I donated today several boxes of books. I was disappointed when the staff just dumped out of the boxes I had carefully packed and into to a huge box. That will ruin those books. Very disappointed.

The Arc Thrift Store is a great place to shop, I haven't been back there for a while but I'm planning on making it a habit to go there at least a couple of times a week.

I mostly buy used physical media from here and I do often find good deals. However the pricing has been laughable of late and makes no sense compared to actual value. They had a used DVD copy of Lord of the Rings the Two Towers for $14.99, very common used TV seasons between $9.99-$19.99, which were triple what eBay actual sales are showing. If they are going to charge premium used prices (the normal $3.99 per title is very high compared to other thifts/pawn shops) they should at least check to see the condition of the disc. Or at least if the title is right or if the disc is even in the case at all. Countless times I find scratched beyond repair discs or missing discs. Today I found a pornographic film in a case, that'll be fun when an unsuspecting parent comes back across it. I thought about bringing it to the counter but the one time I brought up empty cases in the past I found them back on the shelf my next visit.Also they ruin items with the price tags. Placing tags directly on the grooves of records.

Went to visit for the first time on a Sunday at 5:40 pm. If you decide to do this--DON'T!They close at 6 pm on Sundays. I kid you not, there was a guy on the loud speaker every minute saying they were "closing at 6pm because 6pm is their closing time." Not even kidding-- his exact words.And then there was only 1 working cashier and 2 guys that work there sitting and talking.It also seemed very disorganized there at least compared to the Loveland store.I was disappointed.But I did get a cute kitchen towel that said I am thankful for my dog.

I used to love coming to this location. After today I refuse to come here anymore. The prices are absolutely ridiculous and they should be ashamed for charging this much for donated goods.

2 vases exactly the same yet 2 different prices, 4.99 and 14.99, both half off which would have been $10. I asked to purchase them for 4.99 each on sale and was told 4.99 rack no sale. That's the same price. Thru said they're already on sale. Seriously. Basically offering them at the same price and disallowing the sale price bringing it to the same price. Horrible experience because they were stupid and ignorant. I hate to say that yet that was what it was...I walked out the store...I saw Jacob, he presented himself as a manager before so i asked him. He said why are you asking me if they already told you. Why are you asking me? This is after he said I don't know where its at... you'll have to look... he wasn't listening to me... he didn't care what I was asking...I went back into the store and was treated even worse... he went on and on loudly asking why are you asking me if you're already told something about the price...

We had a really nice, clean, small, solid oak desk and matching filing cabinet to donate. We pulled up, 3rd car from the front, and the attendant tells us they are going to close early so he won’t take them. There were others unloading their cars and I asked if they really can’t go ahead and thanked them and he said well, I can’t take furniture today. He just didn’t want to deal with it.

In the several years I've lived in Greeley, I think the Arc has gotten worse. They have a large inventory, but prices have gotten more and more expensive - Walmart brand clothing is sold at or higher than new-in-store prices, and shirts and dresses are generally at least $5-$10. The furniture has always been a bit unreasonable, but now it's hilarious; I don't know anyone who would buy a beat-up nightstand from a thrift store for $53.99.

Didn’t know there was an ARC in greeley thought I’d give it a chance even after the reviews weren’t great. Should of just gone off the reviews just drive to the Loveland one way better. As stated by others prices were ridiculous I went to Ross afterwards and it was noticeably cheaper to buy new!! They had used Walmart shirts for 7 bucks like what?!

The Greeley Arc is a great place for bargains an deals. I have bought many amazing items at this location. It is a busy location with plenty on the shelves at good prices.The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Once I lost my keys in the store and several employees too time to help me look.Amazing!

A neat thrift shop. An excellent place to get all kinds of power/computer cables. I got 6 different cables I needed for the price of a brand new off brand cable that wasn't exactly what I needed. They all were in pretty good shape too! Staff was kind and professional as well.

Really liked this thrift store. Lots of clothes for the lil ones and adults, and very organized so it was easy to find things. Never seen such organization at an arc the bedding was labeled and organized by size tags on the rack (queen sized flat sheet, king size flat sheet, pillow cases, etc ) it saved me a lot time not having search all the racks for sizes. You can tell they take pride in making sure the store is organized I really was impressed they got good people working the registers and the floor.

