Jeremy was behind the counter tonight and made ordering so much fun! Kind, personable questions, and a good laugh left me having fun trying ice cream and co-crafting the perfect treat. Jeremy was an artist too with his topping recommendations and enthusiastic mixin’ - y’all gotta come see him. Him having a good time made me have a good time!He’s the man. Cool Coldstone experience; thx bruh!

3 strikes and you are out,First they refused to make milk shakes.Next made an order that we went to pick up they couldn't fill it and would not give a refund.Manager gave us coupons for free order and when we went back a few weeks later they wouldn't honor the coupons even after we asked before ordering.So we wasted almost 30 minutes in line waiting for nothing.This is beyond bad customer service this is just contempt for the customer.

My fiance and I are constant regulars, and everytime we come we always get good ice cream and great customer service. The same people are usually working and they have always been very nice to us and tonight was no different. My dog unexpectedly passed away a night ago and its been really rough, but the generosity and kindness they showed me tonight meant more to me than they know :)

Have had great service the past few times we have went. Even with there being a long line the still kept smiling, focusing, being friendly and helpful.... The ice cream speaks for itself so I don't need to even tell you about it....Definitely try them out!!!

$25 for three cups of ice cream and some super gross outdoor tables. Staff was polite and offered samples. I know the ice cream is premium but clean the seating.

Charged us 18$ for an "Ours" size and when my husband asked for Carmel as a "mix in " along with pecans the young man refused. The young woman working seemed very angry she had to work, very grumpy and short with customers, the young man workingwith her seemed a little more upbeat, but when all he had was a table spoon of Carmel left in the bottle he said he was too busy too grab more. We paid 40$ for the ours , a mine , and a shake,that they didn't even put whipped topping on the shake. at that point ,to ask I felt as though that would make them more upset than they already seemed to be, with just having to work their shift.. do not recommend. This location as gone down hill.

The freezers in the front weren't working so no cakes or other goodies to go. The gentleman who helped us was absolutely amazing! Made a great shake and had a great conversation. Loved the experience.

Made an order 30 minutes before going across town to get chocolate devotion, when I got there in person I was told they didn’t have anymore chocolate devotion could of been more convenient to be notified before I drive across town .

Don't get me wrong, when we go IN to the store, everything is fantastic! 5 star, no doubt. But the last 2 times we have ordered delivery - we have not got the correct orders. The first time, we ordered their creations - I got the dough-lightful peanut butter and the ONLY thing in my ice cream was 1 peanut butter cup. My husband's was incorrect and my mom's didn't even have the main topping in it. Next go round, I had chocolate in mine... I order the same thing every time. Why is the service so poor for delivery? If you don't like delivery orders, stop offering delivery! We are a family of 5 and average coming in once a week for a treat, we spend alot of money with this business. It's very disappointing to not receive the same care and consideration as when we are in person.

This establishment leaves a little bit to be desired even though the two young men behind the counter were perfectly professional in their demeanor, the young lady in braids was not. She came to work shortly after my wife and myself had ordered two large smoothies. While she was busy helping the customer behind us, I received our order and paid the young man who'd been working on our order. As I started to step away from the counter she asked if we just had ordered the two smoothies. I replied yes and stated that I'd also paid for them as well. She stated, " I don't think so" and turned toward where both young men were standing. I said I don't care what you think and pointed out the young man I paid, at the same time that both of them informed her that I had paid pointing out the money including a tip which was there on the counter in front of her. This is the same young lady who just one week prior told my wife and I that the blender wasn't working and they were too busy to make us smoothies. She is in serious need of customer care training.

I was between three and four stars. The service was great. The woman greeted me and was very nice and professional. I had never had one of their cakes before, and would never get one again. It's not that they're "bad" it's that $30 for a tiny cake isn't worth it. I do know that their regular ice cream is good. Just... Not so much the cakes 😕

Staff doesn't seem too happy to be there.. When I pay 20$ for an "Ours" size i should be able to get extra carmel.. I guess not with those working there . Won't be back

I come here with my kids fairly often and have kept my mouth shut about this each time until now. I understand people have bad days, but most times when I come, one employee just always has a nasty attitude! She’s the “bigger” girl who works there. She puts a damper on our visit every time she’s working. She never seems happy to help and it is almost as if we are wasting her time somehow or something. She does not make us feel like welcome or satisfied customers. I love the ice cream here and the other employees are great! It’s just the one big girl who rubs me the wrong way. It is a shame, but she alone makes me want to stop coming. I’d be ashamed of her if I were the manager. She needs some customer service training or to take some advice from her friendly coworkers!

I hadn’t been to a Cold Stone for at least 10 years. I didn’t realize what I’ve been missing. I don’t know if they made some changes or if my memory is clouded, but BEST ice cream ever. Super creamy and awesome add ins.I went on Friday 3/5/21 and there was only one employee working and she did an amazing job. It was super busy and she just kept things moving and still had time to be pleasant and professional. I don’t know her name but she really deserves some recognition and a raise.

Took a group of girls this morning when they opened. The young lady working was friendly and speedy. The ice cream was delicious. We got smalls and couldn't finish them. The small looks like it might be enough but it definitely was more than any of us could eat.

I came in and got ice cream for my wife and I for her birthday. The girl who made my wife’s was experienced as hers was made correctly and well. However the woman who made mine was obviously new because the ingredients were less and not mixed well at all. If I wanted vanilla ice cream with some Oreos on top I’d make it myself and not spend 13 dollars for it. Disappointed because I love cold stone but it’s not worth it to have an inferior product.

Placed an order specifically asking for no pecans on my ice cream and then watched the distracted employee who was too busy flirting with his coworker put pecans on my order, once corrected he just angrily scraped them off instead of remaking my order. Don’t go here if you have allergies.

Atmosphere is an important part of an experience. This is one of our families favorite places for Ice Cream, however the staff felt that they didn't need to watch how they spoke o each other with customers in the store. They were chatting and decided dropping f bombs and other words were acceptable with my 2 young kids in the store.

Ice cream was on par but customer service was horrendous. I sat in the parlor and proceeded to watch four separate families and couples walk out equally or more so upset than my partner and I were after we had ordered. While sitting in the parlor we were continuously glared at by the staff as well as anyone who dared enter the establishment. Overall because of the customer service experience I don’t think it would be worth going back and would recommend a cheaper option with friendlier staff.

It’s sad when the shift lead displays poor customer service. It’s not the best example for other employees in how to interact with their customers. We wanted to decide what toppings we wanted to use before getting in line to speed up the process prior to ordering so people behind don’t have to wait long. Miles, the shift lead in a very short and rude manner went out of her way to tell us where the line is. I’m not blind, I know where the line is but thanks for pointing it out. Even when calling her out on it, no apology or anything. I hope for the staffs sake this is used as a training opportunity to be mindful of their customers.
