We have been going to Jamie for over 8 years now! She loves my dog as if she were her own, and I trust her (quite literally) with my life. My dog always comes back beautiful and well cared for. Never has my dog come home with an injury. In fact, on several instances Jamie has identified problems before I ever did and recommended veterinary care. She’s 1000% the best in the business! I even referred her to my sister, and she also loves her so much that she drives up from Castle Rock every 6 weeks to get her dog groomed!

We are so beyond thankful for Jamie!! She takes such great care of our sweet and high energy goldendoodle, Fannie. She has been grooming Fannie since she was a puppy and always does such a wonderful job!! We have moved to Castle Rock and still make the drive to Greeley because we love Jamie sooo much!! She is reliable and cares so much for all of the dogs she grooms. She is very attentive and we always appreciate her letting us know if she notices anything wrong with Fannie. We know our pup is in the best hands when we drop her off for her grooming appointments!

Jamie has always taken care of my dogs (Savanna and Coco). She not only grooms them but watches out for things that might need attention that I missed. Savanna is when I meet Jamie. She cared for Savanna at the humane society before we adopted Savanna. Now she helps me with my baby Coco. She cares for all dogs like they are her own. Blessing to have this day and age. Jamie has groomed my sweet Shihtzu, Crypto, for almost a year now. My sweetie loves the experience and pampering that she gives while grooming him! Jamie is the most wonderful and personable groomer we have ever experienced! She is always there to greet you at the door with a smile and immediately loves on our dogs! She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable. Her pricing is amazing and our dogs always come home feeling wonderful and relaxed. She always lets the dogs play and go to the bathroom in her giant backyard unlike any other grooming facility I have ever experienced. I would recommend her to anybody looking for an amazing and talented groomer! We will NEVER go to anybody else!

Jamie is an amazing groomer! I’ve been going to her for years with my two shih tuz mixes. My dogs aren’t the most well behaved, but she is so sweet with them and they are never unhappy leaving (they also look great). I appreciate Jamie sticking to confirmed appointment times for the safety of the dogs, running early or late can lead to some unwanted run ins with dogs or cause stress for the dogs who are currently being groomed. She always puts the dogs first. Also, I love how she remembers each and every dog and client and treats them like they are the very best!

I appreciate your apology and we have moved forward with a different outlook on breeding our dog. If you’re reading this for the first time do not hesitate to use Jamie for her dog grooming services as my review was not about her business. Just her character at the time of the incident explained. Jamie goes above and beyond in her care for my service dog. I've watched her 'love on' every dog she grooms and massages. She takes the time to observe the dogs and gives them treats and extra time if they get stressed in any way. Her shop is always clean. I dont currently have a pet that needs grooming however I have spent the last 2 years getting to know Jamie and seeing her fantastic work on all of the many animals she has graciously groomed at no cost for the Humane Society of Weld County. She has donated countless hours grooming animals that have been neglected for months to years. The animals' personalities all.come shining through once all their mats are clipped and curled over nails are trimmed! If I were to ever get a pet that required grooming, she would be my first choice!

I've been going to Jamie for a long time and thought we had an open communication. However, when I asked about my dogs hair and why they looked terrible, she went off on me! I was constructive in my comment and told her she usually does such a good job but today they both looked like they were groomed with dull scissors and clippers. She then began to criticize me and my dogs, calling them nasty and filthy and somehow their bad haircuts were their fault and mine. Apparently, she wanted them groomed before they came in to be groomed. If this is how one behaves toward a long-time customer and her pets over an honest question, I would not recommend her as a groomer to anyone. I had no idea she hated my dogs so much.

She's a Dog Whisperer. So professional and loves doing what she does. Jamie loves every dog that comes her way. You couldnt ask for a better groomer or someone with a bigger heart. I know Jamie has groomed dogs that were so badly behaved that she continued to work with them because she was so concerned about how they would be treated if they went somewhere else. If thants not committed I dont know what is.

My mother in law & I have been having our 3 dogs groomed by Jamie for at minimum 4 years now (two dogs have been going for longer). We always gave Jamie the benefit of the doubt even when our dogs came back with wounds (near the eye, on the legs and belly from her grooming) because we understood that dogs can’t all be precious angels every appointment. However, when Jamie moved from the shop to doing care at her house it seemed as if her business skills were left at that building. The dogs could feel the tension and were always so scared and wound up when arriving at her house (dogs have a good sense of personality, and we think they weren’t treated the best during their stay now that it was held at her house and not a business). It also seemed as if the dogs were not let out to go potty the entire stay at Jamies as when we arrived back home they would go to restroom for extended amounts of time. The last appt we took the dogs to my MOL was early (which hasn’t been a problem in the past) and was greeted with a terrible attitude for the “inconvenience” of showing up before the scheduled appt time. After reaching out to schedule another appt for the dogs we were replied to with very long and disrespectful messages one of which begins with “I knew you’d have something snotty to say despite my decline to groom your dogs”. I sure hope she doesn’t treat other people and animals the way she has treated us.
