I had the best visit to this Jimmy Johns. I did not get employees names but 2 in particular went above and beyond service. It was inspiring to have 2 young adults offer to help me and my dog. While outside waiting for my order, one approached me asking if I had an order, then another employee came outside and said she would bring out my order and then sit with my dog while I filled my fountain drink. Then the original employee came out with his hands full of deliveries plus a large cup of water for Mila. She lapped up the water happily. I was impressed with their thoughtfulness. A wonderful experience, and of course my sandwich was tasty and fresh.Vegetarian options: Multiple sandwiches and wraps are available without meat.

Have the manager a chance to make our order correct and they made it just as terrible as the first try! Rotten lettuce, onion and soaked bread that is falling apart.Top it off the delivery driver through down the bag with the remade sandwiches on my coworkers desk.

Older gentleman who by himself made all of my sandwiches was amazing. Younger guy took my order and disappeared then 5+ minutes later the “Manager” arrived looked at me my child and the AMAZING gentleman making our subs and decided to go hang out at the tables outside. She/He/Them decided to get up and come back inside to answer a phone as the gentleman was still working on sandwiches. She/He/Them couldn’t be bothered I asked who the manager was and I didn’t even need a verbal answer after the look I got but the person who could not careless was the manager. As I left I asked that person who the manager was she/he/them agreed it was them. I said shame on you! This is ridiculous! God bless that man who was working so hard.

Don’t get me wrong I LOVE Jimmy johns sandwich’s but this specific location consistently takes 45+ minutes to deliver to me. They also are sloppy in their assembly of the sandwiches. The most recent time I ordered it took over an hour for them to get it to me. When I complained they did not give me any compensation for the food being soggy and old. I would recommend going to any other Jimmy johns in town besides this one.

Can you tell your drivers to read the damn notes. I have a newborn that just went to sleep, notes say don’t knock plz leave at door. Your driver knocks loud as hell, the proceeds to ring the doorbell a couple times then stands there and waits for me to get the door like come on. This was at 7:00pm

Listen I don’t ever complain but seriously, I dealt with the most unprofessional manager/team tonight. We had ordered food for delivery to the hospital and they didn’t know where my order was or what my order was, even with me offering the order number. I gave them an hour to deliver it, and I got three different stories as to what happened to my order. I was then promised food and my money back, but was called 22 minutes later after waiting again haha, you can believe I was annoyed by that point. The manager couldn’t even tell me when he was going to “void” my order to get my money back, I have to call again tomorrow to see if I can deal with another manager who will take me seriously because I paid for something I didn’t even receive! I don’t know what their dine in experience is but I will not get delivery from this place again, such a shame. I can’t tell you guys how much I wanted my jimmy johns after a long day at work! Maybe their morning crew is better than their night crew, but that shouldn’t matter or be a factor in getting good service.

This jimmy johns is a JOKE!I ordered on DoorDash. Estimated time was 18 min. Took an hour and 20 minutes, Sammies were soggy as could be by the time I got them. Called 2x and they couldn’t be damned to do a thing about it. “Gave”me a $7 dollar voucher an a $50 bill, but just took down my number and said that was the voucher(seems sketchy). Seemed like everyone there’s high as balls. Order from literally any other jimmy johns 😂

I just love the ice tea and the Dr. Pepper here. The sandwiches are so yummy! I love trying the seasonal flavors. The staff are always so nice 😁Vegetarian options: Unwich is SO good!

Normally fast and always good. One time I visited they were making some sort of party platter or catering trays and did NOT fit my sandwhich in at any point. Took over 10 min, and when you compare that to normal which is maybe 1 min, you can see my dissatisfaction. We go because it's fast. They should definitely try harder to fit in normal lunch time orders while making those trays. Always been fast otherwise!?

Went here in person because the delivery was horrible. I guess ordering in person is even worse. Told by the dirty hippie behind the counter to order off of the board or he couldn't help me. Sandwich sucked, was total Bull. then was asked do you want peppers on the side, still never got peppers, then got a half full bag of chips. This place needs to be shut down. Pathetic.

Always smiling and happy to see me because I order here 2-3 times a week. The people know my order and get it started when they see me which makes it even faster. They are the fastest and friendliest place in town! Always love the music playing and the people are so nice!

Coming from the East Coast, I have to say I have missed having a place to go to get a good quality sub. Though Jimmy John's competitors, Subway and Silver Mine do provide a decent generic sub for the money, Jimmy John's pushes it over the top with the best quality ingredients and good sized portions for the money. I have still had better subs back east, but for this area no one can rival Jimmy John's quality and authenticity. Well done Jimmy John's, good subs, good service, and good prices!

Jimmy John's the house of freaky fast. Appon entering the establishment i was faced with Julian who took my order (according to my receipt). As i was ordered for someone else i asked what sandwiches had ham and he did not disappoint. He named evey sandwich that had ham in a quick and speedy manner. We went in for lunch in between softball games which means not alot of time. The staff was nice and quick Jimmy John's Quick! Ordered our food got it quick. Clean place food was delicious, I got one of there Ceaser wraps OMG WOW DELICIOUS! I got there names but I wrote them down lost the dang receipt. But there were AMAZING! It was Saturday August 21st around 330 I'm going to guess Thank you for being AWESOME

Absolutely love Jimmy John's sandwiches usually they are very quick too! This is located in a good place for University students and is close to Starbucks also. It is not in the best shopping center though! Sometimes avoid heading over there. Our favorite sandwiches at The Bootlegger Club in the beach club!

This was the worst sandwich I have had ever. I ordered the veggie sandwich. I got the bread with two slim slices of cucumber, two small Slices of tomato. One of the thinnest sliver of white cheese I’ve ever seen. When I opened up the sandwich and looked inside because it was so barren, I did not see the avocado. I showed it to the fellow that works there, and told him I was supposed to have avocado or guacamole on This sandwich. He Glared at me and said in a sarcastic manner, “ it’s under the cheese.” He lifted the cheese up and said “See.” Sure enough, there was a speck of guacamole. I said, “you must be kidding.“ He gave me a cold Stare. My come back was, “OK, I will remember this, and I will not be back.”

Jimmy John's on 11th Avenue did an awesome job with the platters I ordered on 9/23/17. I was a little worried when I showed up 45 minutes early from the requested pickup time and they infirmed me that they didn't have enough bread. 45 minutes later though the order of 3 1/2 platters was complete! That's 35 full sandwiches and dealt with other customers to! Great job!

This location has NEVER been freaky fast. Food is decent when it finally arrives but expect to wait. This place doesn't even deserve to call it self Jimmy John's. It's a embarrassment to the brand honestly.

Being that my wife and I enjoy venturing out. Today, we stepped into Jimmy John's to try experience the "unwich"- also the #12. Very much to our Delight the sandwich was delicious. As to our experience at Jimmy John's, very pleasant. Nice, clean establishment, and the service was fast prompt and respectful. Being nicely located on 11th street downtown in Greeley. I welcome many to journey in and give a try.Definitely recommend...

Good food, stupid company; delivery unavailable at 1.5 miles.Going east from this location, approximately half of their one mile delivery range is largely uninhabited commercial lots. My subdivision is less than a half a mile beyond this boundary, but apparently corporate policy makes no exceptions and my subdivision will not be served. Silver Mine it is.
