Everything I needed (& then some...) The people that work and shop there are friendly and are willing to help anyone in need. Prices are reasonable. Most everyone socially distanced and are masked up. Always a great experience! I went in again, on New Years day. Same great experience and the store was in good order considering the back-to-back Holiday weekends. The staff was caring an friendly as usual and I got everything that I went in for 😁 A+ again another great experience😊🛒 I took my 87yr old Mother to shop for a few things she needed and the young attendant's were so very sweet and helpful. We have never had a bad experience there. Kudos to Family Dollar. Thank you. Shopped there tonight for just a few items. The shelves were neatly stocked for the items I went in to purchase. The same smiling faces with positive attitudes attended to our check out process even though they were very busy. Another great service experience ☺️

After 2019 this store has gone down hill literally there is merchandise in the Isles and literally I use to work here before the pandemic and we never had this store that bad we took care of it but what I see now is that the employees nor the manager don’t care about this store and could careless of the customers that come in, they train the employees to keep the isles clear just in case of a disabled person can have access to each isles but walking in to the store now there’s not a lot of access to browse the store or shop literally corporate needs to make a visit and come take a look at this establishment.(NEED TO SHOW NEW EMPLOYEES HOW TO HELP CUSTOMERS ON THE APP !)

The place has just been remodeled. When you walk in the manager yells out "welcome to family dollar, dollar wow sponsored by dollar tree". The only reason I gave the four stars was because some of the employees could use a little bit of an attitude adjustment.

I am glad i don't ever take my kids into this store because yesterday evening (the evening of Sunday Sept. 17th) i went into the family dollar on 22nd st to get my wife some pads and the employee that was working was playing some really awful music that at least 75% of the lyrics were cuss works and the other 25% was about shooting people. If i didn't have to walk or ride a bike everywhere i go i would just plain stop shopping at this store. That kind of hoodlum music is very disrespectful and inconsiderate to have playing in a shopping center especially a shopping center that some of the customers who shop there, shop there with their children.

The store was pretty messy. The staff wasn't very professional. The guy behind the counter was listening to music on his earbuds and rapping at the counter while checking customers out. The type of music he was rapping was highly inappropriate for the audience that was in the store. The trash was over flowing outside the front door. This store used to be very well kept and professional.

I had to bought a sweater and the size was too small so I went in last night to return it. My daughter had chips and candy to purchase and this “manger” ranged everything up and credited from the return. And I did not want that all. I told him to return the sweater like a regular return and I’ll used my other card to purchase my food. He was getting annoyed with me because it’s not I wanted to do. So I told him you should’ve asked me if I wanted to return and use that credit for my food and he said no I’m not going to that and waste my time. I said well that’s wrong for a manger to do that because this not what I wanted to began with. So I told him to return my sweater as a regular return and give my money from that and than charge me for my food so I can pay with a different card. And he was so mad, so disrespectful and he SHOULD NOT BE A MANGER!!! he doesn’t know what he’s doing or even have patience or respect to be one!

Don't know a red hair guy but he has a really bad attitude I went there to buy cookies and it's said they were a dollar when we got to the cash register it's was saying it was more I ask why and he was rude telling me that if I didn't liked that I could leave and I did but he was calling me names with the b#$$%% and I just told him to fix he's attitude I don't said bad words but they need to change the people and clean the place they have a lot o mess

Its cool, I come here 2 -3 times a week just to buy random stuff I need for dinner like juice and pasta sauce, this summer it was a convince when I was grilling, charcoal just around the corner. The clerks are not friendly though, looks like they don't really like their job, only a couple of them say hi here and there, you find a bit of everything here thought.

Terrible store. They illegally mark their items one price and ring them up more expensive. Sometimes it's a quarter others its by dollars. It's a terrible and ILLEGAL practice. Its not a once in a while thing either it's almost all their products. And they will treat you like you're crazy if you ask them to fix it. Not shopping here until it's fixed and the correct authorities hold them accountable

The parking lots not that big. But you can see it right off the freeway. The staff are pretty friendly. I got photos from here and it didn't come out how i liked or wanted. But they did correct it and it didn't take long to get either. It took some time for me to get the pictures i wanted to print set up. But they nicely would check on me even tho i took forever but didnt harrass me or get mad about anything. When looking for something even tho the staff wasnt sure. They took their time to try and help me find my items. Just wish they would be open longer

Its comes in handy for a quick stop. The store is quite a mess inside and out. Its a shame they paid so much money to landscape and don't take care of it. I'm always picking up trash from the parking lot and have to throw it on the sidewalk because the trash hasn't been dumped in a few days.

I shop here on a daily basis as it is the only shopping within walking distances and they have a pretty good basic overall selection and always have really awesome last minute sales and clearances on clothes and home goods ! Let’s be honest here folks things are strapped for most financially and this is a fine store to meet in the middle!

Extremely disorganized and messy. The parking lot is littered with trash and everything is a mess inside as well. I can hardly ever find what I went there for and it's hard to get around when you're dodging stocking carts. Line is always super long. Sad because the store is very new.

I enjoy shopping at family dollar. The stores always have a little bit of everything. The store located on 22nd St in Greeley is my favorite because the store is always clean and stocked. The associates are friendly and helpful.

Usually pretty messy in there. Staff is rarely friendly. They closed almost 15 minutes before the store closing time so that was a waste of time.

Pritty Clean, I broke down there and managers were very rude and unhelpful. Walmart King Soopers and Safeway is cheaper on prices. Another thing that was good was convenience, so now personally I just have to drive a little farther but get better prices and service

Fairly cluttered in the front all of the time, and they have the storage bins scattered throughout, but other than that, friendly service from employees and large selection. I mainly shop there with smart coupons

This is the most unorganized store every they always have boxes on the ground last time I went I tripped over the box I let management know I tripped over a box didn't seem to car employees are always on the phone or getting high maybe if they get off the store won't be so dirty
