Solid store. Well stocked and clean. Staff are very friendly. We take our dogs to the dog wash here as well! Fun for the whole family!

All staff needs to be fired. (Except for Danna). None of the staff knows how to do there job. Doesn’t know where items are at. But Danna was an amazing worker and was the only person out of 6 people that knew where things were at and how to do her job. Thank you Danna. Merry Christmas

Really underestimated, should be a weekly go to if you have a fixer upper at home, a pet, or a yard. Full size vehicle trailers, wheel borrows, dog food, rabbit food, bird seeds, clothing, rocking chairs, tires, fireplaces, smokers. Small gifts, books, and the best helpful staff!

Super friendly people. We stopped in on our way back to Indiana. They didn’t have what we needed, but Andy’s customer service was phenomenal. Extremely helpful and gave us some suggestions on places to try on our way through town.

Absolutely horrible..... What has happened to this store? Tractor has been my go to store for 9 YEARS, used to be great customer service, helpful staff, and organized. Now, it is the worst experience I have had over ever farm supply store ever. From customer service, to product knowledge and management. I went there to pick up items that are in-stock mind you, I couldn't find them so I asked where they might be, the response was a laugh and "Yeah so the are in the back and don't feel like go through the tote to find them" I explained I live 30 mons away and they are the only ones that them, ir was shrugged off and I was told he was leaving for the day, so too bad. I was speechless. I hope Tractor Supply can reevaluate their management values and customer service. I will not be going back ever again.

Horrible customer service, tried to get a propane tank filled, have been getting them filled there for months, and a new kid tells me I'm not going to fill your tank because it's not standing up strapped in, ok fine, I asked him can I stand it up and strap it in he says he's not filling it, fine I go to leave and he hollers something across the parking lot, was very combative and unprofessional

Went in for ducks, I wasn't able to physically pick out which ones I wanted....ok....wasn't asked which ones I wanted....wasn't talked to except ducks how many. No information on what type of ducks. This is usually a very fun and exciting experience at other stores. The customer service was far below what is expected. Didn't shop in the rest the store but won't be interested in coming back.

Had a little mishap with an online order not being available. Bree (sp?) the manager handled with great proffesionalism. She was absolutely amazing and I would absolutley do business with them in the future. Thank youf or the outstanding customer service!

I had a great experience with this store. The customer service is very good. Andy helped my mother and I with picking out materials for a large gardening project and was extremely helpful. I will gladly go back.

The receiving department at this tractor supply needs to shape up. I got here at 1pm, no one started unloading me until 3pm and even then it was only because i went to complain. Everyother TSC im out in 30 min. Here it took over 2 hours to unload 8 pallets.

I need everyone to know about Andy! If you need anything/looking for something, ask for Andy! I was only parked there bc of the food truck, but then I remembered I needed a new broom. Might as well get it here and save a trip. Andy was walking out the door and asked me what he could help with. I said "just a broom" (very insignificant, not something an associate would waste time on). He eagerly showed me what isle I needed, and we started talking about pets. I have cats. He went into great detail regarding the store brand and helped me with options bc I have a cat that had special needs bc of an autoimmune disorder. For anyone who doesn't know **TRACTOR SUPPLY WILL PRICE MATCH LOCAL**AND AND AND** THEY WILL GIVE 5% OFF ONTO OF THAT** I have 3 cats, so they just made a new customer. ALSO, he recommended an alternative to cat litter (specific pellets recommended by a vet) that is extremely easier on the wallet. I needed cat litter, so why not try something new on his suggestion.As someone in customer service myself, I admire his approach and strive to mirror my demeanor to his. We need more Andy's in the world.Thanks Andy!

Tractor Supply has propane refills! Not well advertised but download the app, pull around the back of the store, and on the app let them know you are here. Good price and service from Andy.

When you need the real stuff!Stuff you can't get at the big box store.2500 gallon water medal tank for cows? Got it!Don't have any cows? Well it makes a great swimming pool with a little work.But sometimes you need real herbicide, you know what I'm talking about.Tractor Supply has bug and insect killer, farm strength lol.It's a mini mall for country folks and cool stuff for the rest of us.Highly Recommended, go check them out.

Awesome company! They sell good products for a great price. They have amazing dog food that I can't find everywhere else in town. 4 Health. Freedom rings at this store as they know there job is to sell products, not police masks. They know the Governor's mandate and post the info but ultimately know the decision is their customers. I'll forever be a customer for companies like this.

7 people in line, one cashier. SmhThe store itself is ok, but never do an online order for same day pick up and expect to get your items. Not once have I ever placed an order online where at least one item wasn't cancelled because it wasn't in stock even though the website said it was. There is very obviously inventory management problems and it is exceptionally frustrating to place order after order and be told every time something (or everything) has been cancelled. Lesson learned. I'm never shopping at the store online again, and unless I can't get what I want anywhere else, I'm going to avoid the store at all costs.Also, they have an absolutely dismal selection of dog and cat food. They're always out of everything.

One of few good stores still around. I had a customer to business issue and asked to speak to the manager.... John took charge of the interaction and set forth a plan to resolve it. I was surprised that a modern day company would handle my dispute properly, and when he followed through with his WORD, I was impressed with his level of professionalism. Tractor Supply in Grand Junction has a strong leader who really cares about the conduit of the business to customer relation.

Home Depot failed at getting me what I needed. I went to Tractor Supply and the manager asked me a few questions about what I was looking for (a gas power chainsaw). With in ten minutes I bought what I needed and was on my way. Go to Tractor Supply First.

Selection of products was horrible, looks like a going out of business store. Shelves were half or less stocked. Needed drill bits for metal, only few they had were cheap Chinese brands. Missing sizes and good brands.

The staff is always so awesome here.. Very friendly.. I prefer to buy my baby chicks here, because unlike Murdoch's they keep them away people so they are not handled. I have bought babies here the last 3 years and have yet to lose any.. They always carry the feed I need for my animals and if they dont they always ask if I want them to order.. Great place.

Great store for many type of supplies. Nice country western atmosphere. Tractor Supply Co is what it is, and it is not what some people imagine. The on floor inventory is intentionally narrowed and the physical location is significant as a delivery point for website orders. TSC has a unique specialization of product ranges and focus. We needed a 100 gallon Rubbermaid stock tank. They had one in the back but was cracked almost the whole way through. We talked to the front and they told us to place an order online with pick up at the store. We waited a week for it to come in and when we went to pick it up it was the same cracked tank. It took over 3 weeks to get a non broken one ordered and it. There was a lot of getting the run around when calling to check if it was in. This store is great if they have what you need. If you have to online order and ship to store I hope you have better luck than us. The outside back area is also super trashed. Looks like they don’t care about throwing packing material or broken items away or even having any organization.
