Today I went to buy a couple of things, I went with my daughter. While I was shopping, a white male tried to suspiciously approach my 5 year old daughter until he saw me, then he proceeded to quickly leave the store. At that point, I was shocked therefore I paid and also left. When I arrived home, I called the store to let them know what happened. JOSHEP answered the phone. I told him what happened, and he rudely interrupted me and proceeded to yell at me me asking, "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO! I have a line of costumers" I asked for his name again, and he refused to give me his name. The way he handled this situation was extremely disrespectful and careless. There is clearly a lack of costumer service, and an attitude problem with Joseph. Not to say the fact that I felt extremely unsafe because of the way he handled the situation. DO BETTER JOSHEP.

We love this location there’s always something new, name brand, and definitely worth the dollar spend every time we come in. Just recently went in and was very surprised with how organized and clean the store is! They have rearranged allot and have even added a few isles with “better quality” items up to $5.00. We’re book nerds and loved the new book area. Lines are long most of the time which is the only down side to coming here.

In and out, only one register opened, but the line still moved fast. I like that they have Rip It energy drinks. It reminds me of being in the army. They seem to always be out of store brand pop

Like to shop there for celebration occasion cards, Like the behavior n other stickers variety and decided to try Vitamins Calcium plus D3. I hot to store at 7:50 pm before closing. I think. Anyway like the store.

Let's start with nothing is stocked or restocked. You have had the same U Boat of Halloween items in the same spot not even touched or stocked now for about a week. This is a pattern throughout the whole store. So ither you have horrible theft our low staffing to get product out. Iv been to tons of dollar trees in Colorado and by far this one was the worst

Love this store. Nice greeting cards for 2/$1 or $1 each. Holiday and party decor, wrapping paper, gift bags, disposable containers.The prices will blow you away.

Although, a lot of the following issues are a direct reflection of poor leadership and accountability by the owners and upper management. Some of these issues comes down to pride and taking care of your workplace. For example, the store was very dirty, shelves were not tidy, products in wrong places, and open food items on shelves. These issues should never happen in any store, regardless of popular beliefs. However, the empty and bare shelves could have been eliminated or reduced by smarter planning by upper management and owners. Now, I also realize some of these issues are caused by extremely high gas prices and horrendous accountability by the government. The owners should be planning ahead thus giving themselves some breathing room. Now, on a positive note, the staff was very friendly and respectful. I'll still shop here but upper management and owners need to look in the mirror because this is a direct reflection upon their leadership and accountability.

When I go to dollar tree in Longmont Or other locations they always are clean and well stocked. The one in Greeley it’s always dirty and nothing on their shelves. Staff do not wear name tags enter not helpful at all.

I really like this particular dollar tree. It is much clearer and nicer than the one on 23rd. The staff are typically always pleasant and helpful. There are a bunch of things we use in our home that the dollar store is the best spot to get and we usually shop here once a week.

This Dollar Tree looks like someone ransacked the inside. Not much on shelves, merchandise scattered and tossed everywhere. I asked management if there was a reason it looked that way and she said they are short staffed with no time to straighten or fill the shelves. I will look for another Dollar Tree to go to. They should be ashamed at the store's appearance.

Went to this location and when me and my daughter walked up to register 2 at 9:45am 4/18/2022 Helen was really nice to the lady in front of us greeted her and was conversating with the lady but when it was our turn I said hi and she ignored me and was rude as hell!! So I feel she was being racist. Definitely telling all my family and friend not to go to that location. Employees seem rude and hate their lives and jobs. Not a place to go unless you like rude people! If I could leave a review with no stars I would. Definitely not going back to that location. I’d rather drive across town where I don’t feel like I’m being profiled being rude to.

This was my 4th time here and the worker natalie was excellentShe was very helpful and hard working. She lead me to my items, was very friendly and so helpful. This girl deserves a raise. She works hard, made me feel very welcome because of how help useful she was and she smelt really nice. Thank you natalie at dollar tree. you are awesome girl!!!!

Always dirty shelves are pretty empty and it needs someone to take pride in it. Clean inside outside sweep mop entry doors . friendlier staff. And product foe the shelves.!

