Love this store. Usually has what I'm looking for. You can always call ahead of going there to check whatever it is that I needed. That's where I witnessed the Awesome Customer Service, They took the time to thoroughly check for what I needed , when going into the store, I was treated very kindly, was shown the products available and they carried it to the check out. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Try them out, If you've never done business with them, you'll be happy you did.

Was doing a little shopping and needed to use the restroom, was denied access. I understand the side of town our store is on but to deny someone to use a public restroom is ridiculous. Good thing I didn’t need to change my baby’s diaper cause I would have certainly done it on one of the couches in the store room . Definitely won’t be coming back any time soon

I went there at the last minute looking for a dining room table. I had already picked out one at a furniture store but it was closed by the time I got there. I found a table that was the exact same style, except it was a 4 seater instead of an 8- 10 seater. I love my new table.

Decent store to buy home decor, comforters, dishes, pot and pans etc etc. furniture on the other hand breaks easily was a really cute couch didn’t last very long. Big lots also carries affordable electronics and name brand beauty supplies. Lines are usually short always have front parking spaces close to other stores and two gas stations.

Absolutely horrible Customer service asked an Associate if someone can please help me in the Furniture area and the little old lady looked at me an said he's busy so I waited and did some shopping while I waited and still no one came mind you the store was completely empty there was only 4 other people there don't think I'll be going there again anytime soon. And I will definitely be canceling my credit card from there 😔

Customer service today was amazing! The associate was friendly, helpful, and willing to be helpful!!! Customer service is hit or miss these days so today I was pleasantly surprised. Store was clean, organized and I would definitely go back.

Big Lots, WAS Awesome!! They had a Lot of New, Nice & Neat things there!! I found a Couple of Neat items, as Well as a Few Cleaning items!! They Also have, some dried Fruit, and My Son loves the Freeze-dried Apples. So I also purchased some of those!!🍎🍎🍎😊😊😊😄😊

Pretty fair prices on most items, many tech items I didn’t expect to see such as wireless keyboards, headphones, sound bar, etc.We went right before closing and when we pulled up to the store an employee flipped us off through the front window. Which was a little weird but overall the staff is pretty friendly.

Pretty good store honestly, good prices. I personally think it’s very understaffed because of how there is one person on register and sometimes their lines get big. Other than that it’s a great store and you should go!!

At the check out the card reader would not honour my gift card. Clerk told me unfortunately there was no other way to process it. I left the store, then decided to return and told the clerk to call a manager. After several attempts they finally got it to work. I will never buy another gift card from big lots. And am seriously thinking about not shopping there again.

The store is always clean, organized and well stocked and employees are friendly. They have a little bit of everything and new and different merchandise is arriving all the time. This is definitely a good place to stop when setting up a college dorm, stocking up on snacks and when looking for seasonal items.

The lady working in furniture was on top of her game. Assisting other employees along with her customers, including myself. She was very knowledgeable and knew the answers before I asked the questions. I was also impressed with the store itself. A lot more welcoming than I remember from past visits and the layout made sense.

Love, love how they have redecorated and updated the store! When you walk in it smells like new furniture and everything else is so organized and new-looking! Such a huge upgrade from the old store. Only giving 4 stars just because it's not on a great side of town and is a bit inconvenient. Otherwise you can find really cute things there and get good deals!

Has everything I need and more. Customer service was great. A lady named kathy was amazing. It's one of those stores where you cannot leave without buying something. Merchandising is phenomenal.

Had every bad experience with this location. I went in to buy a set of sofas and they said they would have it for me that same weekend. I get there and they only have one. They said sorry we will get it in next week. I was cool with that. But a whole month pass by for me to get my sofa!!! So frustrating! And then I am so dumb to go by again and buy a kitchen pantry. I tell them what I wanted and I get home and open it and it was the wrong color I asked for.

They sell discount products and the employees are usually very nice and helpful (if you can find one) and the store usually looks clean. My only complaint is that if they are busy you will have to wait in line because they never have more than 2 registers open at once.

I have been a regular customer at Big Lots for quite a few years. This store recently moved around a lot of their inventory, but I was able to find everything I was looking for and then some. Clean, tidy, and orderly. I would go back anytime.
