Lots of treasures to be found here! Helpful/kind staff. Lots of clothes and housewares but minimal furniture. My only complaint is that Goodwill closed the dressing rooms in all of Colorado. I’d buy much more if I could try things on first!

You can no longer try clothes on at goodwill. Plus the staff was incredibly rude when I asked why this change was made. I am not going to pay for overpriced donated clothes without being able to try them on. I will also no longer be donating here. Bummer.

I like the Arc better, better selection. But everyone is always very nice, and I don't give bad reviews (unless it really really sucks)

Overpriced for broken and dirty things. I asked what the return policy was in a toy if we brought it home and put in batteries and it didn't work and the sales associate Allie was completely rude and inconvenienced. She walked away from me mid conversation and couldn't be bothered to respond politely. I left my cart with the items I was going to buy in the store and walked out because of her.

Small store and very crowded when I went in. Staff were crowding around aisles putting things away and blocking the flow. They often left the register when the line died down so people would end up waiting for someone from the back to notice them to check out. All of this is tolerable to an extent. What really got me was the pricing on some of their items. I noticed that brand new mainstays dishware, which is available at Walmart for 50 cents a piece, were over priced at 99 cents a piece. And some clothing that obviously had the new tag still on it was over priced beyond the tags price. I thought the point of thrift stores was to offer gently used (or donated new) clothing at cheaper pricing for the community. The staff need to be retrained and they seriously need to be paying attention when pricing items and doing research on it if they aren't sure. From what I saw I safely assume that they just stick whatever on items without actually assessing it. It was nearly impossible to find any item under 99 cents so I'm betting that's their go to sticker for everything.

DON’T COME TO THIS STORE! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a thrift store and will NEVER shop here again. I am pregnant and shopping for maternity clothes. I spent about 20 minutes picking out different items with my mom and noticed that they were spraying some sort of poison in the air. We both immediately started to have a reaction, getting an instant headache and feeling like we couldn’t breathe well. I had already spent all this time picking out clothes so I thought I would try them on and then quickly leave. I had a cart full to try on but found that their fitting rooms are blocked off and permanently closed. I went to ask an associate if there was another changing area she said “No, you cannot try on the clothes.” I asked them if I can return the clothes for my money back if they don’t fit. No. Only for store credit. I asked what they were spraying into the air and she said a sanitizer, but would not tell me often it sprays or what was in it. It sprayed at least 3 times in the 30 minutes or so we were there. The associate was extremely rude and would not give any explanation for their new policies. Don’t waste your time at this goodwill. They used to be a store I enjoyed shopping at, but never again at this location.

When my Husband and I was checking out our the manager and another employee stood the the exit doors just staring at us. It made us feel very uncomfortable. The store didn't have anything new put out. We go every week . But this time was a bad experience. The lady checking us out was slow , like she was on medication.

I'm no longer able to shop at any of the Colorado Goodwill's due to their recent installation of contraptions for fragrance. I get immediate headache and dizziness. Big allergic reaction. Big overkill

Unfortunately the fitting rooms are permanently closed. There's really no reason to try and find clothes somewhere you can't try them on since sizing varies so much by brand. The housewares items are limited and too pricey to justify returning to this goodwill. :( it's a shame, but I would recommend another bargain or thrift clothing place to shop. Sucks ti have lost this one 😭

Wish clothes were organized by size. Definitely have to be on the mood to go and spend some time there. I don't love the back area they have now opened with huge boxes of clothes. Feels pretty dirty to me.

I had not been to Good Will for awhile & recently there. I was impressed how clean & organized. Staff are friendly. Made purchases & price was very fair. I also have items to donate & will be bringing them here as is the best donation center in town. Thank you.

We had a nice small solid oak desk and solid oak filing cabinet to donate. We pull up and the young kid glances at them and said they won’t take them because they are water damaged. They are NOT water damaged and he didn’t even really look at them. Won’t donate to them ever again. Really think the kid just didn’t want to deal with unloading in the cold.

When I walked in and saw that they recently changed their clothing layout, I was disappointed (See my review of the Ft Collins store.) but alas!! Everything was organized well, clearly marked and the layout was easy to follow! I found many great items on my trip to this store!

Goodwill, more like greedwill. This location used to be my favorite. They were reasonably priced and clean, but now its almost cheaper to shop retail or platos closet. Im confused are you in the business to sell stuff or keep it on the shelves for weeks before it goes to the bins to sell for next to nothing?? No wonder your racks are so tight nothing is selling! Pricers need to be retrained because this is just ridiculous.

