I don't buy liquor but always go for hubby's chew. They are always very friendly and willing to help. They talk with you and don't rush you through. Prices are good. Definitely would recommend them for any of your needs.

Decent selection and I like that they deliver promptly. However, my last two orders have been marred by obscure problems. Today I ordered on their website instead of Uber Eats (more on that below). Their website offered an array of coupons to be used upon checkout. None of them worked. When I called the store the clerk said they weren't running any promotions. Prior, I went through Uber Eats, and WSL didn't have anything I ordered in stock. They called and we sorted it, then nothing came. I think that might have been Uber Eats fault.

Been ordering for a couple of years now. Only had 1 bad customer service experience hella months ago, and too be fair, i fell asleep on a cash delivery once so nobody is perfect. Over 9 times outta 10 its a good experience. Reasonable prices, no upselling. Wait time is rarely over an hour for delivery and, HELLO they deliver.. I appreciate the service provided greatly. Ive actually considered working there part time as the pay is reasonable and they make an effort to make sure the schedule is fair.. but both times Ive looked into it i found something decent in my field. From my experience i think its a good place to order from and seems like a good place to work.Update March 1st 2024I don't order from them as much, but when I do they are still A1. The hiring manager missed his calling as an employment recruiter, or maybe he found that calling and applied those skills to his passion.. in any event, 3 years in Northern Colorado, and I still appreciate this establishment.

I have never been so disgusted by another woman before I left West Side liquor. I’m celebrating my father’s candle lighting ceremony tonight and we went to go buy the drinks and then some employee of that store as I was leaving this H@E tells me that she was his FAVORITE THROAT GOAT !!Pigs stay in pens

Been coming here as main store for a couple years. Used to be best in town, recently service has been super rude, female with bad dye job on her red hair. Super rude, acts like she is better than everyone. Not sure how someone absolutely no customer service skills has a job.

My favorite liquor store! Jim and his staff are the most helpful and always carry my purchases out to my car for me. It feels like old fashion customer service that you just don't find anymore. The prices are reasonable and they often have deals and discounts.

Cute little store nice custom neon sign out front. Has a drive through. So yeah if you don't want to leave the comfort of your vehicle with heat/ac you don't have to. They even sell cigars selection is small but they are a liquor store after all.

For years West Side of Liquor has been my favorite liquor store to go to when visiting Greeley. The store is always clean and well-stocked. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. There is adequate parking and a drive-thru for convenience. The prices are always fair and they have a great selection. I highly recommend West Side Liquor for all your liquor needs.

Parking is killer.. drunks DRIVING pull up and hit my car with their door 3 separate times! The associates can't tell these people are drinking and driving and they keep on serving them!?

Awesome friendly people! Not very large place but, pretty much has everything you want/need. Night manager is awesome!!!
