I purchased an engine mount structure for my Mooney M20K 231, and while I had hoped it would pass the necessary inspections, it did require an expensive rebuild by Aerospace Welding, a specialized shop for engine mount inspections and rebuilds.What truly impressed me was the outstanding customer service provided by BAS Parts. They not only offered a 90-day warranty on the part but also demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. When it became apparent that the part needed a significant overhaul, BAS Parts didn't hesitate to issue a partial refund. This level of responsiveness and willingness to make things right left me completely satisfied with the resolution.BAS Parts has earned my trust, and I will undoubtedly turn to them for my future needs when it comes to serviceable aircraft parts. While my initial experience may not have gone as smoothly as I had hoped, it's reassuring to know that they have your back when something doesn't go as planned. I recently purchased several flight controls and they were delivered without being in a box or a crate. Additionally, I was told there was no corrosion and it was quite the opposite. The photos I was shown did not disclose any corrosion. Getting a refund was very difficult and took several weeks.

Love how the website had pictures of the actual part I'm getting and not just that but good quality images where I could actually see the part well and in detail.
