Have shopped here for years. They care and so good customer service. Wonderful healthy food options for your pets and knowledgeable staff to guide u. I love the doggy baths. Can get nails trimmed etc! We get our food and treats there. Its expensive but only the best for our babies. If u have special dietary needs they can help. I reccomend.

The VERY NICE YOUNG lady that helped me find not only treats dog toys and the peanut butter spread for the dog toy. Offering different options of what I could do. Her concern when I told her ARLO not once but twice in this week eating 2 pairs of glasses. And I couldn't find one of lenses. Thank you Terri and your staff. Only negative experience I’ve ever had here. Apparently I’ve never shopped there. My name starts with an ‘E’ but only Anderson came up. Cashier told me that nothing I bought came up on the computer so “I’m just entering your name for nothing.” No bag to carry multiple items. Cashier was frustrated with me when I said I didn’t understand what he meant. Asked if he had charged me for everything if nothing was in the computer. He said “you paid so you can go.”

1000% recommend coming here! First of all support local! Second the moment I walked in I loved the vibe! The owner greeted me she was super kind and sweet! The store clean and so amazingly beautiful and organized! She answered all my questions was very helpful. Even gave me a bag of dog food and digestive system pills for my dog! I was almost in tears that was the nicest thing ever! I will definitely be coming back! They gained a customer for life! Thank you so much!!☺️

If you are looking for great treats friendly staff, and highly knowledgeable trainers. This is the place. They recommend a trainer that got my dog right into shap. Now I can take him any and everywhere without worrying about him pulling me around or running off.The staff is always great when I need new treats because he gets tired of the ones he has. They know what to give what dogs and ask you alot of questions to make sure hey can recommend the correct toys, leashes, etc. I absolutely love that they across the street from my home because I can run and get what I need at any time. If you haven't been yet, go soon !

I’ve known about J&T feeds for years but only recently became a customer. I was sick of the trash that most major pet food companies manufacture for our babies, so I decided to check them out. They carry a large selection of high quality foods that you can be proud to feed your pets. They even have a good amount of local items!Their staff is kind, knowledgeable, caring, and patient - not to mention so down-to-earth. What used to be a mundane task, has turned into something I look forward to every few weeks.The customer service is unmatched, and they are so generous in their exchange/return policies. The shop is always clean and organized, and their dog washes are immaculate!They are truly an example of how a business should operate, and I will continue to be loyal to them as long as I have pets!

I was referred here by a friend and came across the nicest guys. I never knew this place existed, and I'm for sure coming back for my dogs... I was in a hurry as my dog had an issue and was in pain and was super itchy with ear discomfort, and they helped me so much.. with the things they recommended hes so much better and more comfortable, and they even offered to give me free samples of food to help him!! Ummmmm, why haven't I heard of this place sooner... a place I definitely overlooked and won't again

Best local pet food store I've ever been to! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, and the food they stock is actually good for your animals, unlike a lot of grocery store pet foods. I use nutrisource, and there is a punch card system here so you can save up for a free bag of it! There are a couple other brands they do punch cards for too!

Everyone who works at J & T Feeds it very friendly and helpful every time that I go in there. It doesn't matter that I only have one cat. They also keep track of how many bags of cat food I buy, and when I have purchased enough bags, I earn a free one.

Awesome MahPah that has all your pet needs in one stop. The Big Box stores have nothing over J & T. They also have facilities with access to the BEST K9 trainers in the State (Synergetic Canine Solutions). This group of people know and understand your pets. Check it out!

Basic customer service is becoming rare nowadays, and great customer service is even more so. The whole crew at J & T Feeds is awesome! They are all friendly, and knowledgeable. Love supporting local businesses and it's even better when the people working there are exceptional. Special shoutout to the two young men working there. Seeing the younger generation execute solid customer service is the icing on the cake.

I have shopped at J&T Feeds for years but went in when they moved to give my dog a bath. It was a disaster. No doors on stalls, and the hose to dry them barely reached the dog standing in the bath. i waited a few months and went back in a couple of days ago and asked if they had a groomer to clip my dogs nails, he said yes and took him into a room with dog food and he came right back out and said he didnt want his nails cut and gave him back to me. Then he said just go into any stall you want. I had to ask for towels and they had put swinging shower door on the stalls but no way to close them so my dog can still get out. The hose was still very short, the hair from dogs before had not been cleaned up and the bath was very dirty with hair in it. I cleaned it the best I could. My dog had to stand in 3 inches of water as I tried to dry him in the bath tub. The little trash can was completely full of dog hair. I was bathing him before his vet visit or I would have just left. Sorry but I wont be back for a bath.

The people here are very knowledgeable and friendly. They explain things about the products they sell. They have lots of different varieties of bones and goodies for both your dog and cat. We shop here all the time and we recommend it to our friends.

Used bathing station for first time today. Station was immaculate, you get a basket with brushes and a towel. Dryer blows a bit hard for a little dog. Employees check in on you to make sure you are doing ok, always offering to help. VERY good overall experience. I will definitely use them again.The store has the best selection of XS and S collars and harnesses in the state.

J and T is great! Lots of variety of food and goods. If they dont have something for your pet, they probably have a good alternative or can order the thing you need. Penny is possibly my favorite employee. Hard worker.

Was just in here and it is a totally different experience from the big box stores. Very helpful staff and the place is immaculate and clean! They definitely just earned our business from here on out. If you are looking for the top of the line and healthy products for your pet this is most definitely the place! Would give 6 stars if I could.

These guys are great! They are not going to have everything I need anymore but what they do carry, I'm shopping there. They also carry some great animals toys and decor and accessories for us hoomans! And the prices are comparable to petsmart and better than petco! They get 10 out of 5 stars in my book. That is probably why they are so busy almost non stop.

These guys are awesome! Ive been buying food from them for several years now. I thought I was feeding the best when I was feeding Blue Buffalo but they explained to me why I was so wrong. They are SO knowledgeable about nutrution, different breeds and some medical issues too! I won't buy pet food anywhere else again! My 15 yr old German Shephard acts and looks like she's many years younger and I truly beleive that a huge part of it is because of what their staff has recommended to me! Our vet even told me that she has already exceeded the average life span for her breed!
