I've always enjoyed shopping at this store, but unfortunately, I found out yesterday from the "eye-roll" cashier that they no longer offer a 10% military discount. It's a shame because I appreciated that perk. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping here anymore.

Very helpful and professional staff! I was looking for a type of screw that they were out of. I had to get a size bigger, however the manager sold them to me for the price of the size I was looking for. It was a nickel cheaper on each screw. Because of this I will be shopping at this Ace Hardware from here on out. I highly recommend this Ace Hardware

We had a dead battery in parking lot. We went into buy a portable battery charger. Derek helped us, they did not have one that had been charged. He went over and above and came out to jump our car. Saved us tons of money and time!!! Kiddos to the great customer service experience from Derek believe me this kind of customer service is few and far between today. Thank you

Friendly service but not able to return all items. I bought a thermostat and after I bought they put a sticker on it saying the item could not be returned or exchanged. I was not told about it and didn't notice the sticker til I got home.

The only problem with this Ace is they usually have too many people to help you! I had some keys copied and they were super fast and helpful. They have a ton of selection and usually any tool we need. It smells great when they have the wood and pellet stoves/smokers going. A great Ace andva great place! Highly recommend

I walked into the store over from Safeway and had some shopping bags with me and the store associate yelled at me while entering the store to put my shopping bags on the counter- the interaction made me rather uncomfortable even being in the store. I do understand theft is a common issue, it just left me with a bitter attitude after the interaction. Maybe if the store associate didn’t shout at me, I would have been less uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this store.

1st time there. Not greeted or asked if I needed any help finding anything, but also, was not blatantly ignored, and if I had asked for help, they seemed happy to help all of their customers (it was a busy Saturday afternoon). Nice, clean, organized store. However, although they had vacuum cleaners parts, they were only for Hoover brand and a few belts from another brand ("Shark?") Being a large chain hardware store, they should've had a much better selection of vacuum belts, bags, filters, etc. Disappointed by the lack of anything I needed. Otherwise, it was fine. I'd go back there again for other things, though. Definitely a much more knowledgeable staff than Lowe's or Home Depot, and would've been helpful if approached. I'd give it 5 stars overall, but the scarcity of what I was needing, brought it down to 4 stars. Still recommended.

You may pay slightly more than you would at a larger home improvement store like Lowe's or Home Depot, but you won't get the quality selection and service that you get at Ace Hardware. It feels like a store that would be in a small town and you get tested as such. I love shopping here. Recommended highly.

Dear Ace, please understand that when you advertise something online that I can "pick up today" ... and then I arrive at the store and it's not in stock and the item you do have is double the price, I'm not shopping at your store.

Went in with my own OEM key blanks that I purchased online, and they did the labor to cut my keys for me. Was a bit nervous since I didn't want to lose either blank, if they were cut wrong. Both keys worked on my vehicle doors and ignition. Only paid $1 for labor costs for each key. Great job! Oh, and the man behind the counter asked me why I ordered the blanks online? He had several blanks for my vehicle in stock. I said I'd been there to have them make me two keys, weeks before, but they were out of them, at the time. Good to know they have more, if I need them.

I think only 2 people work hear..nearly impossible to get paint mixed or find someone other than checkout for help.Ended up leaving after 20 minutes of standing around.If you like Ace drive to Poulsen ace in EatonBest around plenty of knowledgeable staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I came in clueless about a screw I needed for the door handle of my Jeep and they handled it perfectly. Doug (I believe was his name) and Mariana (the hardware queen :) )helped me out and made sure that it was the right piece before I drove away! Thank you so much!

A great small hardware store. Clean and easy to locate assistance and checking out was fast and efficient. I ordered an item from home, paid for it online and picked it up at the front counter. I try to buy from them rather than using the much larger and crowded Lowes or Home Depot.

We went to the store to get a copy of a key made. Waited around for about 45 minutes until we were told that something was not right. Went out to the car and now the original key does not work. Store showed no remorse in messing up our original key still didn't get the copy, and was left in the parking lot with a vehicle that was undrivable. Had to tow the car to Toyota and have them diagnose what happened. Toyota said there was debris left on the copy of the key that got in to the lock. so now after price of over $600 for the key, the diagnostic, the cost of the tow and having no vehicle for 4 days, Ace doesn't care that this was their error. Emailed them all of this on Saturday when it happened on the corporate website still have not received a response. And looking at these reviews looks like the only reply to the good reviews? All we did was going to make a copy of a key and it's cost us this much because they didn't clean off the copy with a steel brush
