Tanner was totally rude, has a problem with authority and is extremely cocky with an attitude. Got the store manager Allison on the phone who proceeded to not honor the policy when a price label is incorrect or the location is incorrect. The scooters ring up as $999 but they are advertising $699. Very deceptive and to say that “you’ve been there 23 years and you don’t report to anyone” - Tanner threatening customers while on the phone with the store manager Allison… very shameful.

Horrible experience with purchasing and having a dishwasher installed. Whoever they sent to our house completely destroyed our cabinets and some drawers and left with the dishwasher unsecured, unbalanced and plugged into a power strip underneath our sink. When I confronted them about the issues they told me I needed to talk to best buy and left. Of course calling best buy got us nowhere. I won't trust them to install anything from here on out and probably won't even shop there anymore

Absolute worst experience dealing with anyone at this store. Management doesn’t care about customers or efficiency of flow. They rather put everything on there low knowledge “sales advisors” that’s if you can find one in the store when needed.Don’t go there to buy a phone unless you plan on spending the day thereDon’t go there to buy your appliances, TVs, or even computers unless you wanna get extorted into there memberships and 30% APR Credit Card.Again managers, especially Allison, don’t care about your experiences with them all their care is the numbers.I’ll be glad when they shut this store down due to lack of adaptive efficiency. Just your typical corporate company that lost its culture it built itself on

I came in at 10:15, when someone finally spoke to me he said phone people don’t arrive until 10:45 plus he was in queue and another customer was waiting. He did say he’d send someone over. The person who came out immediately helped another customer. I use to love Best Buy, but I think that’s over.

Young lady with geek squad solved my friends complex phone issues. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to get it right. She should get a raise, but I know do nothing shareholders come first these days.

The Geek Squad worked on my locked computer and got it fixed in 30-40 minutes....for no charge. Evelyn was friendly and proficient. Very happy with the service

Best Buy as a whole is not the place to make a big box purchase for sure. All the hype about support is absolute hogwash. I would give zero stars if I could. Especially the Geek Squad. These guys are definitely not savy and have communication skills like my dog. Non existent. Tried support, geek squad, Best Buy on line, all were worthless. This is a basic issue but I’m returning the laptop and everything that came with it.

Went in to fi d good deals. (Open boxes) . I didn't find an item I wanted with about a 40% discount. As I went up to the front they told me that the item was sitting for too long and they would just give me a 10% discount. Blows my mind. I didn't buy and wont come back

Went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Found a knowledgeable sales guy. Everything was going smoothly until check out. He has way to many questions that are required to ask.Maybe ask one question to see if people want to hear all the others. Just a thought.

Had an in home consultation for a few theatre options. Never received the proposals. Tried calling into store, couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Drove to store, explained situation. The in store representative texted the in home representative on his personal number with the proper email to send my proposal (we found out the wrong one was listed). Still not proposals a week later. Tried calling the store again with number listed and asked for a manager. Response from representative, “I’m sorry sir, I do not have the number for the store nor do I have a manager.” Amazing customer service we have here

Need to move the online pickup orders back to the counter as they were before. I order online to be fast and time efficient because I know what I want and don’t want to stand in a line. Yet I come inside to do so and I stand in line while there is 1 checkout person then the person has to walk back to the original area where pickup was before to grab the ordered item/s.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I bought a 58" TV yesterday and picked it up at the store 50 miles away from my house. I go it home and the screen appears to have been punctured with a fork lift. I called the store number listed and get some person from overseas saying I can just take it back. I tell them I want it replaced. I am told that store does not have one but another store another 15 miles away does, but they have only one. I ask if they can get it put on hold so I do not drive 65 miles one way only to find out they do not have it. I am told no that is against policy. I ask to speak with the store directly to verify they even have it. I am told that is also not possible.In other words I am to drive 130 miles round trip without any guarantee the product I want is actually there. I am then told I could always pay for it again and wait until I get conformation it has been pulled. Then drive there and get me new TV and take the broken one back to the original store.I ask for a manager as this is unacceptable to me, only to be told there is no manager available one will call me back. I have now waited 6 hours with no call back. If this is the kind of customer service I can expect from Best Buy, I have no reason to buy from them as opposed to discount outlet where customer service is not a top priority.As an FYI I called 4 times over those 6 hours and got the same message. So this is not a one off issue but a corporate wide issue.

It's not my favorite best buy to visit. However, there are a few associates who do care about customer service. Would love to give a better rating if there were more associates that did care.

Returned an Epson printer today. Wanted to buy a Canon printer. None on the shelf for me to take and no one available to help. Looked on Amazon and had the printer I wanted, $10 cheaper with free same delivery. Done deal. Maybe big box store's would be better focusing on customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Rusty at the electronics department, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service and expertise he provided. My experience began when I was in search of a new TV and DVD player, and Rusty's assistance made the entire process not only seamless but thoroughly enjoyable.From the moment I entered the store, Rusty greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor. His product knowledge was immediately evident, and he took the time to understand my preferences and requirements. Rusty's guidance was invaluable as he patiently walked me through the various options. Rusty then helped me put my TV in my car. I could not thank him enough. Thank you Rusty.

Won't return a bad TV (2nd tv), has to be sent to get repaired. They called and said it was bad and would be repaired. After weeks, go to store and they have no record of anything. They say it is fine and will be back in 2 weeks. Get the TV back, and NO power cord! Try calling the store and goes to a service center. After asking to talk to a Manger in the store they hang up on me, TWICE!! Now what? Never shop at best buy!!

They were horrible! They had the product we bought in the store under the wrong number online explaining that to any incompetent member of staff that worked there was like pulling teeth. We gave them a shot to fix it and they still sent the wrong product out.

The worst service ever at this Best Buy student line for a half an hour people asked me do I need help they finish their other customers then they’ve walked away and their guy at the front said that everybody’s on a queue. The guy never asked me when I walked through the door Best Buy here is a joke

Bought some sony tower speakers supposedly New, got home and ine of the boxes on bottom had tape that said inspected by best buy, open box and clearly it has been set up and used, top has nick on it, also looks to be soda spilt on the side of it or something, one could say thats a criminal thing your doing best buy, selling used merch as new, knowning damn well it wasn't

Definitely my favorite place for electronics! Every time I go in there, I have a hard time leaving without something. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. They have all my favorite products JBL, Samsung,Sony. You name it they most likely have it. Definitely check out their sound bars. I picked up my JBL 5.2 with 12-in subwoofer about a two years ago... And it's still pounding like it's just out the box. It is a must visit place for your electronic needs.

Your pickup service is a joke when I'm standing in a pickup line with only one associate running the counter. Could have went in there, looked around, and bought something in the same amount of time. The store deserves to go out of business.
