I have received services from Jean Fromm, several years ago, which is why when I rescued a very young kitten from a feral mama I immediately called again for Jean's services, to make sure she (Shadow) was healthy, starting her with her vaccinations up to having her spayed.Jean, was patient and kind when I had questions I wanted answered, her fees are reasonable. I will continue to go to her for my fur baby needs.

The staff here are amazing. They are so friendly and genuine. I switched to this Vet about a year ago and will continue to bring my pets here! I have also recommended this office to multiple people who have thanked me for sending them because the service is so incredibly unmatched. Is there a way to give these guys EIGHT stars?!Shortly after moving to the area, one of our dogs had an issue with her ear. She was rough-housing with her brother and basically got the K9 equivalent of cauliflower ear. Over the next few weeks we would have many trips to the vet to help her heal.Dr. Fromm and her entire team were extremely pleasant to work with and our dogs love them.However, the level of care Dr. Fromm's team provide went to a whole new level last week.My wife was hiking with our dogs when she found a stray dog. She stopped by Dr. Fromm's office to see if the dog was chipped but it wasn't. So they took a few photos of the dog and posted them on FaceCrook and that night around 8pm I got a call from on of Dr. Fromm's staff, letting me know they have found the owner.Within minutes, I got the great pleasure of reuniting an awesome dog with a very happy owner and all had happy endings, thanks to the awesome support and care provided by this vet and her team of incredible people. Thanks, guys, we love ya!

We moved here a year ago and started using Dr. Fromm’s office for our two dogs and couldn’t have better things to say. All the doctors and techs we’ve seen have been great. Receptionists are always very nice. We can always make an appointment for our dogs quickly. They’re prompt with refills. They’ve given great recommendations for medications and foods to keep our older dog in good shape. So glad we found them!

My big 130lb St Bernard/Newfoundland/Pyrenees mix has had a bad experience at another vet's office in town that affected him, the vet and I. The contrast between my previous vet and Jean is unbelievable. I took him in for a physical, and despite all his growling everyone was very patient and calm. It took us a little while, but by the end he had made new friends instead of being nervous and he got a much needed physical without any incidents other than him drooling from cheez whiz.Admittedly, the price of a visit is steeper than other places I have looked into. But considering the way my dog was treated and the things I learned - both from his test results and from information I learned, this is the only place I would ever take my big guy. I learned things that directly contradicted what I was told by a cheaper, rude, condescending and misinformed vet/vet tech near St. Mary's hospital. If you know, you know. I won't name names.But thank you to Jean and everyone working in that entire office. They very well may have saved me from taking years off my dog's life by explaining to me the importance of grains in dog food and a study that found a link between grain-free dog food and dilated cardiomyopathy in dogs.Keep yourself educated. Talk to your vet. Ask all the questions. If your vet is rude, condescending and rushes you and your dog thru the process - consider making a visit to Jean Fromm's office. I'd be surprised if you decide to ever go anywhere else.

Do not recommend as i have a older dog whos having hip problems called tried to get appointment and explained i dont get paid till next Wednesday and flat out denied help. I have 750 plus credit and animal denied help, post dated check card on file charge on Wednesday nope just proof they dont care about your animal only their wallet. Go somewhere they actually care about animal care

Dr. Fromm and her staff are the best. I can call with any concerns and they are always pleasant and willing to help. The care they showed with my elderly baby was amazing. When it was time to get another pet there was no doubt who our vet would be. Axel has had some interesting challenges with his health and Dr. Fromm has been there every step of the way. She refers when needed but stays on top of the case. I would recommend this team for all of your vet needs. You won't regret it.

I will never use this place again!! After letting the staff know my cat had just started coming home after staying gone for 2 months because we pet sat a dog for one night my cat wouldn't come home for 2 months they advised me to give my cat oral antibiotics 2 wice a day BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE ONCE A WEEK SHOT antibiotics. That has put my cat into stress again and has stayed out all weekend in the rain. I could go on about how they should of advised me to go somewhere else to get the once a week shot because oral medication would do to much to a cat trying to give it to her EVERYDAY and EVERY NIGHT and it's impossible .just like I have to do my job right and advise people of potential problems they failed here and this is unacceptable I wasted $60 on the antibiotics that I cannot give my cat . I'm highly upset. They just wanted to make a sale regardless of how it would affect me and my pet

She and her staff were particularly so very kind to my 17 year old Frosty, keeping him comfortable until the end. We adopted Maddie from Roice Hurst a couple of years ago. We got all of her previous health papers that showed Dr. Fromm was her vet for most of her life. When I called to ask if they would still see her, the staff remembered her by asking "Is she a super-sweet girl?" I said yes, she is a super sweet girl! So, they were able to pull up her records without me knowing the previous owners name. When I take Maddie there, she gets so excited. Dr. Fromm and all of the staff take wonderful care of our girl. I will be making an appointment for our Allie cat too! If you are looking for a vet, I highly recommend Dr. Fromm's office and services.
