Jasmine has amazing customer service pointing me in the right direction with Efrum right there to help me find my bolts in under one minute they deserve some kind of award for giving time to learn their job. You don’t find youngsters like them quite often, one of a kind.

I can always find something over at ace for a good price friendly employment as well. I go in there for gardening supplies. plus in the Spring i always go here for lawn care accessories. Usually try to get tools there when I can't finish the job im work on this would be my first most of the time.

Always find what we need especially if the big box chains dont have what I'm looking forMore and more I am finding that I go to Ace before going elsewhere as they usually have in stock what is needed at a decent price. Always the customer service is top notch, helpful, and friendly.

My husband and i walked in and immediately was asked if we needed help by a cashier to which we responded "no thank u, were ok". Then she proceeded to ask us what we were there for, to which we responded that we were just going to look around for now. She seemed bothered by our answer and about 6 steps ahead we had 2 other workers walk towards and again asked if we needed help finding anything, again we repeated that we're fine and just looking around. They kept walking and talking on their radios. No more than 2 mins later one of them comes back saying they were told that i had to leave my purse at the front because its like a small backpack.. mind you i can only fit about 2 things in my little bag. Made us feel like we were not supposed to be there.

Ordered a key remote waiting for a week and a half for it. Got a call to come get it and program it. Drove over an hour to get there and walked into the store at 4:27 pm. Waited for 5-7 minutes with no help and employees standing around not busy. Asked for someone to assist me and a young man could not find my key and address my program and pickup . He was not trained.He said he needed the manager and stood there a few minutes like a tree. No one was in the store and finally I asked him where she was? He pointed so I got the manager Alicia’s attention myself. She came over and asked what was needed. She was told I was picking up my key order. She went and found it but then pointed to a sign she could not program nor help me after 4:30. She refused to walk ten feet out to my car parked in front of their door to the store and help me. I asked for my money back as no one told me when called or when ordered to be there by 4:30 which I was there before anyway. Little cashier Vanessa refused to give my moneyback and argued to use a different Credit card until Alicia manager came and did it. So Vanessa needs more training how to refund and know it can be done. WARNING…..DO NOT USE this store. Horrible service and they do not care about following time policies correctly nor letting customers know their rules.They should have helped me and Corporate is aware. Alicia and Vanessa need training how to serve others correctly and the Owner needs to know what is happening here as staff stands around.

I like this place but not as much as the one on West 10th Street the staff there is much better even though the owners are the same at both places I feel a lot less stress shopping at the one on the west side of town. I know that there's a lot of theft that takes place at the store on 11th avenue but I still don't appreciate being followed around and having to have someone unlock something it's just the way things are these days I guess.

Great staff, always very helpful!Clean store, good products, good prices!They always have the hard to find items.Great selection of bolts, screws, furniture repair, anything you need for the lawn and patio, etc., etc... And they have Dot's pretzels and Dot's cheetos... don't miss all of the goodies at the registers...

Ace is certainly the place. I was having some trouble finding a piece of hardware to solve a unique problem I was addressing. A nice young man knew exactly where to find the piece I needed and had a great customer service attitude.

Went to buy paint and one of the associates was toooo helpful, which is great but not when you dont feel free to chose whatever color you need. Associate made me feel that I needed to buy the color he was offering. Ended up buying the wrong color when I got home. Didnt want to go through another ordeal to return the paint. Went to home depot instead and got the right color, better quality and less expensive

ANDeeded parts to repair a door lock. Went to ace, got exactly what i needed. Excellent service and selection. All staff members were very attentive and very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were slightly higher, but it was worth it for the knowledge and experience of the staff, and the fact I was in and out with everything i needed, (including having multiple keys made), in less than 10 minutes. Try that at some of the larger stores!

This ace hardware must have a lot of theft, but you will get followed around by the staff, then they rush you in and out. Honestly very uncomfortable. I’ll be going to Home Depot or the ace in Eaton from now on.

A go to spot for most small project needs. Have gone to install new window screen, mount an indoor hammock, and fixing some basic pluming in my kitchen. Any other place, in terms of needs, would receive four stars from me, but the service alone from this location merits a fifth. They greet you at the door, and help you find what you're needing. Very helpful and knowledgeable! You dont feel like an inconvenience to them at all as they guide you around the store to find your products!

They kept harassing me the whole time I was in the store could not move with out them up my ass. I'll definitely not be going back to this vary unwelcome place. I completely forgot what i wanted because of them making me mad. Then asked if i would like to donate money.it's truly sad that if been treated this way two times and if never stolen anything.

This is the Ace Hardware in Garden City. I went to this Ace HardwareAbout a week ago to buy a chipped key. They said it would be about a $100.00. I thought that was a little much so I did not buy one. A friend of mine told me that I could buy one online for about $6 and program it myself in about 2 minutes. So I did that and took the key back to them and asked if they would cut the key for me then I could program it myself and that I would be happy to pay for the cutting of the key. They flat out said no that if I didn't buy the key from them that they would not cut the key for me. If I could give them zero Stars I would . It's the last time that I will ever step foot in that store. I called the ACE up on 9th they said that they would be happy to cut the key for me and they did. They will be getting all of my business for now on. Think twice about spending your money in this store they will rip you off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
