3PM April 25th, 2024Lady refused to take a 5$ bill and 8 quarters to sum up 7$.I'd understand if i were paying in smaller change, but to deny me for using 8 quarters was so unreasonable, so i figured out another way, she started swearing at me because i didn't like her attitude towards me and i politely said "please do not swear at me, I'm a customer" as I'm walking out. She yelled and said "what did you say" as im approaching the door to leave, i said again "please do not swear at me." She then yelled at me twice while i exited "UP YOURS 2X".I honestly believe she was racist from the start because she wanted to refuse me right when i walked in, i asked for cigarettes and she wanted to refuse my License because I'm not from CO. She i feel was honestly looking for a reaction and to find drama in a drama-less situation. I just moved here and I've been going to this 711 for a few days, this is the first time I've seen her and come into this situation here. I'll definitely being taking this further if nothing is done about this situation.

Oh where do I start. The morning girl Leah is the absolute best. When you talk about customer service no one can compare. To the review a couple before me. The gentleman with the dog... You stepped out of line more than once while I was in the store. You made me comfortable to leave her by herself.

Morning employees are the best. Steven still has a piss poor attitude as usual lol but we just avoid the store when he's working... Great job on keeping up with all the needs we have!!!!

It's amazing that people like the entitled service dog lady that reviewed before me think that the 7-11 employees owe them literally anything. My dog comes in, and the store workers love her. They have treats ready for her, and they know her name without even knowing mine! The workers here don't get paid enough to care, and I don't expect them to. That being said, they're kind of you treat them like they're human. They deal with way too many trashy people in Greeley to deserve my disrespect. Just get whatever you came for and get out. It's a convenience store, not a King Soopers. Y'all are doing great here.

Morning employee is rude and lazy. When I called her out on her laziness, she now refuses to serve me. She has also made up stories about my dog, who is a service animal, saying she's aggressive and growled at the frito lays guy. That never happened. Now I have to wait until this morning employee is not working to go in and get what I need. I'd take my business elsewhere but it's the closest to me. I have now made 2 complaints to the corporate office.*add. I'm still being refused service by this woman who works mornings. Just because I called out her laziness. I wasn't rude or vulgar about it. I just just stated "I guess some people are too lazy to do their job." I didn't even say it to her. I said it as a general statement. But if the shoe fits... So far she's just proving that statement is correct. Not to mention that I've actually witnessed this woman stand and do nothing while there's a bunch of people in the store and another employee does the work she should be helping with

Employee “Damon” has a terrible attitude , you can tell he doesn’t want to be at work. He made customers stand in line while he watched the oven cooking food for over 5 minutes. Never acknowledged customers waking in or made an attempt to let us know he will be right with us.Overall the store was very dirty and cluttered. I would highly recommend not going to this store.

If you don't have a Colorado State ID or from a different country don't go to this 7-11 as my wife was told they would no longer accept her ID it has to be a Colorado state ID this happened today 3-13-24 at about 4pm it sucks when my teenage son told me the way he said it sounded racist why work if you don't like other ppl while wearing rainbow colored sleeves and painted nails I'm not one to judge. me and my family have gone to that 7-11 for ever this 7-11 deserves a -5 but if my wife would have stooped to his level and called him something then he would have been mad but only God can judge us

Wanted to do two transactions for 10$ cash back but was told I can only do that once a day…I mean even if I use separate cards…so ideally u might just want to use the atm especially if you have to buy something anyway to get cash back…

I would like to say overall this is a great store. I have lived by it for several years and get along great with the staff. However there is one gentleman that usually works the weekends who is tall and has blonde hair who does an exceptional job at what he does. His customer service is top notch, his attitude second to none, and he always goes above and beyond in order to help out his customers. There have been multiple occasions where he has spotted me a few dollars on a doughnut or cookie when I had no money or food. He knows his stuff and always stays busy and alert, always watching to make sure there is no foul play or loittering going on in the parking lot since it has become an issue. Whoever is the owner or manager needs to get this man a raise ASAP or at the very least a handsome bonus, it's time and time again that I see his work ethic bring a positive and happy experience for the customers because to lose him as an employee would be a big hit overall to this particular 7 Eleven gas station. I hope he gets the appreciation he deserves.

The evening crew is very much more polite and customer service oriented. I do feel the store is a bit dirty though. Could use a cleaning crew!!! So my score is a 2 for cleanliness and between 4 to 5 for customer service!!

Horrible! Store always smells like vomit. Store staff are more interested in filling DoorDash orders than helping the customers that have been standing in line for 15+ minutes. Store is always cluttered and very few items in this store. Would not recommend and I will not be going back to this store ever!

Not good an poor customer service, lazy, and to older ladies made me wait till they smoked just to tell me inside that they cant exchange 20 for two tens, when i know i had bigger bills exchanged

Place is very dirty. Restroom is filthy. Had to laugh reading the sign that employees must wash hand before returning to work. But touching the facet, paper towel dispenser and door knob, they'll need to wash their hands again. Just a dirty, unclean environment.

Bathroom was filthy and floors through out store were to. The clerks hygiene was not much better he had long hair that was messy and greasy looking. No greeting or thank you.

You don't need your I.D to buy blunt wraps!Props to the little behind the counter!So if they ever say they need your I.D, they lying.All the customer had to do was give her his birthday.

Always Friendly and Fast. Clean and stocked well. This place is always Busy, the amount of people through here is incredible. Its impressive that they work as hard as they do and stay happy and friendly.