Dear Goodwill: I've stopped shopping at your stores and will be donating only to DAV from now on. I've been a long time supporter .. donating and purchasing. Oh, but that wasn't enough, so now you want me to also "round up" when buying something? I don't think so. The worst part is that your prices are no longer affordable for the many people who need a hand. Way to support our local community by gouging people on items you receive for free. 🙄👎

Overpriced. Won't let customers use dressing rooms, but will only give store credit if you have to return something because it doesn't fit.

I really enjoy this location, the items in the staff. Tonight specifically I accidentally came in FIVE MINUTES before closing and asked if I could peek in quickly to look for a last-minute dress, for an unexpected funeral the next day. She agreed, wished me good luck and was happy to do so. I really appreciate the attitude they constantly exude.

This store used to be my favorite goodwill location. Clothes used to be sorted by size and easy to find. Since the store has been rearranged it takes forever to find anything in my size, the store just looks messy, and prices have increased so much compared to last year. It’s disappointing.

By far the most expensive and over priced goodwill in colorado that I have been to.very sad because they could be helping a lot of people.

When the temperature is 1° and the store manager and staff quote "safety" as policy for why Certain customers are not allowed to purchase a coat for 20$, this is called Intentional discrimination. A coat, in subzero temperatures which you jack up prices for and STILL segregate whom is and is not allowed to buy by simply refusing the sale of. THIS does not align with Goodwills mission and the store manager should be fired for enforcing these practices of only selling to your chosen fam and friends It. Is called theft to goodwill loss and prevention.

Loved shopping here. A few months ago they changed the layout. Now it's confusing and hard to maneuver. It is hard to find what you need. Wish they would change it back.

I have never been so impressed by a Goodwill store, Greely Co. store is the most organized Goodwill I have ever seen! Every store manager of every Goodwill needs see this store and get their store looking half as good as this store. I was a assistant manager of a Goodwill in the Northeast for 13 years, our store never looked that good! And I thought ours was great, applause to the management and staff they are amazing!

The merchandise here is dirty although moderately priced. However the customer service Lacks so bad that I would not recommend this store to anybody not even for clothes as I found baggies with drug residue in jeans I purchased.Management are gruff looking “chicanas” with a DNFWM attitude with tattoos to match, visible to the public. Not to mention employees smoking in front of the store really gives this a Greeley vibe.

They are very busy today. 😳I went to use the dressing room, what's had a sign posted dressing rooms close. Two Shoppers were trying on clothes outside near the dressing rooms. I ask the cashier if I could use the dressing room, she said they were closed because people leave clothes inside dressing rooms 🤔. Personally I I don't think that's going to solve that problem!! Obviously they're understaffed

The good is that this store is one of the cleanest goodwill's that I have been in. For the most part the organization and flow of the store is great. This Goodwill is one of the higher prices ones along the front range north of Denver, however it is generally cheaper than Arc in Greeley. They do daily sales which helps offset prices. The selection at times for stuff other than clothes can be pretty thin. I think this location sells a lot of the good stuff online and not in the stote. When this place is busy expect to stand in line for a little bit.

DO NOT bring your items here!! They will just smash them. We seen a older bicycle and asked if we could purchase it yet the “manager” was completely rude to my husband with my daughter was standing right there. Saying nope you can’t have it we sell online (most likely to get as much money out of it as they can because that’s all they care about) my husband said well you broke my daughters heart all she said was oh well and laughed and walked away like a coward. Don’t go here if you can help it!!

This location makes up their own rules about what they accept and what they do not accept. It is very capricious and left up to the whim of the person unloading. It does not even appear on GoodWills main site.

Good store, not always as clean as it could be, but if you are in a hurry and really need to find something, you will be able to find it and get fairly good deal on it. Lately i discovered a few vegan cookbooks for my collection. That was a great find, paperback books are only 99 cents each!

I hate the new design. Can't find what you want and their return policy is a bunch of baloney I won't be shopping here again

They organize kids clothes by color nor size which drives me crazy. This last time through I was charged twice for the same item and was treated like I was trying to pull something over on them and they only wanted to give store credit. Was able to get it fixed after the employees engaged in much whispering and making me feel overall like a thief.I don't shop here often as very little hoes to helping anyone but the top execs. They get donations from Target that target can't sell and they still try to sell them at full price. I think that's sad.Not a place I plan to go to often.
