The new manager, Nate, was super friendly and took time to do a gait analysis and help me discover I needed a more supportive shoe. The recording showed in slow motion that my right foot was rotating diagonally and slipping over the front edge of my shoe.He recommended a few other pairs to help dial in comfort and support which I was able to test again on the treadmill and compare with the previous recording.Great experience over all. They're changing soon to "Altitude Running" so come take a look if you haven't been in for a while.

My wife and I found this store and are glad we did. The owner has great inventory, fair prices, and the best store policies that allow his customers to get the right shoe. Our salesman's name was Michael. The owner is very lucky to have this kind, loving, patient, good listener, and knowledgeable young man. This salesman and his owner truly care for their customers feet and getting the right shoes and insoles. My wife and I will now be lifetime customers of this shoe store. First time going to this store and I am thoroughly impressed. Brandon was so helpful. It got pretty busy and I had to wait but it gave me the opportunity to see that he gave each one of us the same high-quality service. He was patient, took his time to evaluate my needs, and went through a few shoes to make sure I had the right fit. He made a suggestion and it was spot on. What I like about Bells Running, is the membership, which saves you money on your next purchase but also the return policy is outstanding. So many times I've purchased running shoes elsewhere, then be in pain and could not return them. Thanks for really caring about your customers! I highly recommend this place.

Brandon at Bells Running has earned my fierce loyalty, and I will most definitely be a regular customer. Thank you for welcoming me into this wonderful sport. After a Google search for running stores near me, I discovered this store's website. I watched the intro YouTube video, and first visited Brandon’s store the second week of March, 2018. I was pleasantly surprised to find the ‘nice & friendly video dude’ was actually the person working in the store that day; in fact, the new (3 years ago) store owner. I don’t know Doug Bell, but he picked a great person to sell his store to. I’m a newb to running, but Brandon is extremely patient as well as being very knowledgeable in the sport and relevant gear. He made me feel comfortable immediately, and when my new shoes turned out not to be a good fit after a few miles, he let me exchange them for a different brand with no hassle and no questions asked. Brandon lived up to exactly what he said he would. The store has a great selection of quality shoes and running/walking accessories. I look forward to shopping here again.

I've shopped here a few times, both when it was Bells and now Altitude. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to listen to your questions and then offer multiple solutions or ideas.I really feel that they offer the best individual service and highly recommended them if you have any running related questions

Nate is the store manager and has tremendous knowledge about gait/running assessments and can you get anyone in the right shoe/orthotic. I own a physical therapy practice (Lake Physiotherapy) in town and send all my patients to him when they’re in need. Check them out!

I recently visited Altitude Running in hopes of finding some insoles for my work boots. I met Nate and told him what I was looking for. He asked me a number of questions and had me sit down, took a look at my arches, and grabbed about three pair of insoles for me to try.He took the time to ask me questions about fit and feel, without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. I purchased a pair of insoles, and they made a world of difference for me at work. I no longer have pain in my feet.THEN I decided to go back for a pair of running shoes, as I have been out of running for quite a while, and had no idea where to begin finding the right shoes for me.The young woman who helped me was just as delightful as Nate, and had me try about five pair of shoes. She was very patient and explained how each shoe was unique and in what ways they might or might not work for me, including the technology and design that went into each one.Again, I never felt pressured for time or to select a particular pair.She even had me get on the treadmill and try out the two pair I narrowed it down to.I finally decided on a set of Hokas that felt great on the treadmill.The Hokas have helped me get back into running, and actually enjoy it! I'm no marathoner yet, but I am very much enjoying the shoes.I will be back when I need a new pair!Thank you to the staff of Altitude! I could not be happier with my experience in your store and the better quality of life your products have provided me!
