Used to come here all the time when I worked downtown and while it wasn't top tier, it was not as horrible as today's experience. Needed literally two things - craft paint and soda. Few aisles in, the cashier started yelling. Didn't even know she was yelling at me at first. Yelling about my purse...ummmm no I'm not leaving my purse with a stranger when I'm going to be in your store 5 minutes tops, you have cameras everywhere, multiple employees, etc. If that's your policy POST IT ON THE DOOR (so I can drive down the road and shop somewhere in peace) but don't yell and startle people halfway across the store. Go to get in line...behind a woman with a purse that DIDN'T get yelled at. Just wanted to get out of there, but the cashier continued to yell at me the entire time I'm trying to pay my grand total of $10.40. Even offered my purse up for a search and she couldn't be bothered...preferred berating a customer in front of others instead. So unbelievably unprofessional and obnoxious.

I got everything I came in for. However, one of the young clerks was putting piles of change into different bags but one coin at a time ( she had already counted it once). Then she would label the current bag and then walk to the other side of the counter, get another bag and then continue putting change into the bag one or two coins at a time. There was about 8 people in line and being a customer service manager I know there are many faster ways to do what she was doing. Or better yet, clear the line and then bag up the change if that's company policy. The other clerk cleared out the whole line by herself in the time it took the younger clerk to help one person.

I really do enjoy coming here. The employees are always so friendly and they are helpful. At times it can get pretty busy but they do the best they can. They have low prices and it fits my budget!

I've been going to this dollar store for the past 2 years regularly up until my last visit, I will not being returning to this store. I completely understand that they have to be cautious about shoplifting, but I was followed around the store by an employee who apparently thought I was stealing things and then harassed by another employee who accused me of being paranoid when in fact all I was doing was looking for my fiance so we could finish shopping and PAY for everything that we had in our cart. I do appreciate the management stepping up and taking responsibility for the store but unfortunately we will not be shopping here any longer.

yeah, I just wanted to comment on the brooms that I buy, I can't believe there are 5 dollars now, and they're making them smaller. What is up with that I buy them for my company and now they wont work they're too small, I am not too happy about that, because now I have to change stores just because of that

One of the employees always has an attitude. And yelled AT me twice for coming in the store. I was trying to catch the store for milk since they were closing at like 8 freaking covid 19 pm. And she TOLD ME! they’re ABOUT TO CLOSE SO I BETTER HURRY UP!! She was so mad and let me know at the register “what time they close”. Last night I came in and she told me “YOU HAVE TO WEAR A MASK! YOU CANT COME RUNNING UP IN HERE WITHOUT A MASK ON!” Went on and on at the register about how she has masks if I wanted to buy some and she doesn’t have to serve me if she doesn’t want to. Worry about your job and I’ll worry about how I spend my money at the fd.

Store is complete chaos! Summer stuff on sale, but you can't look at any of it as the have about 20 or so boxes Christmas trees in the ilse not only blocking the isle but also the merchandise. Clearance clothes fricken everywhere. Spent $60 on cleaning supplies and curtain rods for the cashier to tell me I can't take the cart to my vehicle! I understand y'all have theft issues but maybe look at how chaotic your store is and you'd see why!!!

They do not stay open until they're posted hours. Even when there are employees inside. They came to the door and locked it 2 minutes before closing. When I had called in advance to make sure they were open until 10 p.m. don't believe all of the posted hours posted online be sure and call Advance. You still may not get in

I shop here a few times a week , the store is always clean associates are always friendly respectful and helpful. There is a wide range of items on the shelf and usually have what I need or another brand that is equivalent to what I buy.

I use Family Dollar as a convenience, it's close to my home.The customer service clerks are a bit on the rude side, as if they dont care much about the customers.They show disinterest, never will acknowledge you for more that a "hello" after you say " hello first"Will not engage in any other form of conversation.Seem angry if they then have to to the locked cigarette case for you.I am a regular.

Isles are trashed, no prices on half the stuff, and what is priced isn't even correct, this is one of the worst stores I've ever dealt with, over charged me for the 3rd time, this time I didn't even say anything about it, I just decided I'd rather drive or walk a mile rather then across the street to this place.KEEP WHAT YOU OVER CHARGED ,ILL NEVER BE BACK, THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT OR ANY FORM OF MANAGEMENT PERIOD..Buyer beware watch your receipt,better yet just don't go here..

I have to say this is not the best family dollar our there ... not super stocked... it just gave a not so clean sensation... also (personally) it looked unorganized.there is a dollar store not too much further...

The store has been modernized and redone, looks great and much cleaner. Compared to other Family Dollars in town this one is much nicer. Good selection and prices. Great location off of 8th avenue downtown.

Shawna has the CHRISTMAS spirit, and though I was the first customer at 8am, she gladly helped me find what I was looking for with a smile! Together with Bonnie, store manager, Family Dollar is a great asset to the Greeley community! THANKS

Not worthy of one 🌟,for the fact that the managers say alot of cuz words in front of the customers when there upset or when there having a rough day.The managers are supposed to set an example for their employees.I read the name tag on one of the managers and her name is Emily,I called the 1-800 number on the store to put a complaint on her because she was just so rude and was cuzzing in front of people with little kids 😔 the corporate office said they've had alot of complaints on her,and that they were going to write her up.Hopefully they have a meeting with these unprofessional ladies.

Watch out for short little fat cashiers who cuss in front of customers. Very rude for being a "family store" All they hire is stupid jail birds..it's a joke in there.
