The place was so disorganized there was stuff everywhere at one point couldn't even get a cart through with out having to move a bunch of things the staff was definitely not interested in helping anyone could tell they hated their job it took longer to find anything we needed because nothing was labeled as to what was down each spot and they had things spread out between 4 or more spots if guven a choice i will never go back in to this store

The upper management is the most off-putting, inconsiderate, back-woods type of people I have ever encountered. They talk badly about customers and the employees very openly in the front of the store.

Friendly staff. Responsible management that is trained in "cage fighting" . He looks out for the safety of his customers. Other staff too puts cameras on customer with possible gun panhandling, like vatos asking if they know me when they don't. Besides the boxes of inventory stacked in the aisles, they're still the cheapest dollar store in town for nonfood items. Food king is cheapest for groceries. I don't like shopping at stores that sell weapons like pawn shops.

The front door is tucked behind a wall. Prices are a bit high on some stuff. Staff is nice manager is wonderful an helpful I stop in at least once a day. Shelves are full but a lil messy from time to time but understandable they are always busy with customers. Manager works hard at keeping it up an keeping it staffed. Overall I like it.

I read a review that mentioned that this place is dirty, but I could never have imagined just how filthy it really is. The shelves (white) are BLACK with dirt and rings from bottles of whatever. They truly look as if they have NEVER been cleaned.Would definitely never buy anything edible from there. If they never bother to clean anything, I'm not confident that they have not mishandled the food.Had to sterilize my hands.

Horrible customer service. They're so rude to their customers. Never going there again. Ever. They also seem to be very lazy. To be nice to a person who asked a question isn't hard. To look at them isn't hard. Quit acting like people are wasting your time by a simple question. As I said before I'll say it again. You hate your job? Quit. You have problems in your personal life? Leave them at the door. Don't feel good or you don't want to be there that day? Call in. Many ways to resolve your problems people!! I've been in customer service for 3 years. And I've worked in wayy busier places than family dollar. Never have I been rude.

This family dollar sells items that exceed $1 however for each category (approximately) you will find options down to a dollar. The merchandise at the front needs reset. It's inconvenient to get in the door and interrupts customers who would otherwise linger for the deals.

Once me and my daughter walked in. The cashier lady (sorry I didnt get her name) greeted us with a wonderful smile. And she was also very friendly as well!

Cashier was on the phone entire transaction I was distracted by her call to notice she grabbed the wrong item I bought it and left the store only to be told I can't return it and where's my receipt you didn't give me one because you were gossiping during work

Looks like a bomb went off inside, no one at register,cant find anything, half the clearance rack for food dont have a price on it.what ever change was made in the last year was a bad change, ill check back in a year to see if the store is even still open
