Today my mom went to 7-11 at the address I've tagged. She gave the woman at the register over $1000 for a money order. The woman counted it and then stuck it in her drawer. She then said the machine for money orders isn't working and would give the money back. She gave my mom everything but $100. She then proceeded to become rude and hateful when my mom told her this. She refused to give the money back. Also at NO TIME did this woman tell my mother the amount she was told for the money order is NOT what she received. As we all know you have to tell them the exact amount you want before giving them money and they tell you the total with fees. That's exactly what happened and she did not correct my mother at any time to say she was short by $100. She only claimed this AFTER giving money back. Management and owner was supposedly contacted by the cashier with the owner saying they'd be there at 11am but never showed. The manager didn't bother to answer. We did call the police but they said they will not help unless a manager calls them after reviewing footage. However I don't believe anything will happen at all. So I'm posting this to make everyone aware that you need to not go there unless you want to be ripped off.

Jeet and Mindy are the BEST. I have known Mindy for many yrs. They have given all the customers that have come into their store the upmost satisfaction, Customer Service that you will ever get anywhere. And the store is always clean and they even had a snowplow out doing the snow removal that I’ve never seen at any 7-Eleven in the area

Your employees needs to learn how to count money and they also need to stop shorting people on the amount they are giving back when a purchase is made at your store. Maybe send your employees back to third grade because they are idiots.

The world changed when covid first hit and companies suffered from lack of business and employees who found it easy to quit and get paid. I assure you the manager and assistant manager at this franchise are not those types of employees. Mindy who manages and Jake who is her assistant keep the store operating thru difficult times and the lack of employees who still have that dreadful covid curse. I visit this store every day and am always greeted with professionalism and respect.Merlin

There is a greasy long haired dude who has a weird voice and has horrible body odor. Someone need to tell this guy to wash himself as he smells so bad I have to back away from the counter so I don't vomit. He kept stroking his hair too and then he has to touch the stuff i'm buying which is equally as gross.

The customer service here is fantastic! You always get greeted with a “Hello”. They are attentive, friendly and make you feel welcome! The place is clean and well stocked! Thanks Mindy for a great experience today. I’ll be back!

There's only two employees that I like. I shop at 7-11 regularly...The rest of the employees are weird, racist, some unknown, and some just make 7-11 experience less exciting and enjoyable. I came in for creamer like I usually do, and instead of getting a "your good". I had eyes on me like a hawk, came back in and purchased some things, and she told me that I needed to purchase coffee if I wanted to take a large amount, which is no problem! 👏🏼 I would have been paid for coffee every single time if I would have known that's how it was suppose to be. So I told the cashier to add on a large coffee and she can have it. Very unhappy and embarrassing because a lot of people were in there. I paid. Next time just inform a customer and don't make it seem like it's okay to take some when it isn't. Thank you. God bless

Last night I went to the 7-Eleven. I headed for the restrooms. The clerk told me that they don’t have restrooms. I told them it says restroom right there on the door. He then told me we don’t have public restrooms and the restrooms are only for employees. Fine I am OK with that, but then I go to the refrigerator doors to select a beverage of my choice And the refrigerator doors are locked. I then asked the clerk if they were not selling beer at this time. He told me they were but that they keep the refrigerator doors locked. I waited for a bit for him to unlock the doors and then I asked him if he was gonna lock them. The clerk replied that he was not gonna lock them because he was doing a shift change. There were other two 7-Eleven employees who were just standing around and no one offered to help me. I then exited the store And told the clerks that were there that they need to be trained on how to provide customer service. The clerk who I was initially talking to told me that if I didn’t understand then I could just go somewhere else. This particular 7-Eleven is a regular for me and I often talk to the owner, Terry, of the store. I will no longer be going to the 7-Eleven until I get a response back from the owner saying he has trained his employees on customer service and he has gotten rid of that one clerk who was so snarky to me.

I was driving through town (from out of state) and just filled up my truck. My special needs son needed desperately a bathroom. The attendant was not only rude about it but wouldn’t even offer help.I get having a policy for not having a public restroom - no problem but seriously have some human compassion and help a special needs little boy who was obviously needing help!So sad in this location and if this is a policy will avoid 7-Eleven in the future

I come here for coffee with my youngest child almost every single morning. Mike is awesome! Hes been there for the 2 1/2 years I've lived in this area and has never failed to be awesome. He is very nice to everyone that comes in and is excellent to kids. He seems to be liked by a lot of the customers that come in considering they'll call him by name and have some casual conversation. My daughter went from being shy to being excited to get my coffee so she can show mike the little toys she has or a book shes holding and he will have a full conversation with her too about whatever it is shes showing him. Hes a great guy. You better not get rid of him!! Thank you mike for giving my daughter an ice cream token from good times. Very kind gesture! We are on our way to use it now :)

I was in 7-11 for a Quick convenience Shopping trip, & I Did indeed find everything I was looking For!! Shelves were Well Stocked!! Kudos to Employee Bree. She was excellent help!! I asked to purchase some "Mini Tacos", & she was able to get them for Me!! It was Awesome, to Learn, that they(7-11) was having a Contest with the Mini Tacos, & Bree was "Apparently Ahead!!😍😍🍕🍕🍩 I don't know, what other 7-11 Locations, that they were "Competing Against"...🍕🍕🍕

Good clean store, great staff. Redbox just out front. No public restroom, Milk is out of stock when ever I pop in but milk goes quickly for a 24hr store. So if you are there for milk and it's after hours for other places there is another 7-11 up the road don't quite know the milk situation never really been in that one.

Oh my god this is the 7-Eleven for me. I wish every other 7-Eleven was as clean and friendly as this one. I will never buy taquitos at any other store because the ones here are always so fresh. Shout out to the management here.
