This is the best place I’ve been in Greeley! From the moment you walk in, these ladies make you and your fur babies feel so welcomed!! My Bruno is a long-haired German Shepherd and anywhere else I’ve taken him, he’s usually still wet when I arrive but not here! He was completely dry and brushed, he looked so handsome! My Daisy looked so pretty, she’s my shy sweet pea and she was happy too when I came back. Definitely a 10/10 🐾🐾

First time taking my dogs to the groomers? I assumed that grooming means hair cut! But I wasn’t told otherwise! I mentioned my female dog was super fluffy but they never said a hair cut wasn’t part of the grooming process! Needs my dogs nails clipped not sure they were as they still hit the floor when they walk! I contacted Lauren through text message and didn’t get a response so I called and left a message cause nobody answered! Still didn’t get a call back! I find this very unprofessional since I paid $125 for the service on top of a $15 tip! Which I didn’t have to do, but I was being nice. So with that being said my first time to the groomers with a horrible experience, they didn’t tell me what was included. They just took my money and ran! Oh, and they told me to pay in cash because their system was down, but I got a phone call stating I needed to pay online so I’m pretty sure they told me to pay in cash so that I couldn’t ask for a refund back for the things they didn’t do for my dogs! The funny thing is I was recommended by another groomer who doesn’t work weekends I should’ve just waited because the service that I wanted probably wasn’t even done for $140! Go elsewhere that’s all I’m saying!

We occasionally are able to help transport rescue dogs for their spa days with Lauren. Highly recommend her, she is kind, soft-spoken, and gentle with the dogs she handles.

I have an American Eskimo, very shy and was groomed here about 2 years ago or so. My dog had to wear a muzzle because she was so afraid, but by the end of the appointment Lauren said that they were able to take it off and my dog warmed up to them. We have sense got a puppy and tried having both groomed at the same time. Lauren said she would not groom them unless they were "prescribed a sedative by a licensed Veterinary." Because she had been bitten by this breed previously and was out for 3 months. I told her I tried an over the counter sedative that worked and could bring the two dogs in separately so they did not make each other more nervous. That wasn't good enough. I originally wanted my dogs taken to a place that was less stressful and could help my dog feel more at home. It is not my dogs fault that Lauren was bit by another dog and then not able to be groomed because of her breed unless sedated. My dog loves being brushed and is just shy with new people. If you have a timid dog, or a Spitz breed, take your business elsewhere.

I have had not so great grooming experiences and then I found Lauren. Lauren has been wonderful to say the least, my pup looks and smells great. But mostly love the care and patience she has with my pup who has extreme separation anxiety, I can see the biggest difference in how my pup was before Lauren and I know she feels safe with her.Picture below isn’t the greatest (had a pup cup for being a goodest girl right before ☺️)

My mini cockapoo has been going here for almost 4 years. They really take care of their clients. They do amazing work. You can feel the love they have for your pet. Beautiful atmosphere.

Lauren was great! Super affordable to the point where it was worth going out of my way to see her instead of someone closer to home. She was really friendly to me and my dog right when we got there so I have no doubt that she's kind throughout the grooming process. She does work out of a residential home which can sometimes feel awkward but they have the front yard all decked out so you know it's a grooming salon and I felt great about leaving my dog there. We'll be back for sure!

Haircut was fine but I don’t know why they dont move aggressive dogs somewhere else so the other dogs aren’t terrified during their haircut, with a dog freaking out in a cage rIght in front of the table . I could hardly manage to pay with the noise so idk how they even focused. My poor baby... could have been worse

Took my 2 dogs they did a wonderful job especially with one of them when I mentioned he has dry skin. They offer to use a certain type of shampoo. Really went the extra mile. Definitely recommend

WONDERFUL!!! I'm so happy to have found Lauren and Michelle. I had a terrible experience with a groomer before this and these ladies have restored my faith 😊. Not only does my girl look AMAZING, but they couldn't have been nicer people. The vibe in the business is so relaxed and inviting, you just know that your dog is being loved while in their care. I honestly just can't say enough great things about them. 10/10 would recommend and going forward will never take my Golden anywhere else.
