I love Hobby Lobby for all my crafting and creative needs. I make costumes, cook, craft, and create 6 days a week. They have all the things I need and more. Great prices allow me to experiment without breaking the bank.It is clean, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and it is always a pleasant walk through the Isles of creative materials.

I called looking for a certain item and a young lady named Ashley went and checked while I waited. She came back with 3 items to choose from and left them at the front for me. Excellent customer service. I love this store.

This store has awesome stuff...has things that some stores no longer carry. Only thing I didn't like was when I walked into store I immediately hear the description of what I'm wearing going across their radios, which was a shock because I barley just walked in barley a min or 2 behind my wife and daughter and the whole time I was there I had 2 or 3 floor walkers following me at all times ....at one point my daughter was getting scared thinking that there was a couple weirdos stalking her.

If you love arts and crafts definitely come to this particular Hobby Lobby it seems like they always have really good deals and everything is easy to find. Plus their wall decor is such a huge selection I found the perfect things to decorate my kids rooms.

I made this report on Yelp but I am so disgusted in the actions of this store and its employees I had to make another report here. This store and their workers should be ashamed of themselves! My daughter and three of her friends walked in this store to buy decorations for her new car as well as get matching bracelets. When they were profiled and discriminated against for being teens in a store. Employees were following these KIDS around and one claimed "the cops were on their way." My daughter heard this so her and her friends did the appropriate thing and put everything back to not cause a scene and left. But they were stopped at the entrance with four employees yelling at them saying they were banned from the stores and yelling false accusations. My daughter and her friends had all their items in their hands at all times and were not doing anything to give "suspicious activity." Each one of these kids had either cards, cash, or apple pay and were ready to pay but were not even given the chance. WHICH SECURITY FOOTAGE WOULD SHOW THIS! I've heard from another mother that called the store and she gave a lengthy complaint to a manager. When she called, the manger said the only reason they banned our children from the store was because they were teens in a group. They had no actual proof or evidence of stealing and they only profiled them based on their age. If you are a teen it seems that if you enter this store you get the police called just cause of your age/look. The manager then followed that with saying that these kids were unbanned but they could not come as a group because apparently every kid that comes in as a group is stealing. Which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Whoever these employees were should be disappointed in themselves and should be fired for being incompetent. From asking these kids myself I found that this whole thing may have started because one of the horrid workers at this store was around with a coworker saying they “had not been working and doing their job.” One of my daughters friends had heard this and made a comment about what that worker had said. I assume then that worker had overheard my daughters group and got upset, then decided to be unprofessional by accusing them of stealing. I say this because then that worker who was NOT doing their job was one of the employees bantering these kids. I’m working on finding out this workers name but when I do expect another formal complaint. Do not come to this store! Do not let your kids come to this store!

I just wanted to let you guys know..you really need to rethink having this one associate up front " directing" people/ lines. There is a very nice tall, older lady in the back that helped me out & the cashier was an absolute sweetheart. However, I guess my first warning was when I first came in this very large/ heavy-set lady dressed in a completely tan colored outfit with tight curly brown hair startled the heck out of this elderly lady screaming at her to get into some other line & then when I went up to check out I had divulged to the very nice cashier I had food poisoning from the "Red Robin" & it hit me while I was there & that other heavy- set lady dressed in tan went off on me about how she's never had issues there & how great the place is & aggressively straightening the candy next to me , quite frankly, was really unkind & hostile. I really didn't like her practically creeping / sidling up my shoulder side getting in my face about her experiences " all of the time" @ that Red Robin. She needs to be put elsewhere..NOT interacting with your customers.

Perfect arts and crafts store for the hobbyist. Aisles are a little narrow, so bumping into people is commonplace. This is in fact the case in every Hobby Lobby I've ever been to. Prices aren't too bad. Selection of everything is abundant. Regular half off sales on frames. The only two things that could make this place better is open on Sunday's, and widen the aisles.

I was pushing my friend in a cart and this old employ decided to tell us to go mess around the parking lot and saying we were knocking things over when we were not I assume that she thought we were Mexicans and kept following us around the store and she seemly giving us weird and dirty looks.

I went trying to find a hobby. Not much selection on things that were not already made to buy, but yet way more expensive than I remember hobby lobby even being. Spent over and hour in the store and walked out with nothing. Somewhat disappointed. Was a very nice and clean store except for having to move so many empty carts in the isles to be able to walk threw. Lots of employees but not a single person could do anything as far as customer service.

I love hobby lobby and shop there like I own the place. Being a small business owner I am always looking for jewelry supplies. I love this store it was super clean and employees where kind and helpful. My only problem was the store was much smaller then the one I am use to and didn't have a few things I was looking for. Regardless love this store!

Definitely not how they used to be, their attitude is not appreciated. My first visit I got more than I planned on, but could still carry it out. The cashier intentionally squished a box of cards & than wanted to charge me for a bag I did not need. I told her I still didn't need one I would just carry it out. I brought our bags on our second visit & this cashier proceeded to carelessly put stuff in it smashing a few decorations. Two bad experiences in one week is disappointing.

We found some wonderful fabric for our project for less than what we budgeted for. The person who measured and cut our fabric was VERY helpful and curtious. The store was clean, bright and well stocked. The restroom was neat and clean too.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. They always have deals going on. My husband found a large canvas print for our living room that we got half off. I also tell everyone I can about their wrapping paper. It's thick so it doesn't tear while wrapping gifts, it has the grid on the back so you cut it evenly, and it's decently priced. We get a lot of seasonal items here and we've found some great household decor items as well. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. I love this store so much!!
