Yesterday we came in looking to buy a new car. We were told to come back tomorrow at 2 to look at the car and make a deal. We came in at 2 and the salesman’s wasn’t even there to help. We were then directed to Amy Fielder. Which I’ll start with saying was the worth sales person we have ever had to deal with. She acted All nice at first and then became very rude and arguing with us and was very childish. We were then told a monthly payment of over $700 and the payment should have been $480 a month. We were told by her the average interest rate was 12.9% for a person with a credit score of 850. We tired to make a deal and got yelled at and argued with. Then we decided to walk out and she wouldn’t let us take the paper for this outrageous quote. We left and went outside and she came out and told us she could do 530 a month instead of 600. Which was still over what it should be, we said no and explained that she’s giving us a rate that is terrible and not working with us. She then came back out 1 minute later and yelled and arguing with us once again. There’s no words to describe how terrible this experience was. We decided to drive the extra hour to foco Honda and made a good deal very quickly. I highly recommend you stay far far away from this dealer and take your business elsewhere.

The Service went above my expectations of what I needed serviced on my Passport. They fixed recalls I didn’t know my vehicle needed. They gave me an accurate estimate of time and money, very reasonable. Definitely worth driving from Loveland for this great service.

I took my car in for an oil change and it was done quickly. They also found that I missed some requested work to be done 30K miles prior and were willing to fix that too without making another appointment. They were done with the 45 Minute work quicker than when I took another car in for an oil change that took an hour and a half. That was all they did. Very pleased with the service and prompt work.

Honda of Greeley really is a great place! We purchased a vehicle here and have had lots of routine done here. They have many awards on the wall, and I can see why. They are very professional, timely, and friendly. They communicate regularly, and for me they provided a curtesy vehicle for a lengthy repair when the AC was not working and parts needed to be ordered It was all covered by the extended warranty, but they really came through. I could not be more pleased with their service and results. I have had warranty work add ons to the vehicle and recalls all completed at this dealership. They know their stuff!!! 10 out of 10. Adam Burnett helped me out with a recent repair covered by warranty, and he was great. Driven many types of vehicles by many manufacturers and I think we have something special right here in Greeley with Honda of Greely! Check them out.

Was from out of town Illinois and Honda of Greeley fit me in diagnosed and repaired despite being booked. Honest repair although the initial diagnosis was 3X more expensive they repaired at lower cost. Hard to find repair shops that you can trust and this one you can.

Was very pleased when I called & reported that my new car was saying that I had a low tire. The man on the phone was very pleasant and told me I could bring it right down. They found a nail in the tire. It was fixed in less than an hour at no cost.

He also was the communicator with my extended warranty, and kept good communication with me the entire way. I just traded in a 2017 Ridgeline for a new 2023. I didn't want to change my payment and they worked out a good deal for a lease. Sammy made the process straight forward. Once agreed on the numbers over the phone, we were in and out in less than one hour. They followed up in a week with a box of chocolate chip cookies...nice touch ;) Highly recommend if you are in the market for a Honda.

If I could give zero stars I WOULD. I had to go back 5 TIMES to get an oil leak fixed, in which they didn’t fix, broke a part, and gave me two warning lights. Do not go to them unless you want an unhelpful and frustrating experience. The amount of gas and time they have wasted as well as their rude service employee has ruined my experience with Honda dealership indefinitely. I have an 2005 Honda Crv which I had gotten numerous repairs previously done by this same dealership with exceptional service. However in the event of their carelessness and inability to provide one of the most simple services of what they claimed was a minor oil leak, they will not be receiving my business anymore.

Honda of Greeley is NOT the nearest Honda Dealership to me. In fact, it is 45 miles from my home, still I went to them for 2 major services and the reason was they had the best promotion going that time around. Both times I worked with Service Advisor named Mr. Corey Bodkin. He is a nice gentleman who is patient and courteous.My last visit to them was in May 2023 for replacement of Timing Belt, essential fluids etc. for my Honda Pilot 2016. It was $2000+ service. They kept my car for a day longer than committed but that was not a problem as they provided me a nice loaner. Overall, the service was well done and so far car has been driving nice.I had another service at Honda of Greeley in Dec, 2021. I had Brake Pads and Rotors replaced for my Honda Pilot. This was almost $800 service however after couple of thousand miles I started to hear squeaky noises from my rear passenger side wheel while braking. I purposefully took my car to Honda of Greely for my next oil change and reported this issue however they sent me back saying they didn’t find anything wrong with brakes. However the noises continued and they were so loud that my son could hear them from 100 meters away when I go pick him up from school. So when I went for my Timing belt service in May 2023, I reported about noises from Brake to service advisor Corey. He promised to look into it. When I picked up my car, I was told that they did the greasing in brakes and test drove it noises are gone. I drove the car back home and guess what I hear same noises again next day. My son made a video of noises. I again called Honda of Greeley and informed them about the noises and shared the video. They asked me to come again and get brakes checked. A few days later I was at Honda of Greeley again. They inspected my brakes and adjusted a clip that the technician thought was the root of the problem. They said that the brake pads and rotor looked good otherwise. I drove the car back home. For a month, there were no noises so I was happy that the issue was finally resolved but then the noises were back.So this review could have been 5 star but it is 2 star because they failed to fix the issue. I made several trips to their service center each 90 miles round trip with several hours spent but they couldn’t fix the problem. They could replace brake pads or rotor or whichever part was root of the problem rather than work arounds but not sure why this was not done.I still believe this is a good Honda Service center but my experience has not been great as my problem is still there.

Very very bad experience.I got my car from this place in October and I’ve literally had nothing but problems with it I highly do not recommend Honda of Greeley not unless you want nights and nights of no sleep and stress because of the junk cars they try to sell and get you pushed into.

My experience with the service department at Honda of Greeley has always been wonderful. This time they went above and beyond. I had my oil light come on Thursday and knew i needed to pick up my Father from a care facility on Saturday. They made sure to fit me in on Friday. I am so very thankful. Honda of Greeley does an outstanding job with customer service. They are the best.

Purchased a used car from here, within 3 weeks a tire went bad. I took their word for it because they said everything passed inspection and my girlfriend had a good experience here. Which I shouldn't have done, and when I messaged them about it, all I was told was it passed inspection, sorry. The tires were older than the car, almost 11 years old, I don't see how that passes inspection if they are unable to be serviced. This was very disappointing, I had a friend looking for a similar vehicle, but now I am skeptical to recommend anyone. Nobody mentioned anything to me about the tires, was simply told, everything passed inspection. If you are looking at used vehicles here, I'd recommend bringing a mechanic with you. If something this subtle passes, I'm worried more about the inspection that was done all around and having more issues pop up in the future. This Dealership is not to be trusted. This certified Honda dealership operates like a third rate crack dealership off of Colfax. They might show you a Carfax report that says no collisions when in fact you might fight find out later that your car has been in a collision that hasn’t been reported. They have let women leave without copies of the paperwork they’ve signed. They have told people that have bought cars they’ve changed the oil and other fluids fire they leave and HAVE NOT! This is the one and only Certified Honda Dealership that I can without a doubt tell you is not only untrustworthy but completely predatory especially towards women. Shop at your own risk this is Colorados worst!