Bigger people pay more. When asking the cashier why their larger clothes were priced higher than their smaller clothes when they get them all for FREE, she told me they go off eBay and that she prefers for fatter people to pay more than skinny people. Absolutely sizist and I will not be giving them my money again, I recommend you don’t either.

Used to love this place. The manager on duty was always super nice and so was the staff. Here lately the manager sticks her nose up to everyone and never greets anyone any more. Really disappointed in the staff today in particular.... we waited at the counter for ten minutes wanting to look at several items, we were ignored every time we tried to look at some thing. As more and more people came up to the counter they were greeted and helped, but not us. Finally when we were able to look at items that were DISPLAYED for purchase, we were told we could not purchase them because an employee / volunteer wanted it . They then took the items and moved then to the side behind some items. Extremely disappointed in this stores behavior. It used to wonderful and the employees sociable, but now if as if they act like they are better then everyone who walks in through the doors and they are constantly stacking items behind the counter that are "not for sale". I would rather drive all the way to Longmont to shop at a good Arc then take the five minute drive to this one any more.

Typical thrift store. I unfortunately don't often find great things at this location. I prefer hitting the thrift stores in Loveland/ Ft Collins when trying to find hidden treasures. This location has decent furniture and a lot of clothes though so depending on what you're searching for, definitely worth a couple minutes to walk through.

I love this place and I can't stay out of there. In my mind, it's like fishing and I love fishing. If it were called catching, I'd expect to catch something every time, but for me, shopping at ARC does not mean expecting to catch something every time. I enjoy the chase and have found a number of things that I bought, have enjoyed and picked up for a bargain price . I will certainly be back.

I used to go into the Arc once or twice a week; however, I've found that the pricing on some items has increased by as much as 25%. It's no longer on my list of places to shop.

I donate and shop at thrift stores. Management needs to know that some items are being way over-priced; some clothing items even have the original price tags on them, and Arc prices them HIGHER! Housewares/decorations, and other random items are often more expensive or the same if bought new. I’m not shopping out of pure charity; they have an obligation to charge less for the used items and clothes than if we were buying them brand new. Also books given away in kids’ meals at Chik fil A and a free (completed by a child) craft from Lowe’s were like $3 each.

What one would expect from a thrift store for the most part. I did come across a ridiculous amount of merchandise that was so over priced. Maybe they should either appoint that detail to someone with a greater knowledge of whatever department the item belongs to. Or take the time they are probably already stuck on their phones to hit a search engine. Either way I do not get out much these days. So it was still a good time. Besides the constant announcements about closing time. Good deals on some vintage and original apparel. But as always some of the prices are ridiculously close to that of the same item brand new. Really need some pricers with knowledge or googling ability.

Arc losing its friendliness. Not one employee said hello. None. This was a store that would greet you with a smile n take a moment to say hi. What happened? Did u get rid a employees who welcome you n truly glad to see u again.

Absolutely ecstatic with their customer service! I had the worst experience at goodwill today, my husband and I bought a coffee table from them we went home to pick up the truck and as soon as we got back to goodwill they had sold it!! We came to the arc they were so quick and responsive to our needs of what we were looking for and Travis was the absolute best as well as the rest of the team to help us! Thank you guys for helping us and really appreciate the customer service!!!!

Great prices and the manager Travis was always very nice!! I love this place; they help the community and they help people’s wallet. On Saturday’s most tags are half off, special discounts during the week, as well as seasonal discounts. This store holds many good memories for me, as many of my first vintage pieces are from here ❤️

I don't have an issue with prices but I mostly shop for spare craft supplies. At best my most recent experience made me feel unwanted as a customer as the cashier wouldn't speak to me or look at me. I initially thought maybe it was a language issue, which is fine, but I told her to still have a good day and was clearly ignored as she turned to her co-worker and very clearly and somewhat loudly said she was leaving the register area in clear English. I don't have an issue with language barriers but this was clearly not the case. If ARC is helping people get basic work experience and such then they need to train what customer service is and how to treat people.
