Like some other reviewers here, My employer forces me to go here for filling my prescriptions. Understaffed and always stand in line forever it seems. Not worth it!

Our new insurance is forcing us to use ONLY cvs and this has got to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used!! Very understaffed. Very concerning. Takes 2-3 days to get prescriptions filled. What the do people do if they need meds filled right away for pain management post surgery or something?? Unreal.

In a nutshell: worst and rudest staff I've ever met, incompetent to the point of being infuriating. I've never had problems with a pharmacy until them. So glad I got different insurance and could change recently. The pharmacist on the phone made changing over a pain as well.They seem to keep removing reviews, as I left one a year ago and it had many one star reviews then. I left a review on another account, and even though it SHOWS me it was committed, I don't see it showing up for any one else. They are suppressing reviews so I am leaving my THIRD.

I personally haven't had a problem with this location. I've been getting my prescriptions filled for a few years here and also have received some vaccines. This location is often busy but the employees go as fast as they can and if you tell them you need something asap they will try to expedite processing. I only had an issue once in which I went to get a vaccine and apparently the batch had just expired so they had to order more. It wasn't a big deal.

After 3 days of computer system being down, no prescription filled. Customer service, as pharmacy did not answer my dozens of calls, said they called in help to fix their computer system after day 3 of being down. Called Loveland to fill my prescription and even though the computer to get to somebody recognized me, they had no record of me on file. I call bs. Then I called Fort Collins to have my prescription filled and it was already processed in Greeley. On a Sunday, I would have to get Dr to approve another place to fill it.

Just starting to use CVS again after a couple of years of Walmart and a few days, disappointing days of Walgreens . CVS started out this time, January, 2023, with a couple of missteps, but I am giving them time to improve their service, or lack of service. If they check their Google Reviews, contact by them would go a long way in bettering customer relations...

If I could give zero I would! I scheduled my booster shot a week ahead of time. Drove 40 min after taking time off work only to show up and have them say, we ran out. No call, no text just figure it out. Go anywhere but here! Terrible all around.

Warning! This CVS is insideTarget. They will not ring up the health products and Target will not accept their coupons. Totally sux.

Great pharmacy but they are so understaffed! Kristi is the best tech there! The new ones are not very polite . also they never answer the phone!

Great pharmacy and great people working there. Just wish they would get more people working there so they could answer their phones. Curtis and Kristi are fantastic.

Was waiting on third for someone to answer the phone for an HOUR called target and they talked to the guy. They only had one person working, and that they wouldn’t have anyone available to take messages until the end of the night.

I have received such excellent service from this CVS location, Centerplace Greeley Colorado. Staff are wonderful, especially Kristen.

After waiting for 35 minutes I was hung up on so I called a second time and again waited 35 more minutes so I just hung up.
