Our family showed up on a Saturday morning. Saw a couple SUV’s we liked. Without hesitation we got the vehicles keys. Test drove them. Chris offered us to take the vehicle for a couple of days before we made our mind up. I replied it was unnecessary, before you know it, less than an hour we’re out the door with a great vehicle. Kids loved the puppers, she was so playful. Overall great experience.Thankful for the easy process.

So thankful Independent Auto Broker was suggested to me. Saved me hours! I recently purchased a Utility Trailer. Fun Fact about Colorado is if you buy a Trailer that was licensed/titled in a different state you have to get a VIN Verification Certificate before you can get the new title!! So thankful they can do VIN Verification!! It took me minutes to get the certificate compared to if I went through The State Trooper Office, they could take months to get the paperwork back to you. Great guys to work with and I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

I went to check out a good deal on a small travel camper on Wednesday. I ended up applying for financing and they held the camper for me regardless of having cash offers. Once I was approved I made my way over. Chris showed me that everything worked and gave me a run down on how to use the camper. I took the camper out this weekend and it worked flawless. All the appliances and pumps worked as they should. I’m really happy with my purchase and definitely recommend these guys!

They really impressed me with their diligence to find me the best financing deal available to them. I purchased a mini van. And it has been running great. The owners there are a great help and they work with you on what kind of automobile you are looking for. The price on them are also great not very expensive. I will be buying my next truck there. The service that they give you is just the best. They really do help you when you need it. This Monday I visited Independent Auto Brokers to I take a look at a camper that had been listed on Facebook.After walking around the camper I was met by Chris, the owner, who gave me more information about it. During this conversation, Chris and I discussed the hail damage on the front of the camper that was not present on the photos he had posted. Chris explained that the damage had come from a storm last night and offered to take the cost of repairs off the camper as soon as an insurance assessor had given him a number in repairs. Fair enough...Later that day, I called back to see if the assessor had been by and was told to call back later. Same thing the next day... On Wednesday, during my (now daily) talk with Chris I made clear that I was still very interested and mention that I could swing by within the hour with a 50% down payment. Chris said he would not sell without a quote from the assessor, told me he would reach out to his insurance then call me back. He did not.The next day I called again only to be told that someone else had bought the camper that Chris said I could not buy... Overall, my experience with Independent Auto Brokers was extremely frustrating, and their communication left a lot to be desired.Edit: Thank you for the quick reply. Although it seems that we won't be able to see eye to eye on this, I did want to make one or two corrections for the sake of those reading this review.Your response mentions no communication until Wednesday when the camper had already been sold, however this was not the case. My call history shows 4 calls on Monday, and 3 on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I talked with Jordan, who confirmed that an insurance adjuster had not yet give you guys a quote.This was critical information because as per our conversation on Monday, the camper could not be sold without this quote even in As-Is condition.Essentially I was told that the camper was not available for the first three days and on the 4th day I was told it was already sold. Had I known it was available, I would have bought it. In total I called the dealership 10 times so I don't think there was any lack of eager-ness on my part.

Went to buy a truck they set me up with their bank. Ran my credit witch lowerd it then sold the truck while my credit was being ran. So it kinda went for nothing. And now I have a lower credit rating. Thanks. Wish I could put zero stars but thats not a option.
