys are to busy standing around the manager, laughing. Everything in this store has gone downhill. This used to be the place to go for groceries in Greeley, now it's a stinky warehouse where you can't find anything you came for, and when the checkers ask you if you've found everything you were looking for and you say no, they just shrug. because yeah, what else can they do. Safeway is only marginally better but that's where I'm going from now on. Hey King Soopers! If you want me to bag my own stuff and check myself out how about a discount? I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me post without any stars let alone negative stars. Avoid at all costs.

Why are there only 31 coupons available on the King Soopers app and website to clip? Many of them aren't even for food products. There used to be hundreds of coupons to clip. Still, many of them were for household items and not for food. When prices are worse than ever due to inflation, King Soopers chooses to offer very few coupons. King Soopers must have raised the threshold for earning fuel points, too. No matter how many thousands of dollars I spend on fuel and groceries, I rarely get any fuel points when fuel is more expensive than ever and I get very few compared to back in 2017-2020 when I got $0.30+ off per gallon every two weeks.

I am always able to find the Beyond Meat products at a Kroger store. Not everyone carries them. Keeps me coming back !