Cheaper than Family Dollar that's for sure Family Dollar has bread for 3.85 Dollar tree has it for 1.25 I don't know why they call it Family Dollar or even Call Dollar General cause there nothing in these stores a Dollar.

Usually I dread coming to the store because the lines are long especially on a Sunday. Today was a different experience though. I bought 10 reusable shopping bags which were very easy to find and there was no line 2checkout. All of the items were already removed and the Valentine's Day items we're already displayed. Overall good experience. I'll come back to the store on a Sunday again let's see if I have the same type of In-N-Out that I had today

Not sure if they were waiting for a truck but the shelves were very bare. Not a fan of the staff. I was trying to get into the store - there are three doors - none were marked "use other door" or anything of the sort. Two employees say me walk up to the automatic door, that had the ability to be opened. I made hand signals like, "where should I go to get in?" they stared at me and then looked away, ignoring me. When I found everything I needed and rung up, I was ignored the whole transaction. It wasn't a great experience and most likely won't be coming back to this location again.

We go to this Dollar Tree frequently and we usually find what we need. Dollar Tree stores are very important to have around. So I'm glad that this stores usually open and has what we need most of the time. For the price point in the merchandise that they have that's why I always go back. The people that work here are very friendly and I appreciate that going to places for customer service it's important. This place is cost-effective place to shop. I recommend the Dollar Tree to everyone that doesn't know or this place is a decent place to shop. I'd say this is a store to stop for anything you just need to have like snacks or energy drinks.

Everything is a buck, and they have some great stuff. It's like a doller store version of harbor freight. Do you really need most of the stuff no, but for a buck why not get it. I spent 23 bucks last time I was there and got a ton of stuff. Good for batteries, shampoo soap, dish, hand, and laundry

I freaking love the Dollar Tree!!! Ballin on a Budget is what I call it. Everyone is always amazed at some of the things that I find there. It's my very favorite place to get a bunch of cool and often necessary items for my students. From math books, to coloring books, to manipulatives, to toys for the prize box!

Often removes items from the shelf that have coupons out for. Don't restock a lot of items for weeks. Never more than 2 checkers working at one time. I've been to many Dollar Trees that are managed far better and cleaner.

What a great place. No lines today. I had a great cashier, part of the management team. The articles I wanted were in stick AND the price was super. I am a happy camper!

I went in for bubble wrap mailing envelopes and a picture frame. They had both in stock and I would say it was a successful visit. To be honest they are often out of the things that I buy there the most and sometimes the store looks like it's been completely ravaged. It seems like complete chance, knowing if what you want to get will be in stock. If it is it's worth it, if not it's just a big frustration. You should watch the prices too because sometimes things are actually cheaper at Walmart. Also don't park in the row nearest to the McDonald's because you can get trapped because of the direction you are facing and sometimes people park all the way to the end so there's no way you can get out without backing out of the entire row of cars. Very poor planning there.

So sad... Me and my wife usually shop locally and we've been to many different stores. From family dollar, dollar General, and dollar tree. From Colorado springs to Buena Vista To Brush, Co. up to our home town here in Greeley. But the store located on 10th street in Greeley is the worst store we have ever visited. From the entrance to the back of the store it is dirty. Very disorganized, trashy. Half eaten items laying open on shelves and floors and restrooms a complete disaster. The staff was very unpleasant until you get to the checkout. Overall I would suggest that the owners take a good look at the staff. Get rid of the problems and hire some solutions. Maybe offer better pay so that the employees would show more interest. But most importantly I would not recommend this store to anyone until they correct these issues.

This place is always dirty. I thought maybe it was just the time of day but even if we come first thing when it opens the store is still dirty and gross. Sometimes there is barely anything on the shelves. Actually that happens often. Staff is super unfriendly with the exception of a few nice people. We only come her because things are a dollar. We might come more often if these negatives were changed. Highly not recommended.

They were out of balloons and helium, but they had a wide variety of toys and seasonal merchandise. I liked the section for teachers. It had lots of reasonably priced art supplies and educational coloring books.
