I had the privilege of having Randy and Noe service my fireplace today. It had not been used in many years and was sealed off at the top. They were so capable and worked quickly to completely dismantle the glass cover, the logs and the gas components to determine replacement needs. They said it probably had been used very little and the components were all still good. They checked the chimney and found three large cracks around the flue that needed repair. They spread a product over the entire area around the flue that will expand and contract with heat and cold rather than cracking. They showed me a picture of the damage before I approved the work and then a picture of the completed work. They took off the tape that was sealing the flue. Both men were so kind and explained the processes. I so appreciated their consideration and the protective sheet they worked over as well as their willingness to answer my many questions.

I needed to re install the stovepipe on our wood burning stove after I removed it to try and clean the chimney myself and no matter what I did - I couldn’t get it back together. The fireplace repair companies are all really busy this time of year - but Randy was able to fit us in and came out the day after I called. He re installed the stovepipe, cleaned the chimney, and repaired part of the chimney. He also made a new baffle for the stove. Emelio & John REMOVED my fireplace in one day! It was a factory built firebox--steel cabinet housing a gas insert with blower--connected thru an extra floor of heavy liner and flue in an interior wall chase to the chimney on the roof. No structural involvement but an extremely complex maneuver. I did a little prep work. My house is free of ALL PARTS OF THIS glitchy old mess. And they patched the roof. I am so happy! This company is also known as "Advanced Comfort."

Need a chimney sweep for your annual fireplace maintenance? A Clean Sweep should be your first choice. In our case, our wood burning fireplace was beyond reasonable repair so we had it removed. Randy, John and A.J. did a fantastic job removing ours. They were fast and courteous. Must be infections at their office since Amanda too was courteous and professional. Randy was a huge help, we had several issues with our heat stove, we could see the visible but once he dismantled everything , he found out there were several serious issues, Randy got right to it a fixed everything to specs. Installed proper vent pipe with ridged braces and redid the inside piping. Also cleaned the pilot light and stove. I recently had a fireplace insert installed in my fireplace which was built in the late 60's. The crew arrived at my house on time and immediately got started with cleaning the old fireplace and chimney, They obviously knew their business and were excellent with keeping all the debris from the cleaning contained making virtually no mess in my house. The company owner and installer arrived with the insert and various other materials for the installation and immediately got to work with preparing for then proceeding with the installation. The installation was completed by 4:00 in the afternoon and the installation was tested and found to be working correctly. I'm very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of everyone on the installation team and would recommend them highly for anyone looking to get a fireplace insert installed in their home.
