I always feel dumber having shopped here. To get a decent price on anything, you have to do the digital coupons and some of us don't have that luxury of having free time to willingly spend on hunting for digital coupons instead of spending that time with my family. Get real city market! Just give consistent decent prices. And don't make us buy 10 to get a lesser price.

Link at Rifle City Market Gas station was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND NICE! He actually came out of his booth to assist meat the pump to use all my Kroger Gas Points to fill up because I couldn't see the display on the pump. Thank you Rifle City Market for having TERRIFIC EMPLOYEES!

Maurice is a poor excuse of a manager. I can’t believe the things that I as a customer heard him say to employees in the store. He’s a disgrace to a company that I spent 10 years working for. I hope that corporate management realizes that putting people like him in positions of power makes it harder for you to keep quality employees.

Had an blessing last night around 7: 30 thanks to ERIC. I was in a position where I could not afford something in my cart and was ready to put it back and it was towards the end of the night and he went out of his way for me. I just want to take a moment of gratitude and say thank you and hope you get the recognition you deserve while working there. Thank you Eric. You are a Blessing, I will definitely continue shopping there. He is such a sweet cashier and was so patient and understanding.

Amazingly lame! You stand in long lines every time you shop. Even the self-checkout had about ten people lined up waiting and the other self-checking section was not open.They have spent a ton on additional video surveillance equipment, but don't have a clue what customer service is.A few months ago they charged me like three times for a gift card that they said didn't go through. I ended up overcharged $25 which they never did make right; even though I returned to the store numerous times with receipts to straighten it out.Do yourself a favor and shop at Safeway located at 2901 Patterson!

Last Wednesday cashier Jennifer at isle 15 did not greet me in any way!! I did not know you now have to check your City Market tag, so here I am holding my tag waiting for her to take it , she does stop to tell me what to do so there I am standing there till she is done what to.I never felt so dumb in my life.

I stopped by this morning to do an Instacart order, and the staff were so friendly. Especially the three guys working in produce (I’m not sure if they move around and I didn’t catch their names), but they were very amiable with me and each other. They asked me how my day was, how busy I was with Instacart orders, and thanked me for choosing to shop with them. Their smiles were so warm and welcoming and I could see them working hard to restock/reorganize and keep the nearby shelves and floors spotless. I don’t usually remember any interactions with grocery store employees, but these guys were so kind and friendly and made my day, so I thought they deserved a shout out. 10/10 will come again :)

I am not a huge fan of this city market. I shop here out of convenience, but always seem to have a problem. The stockers block the aisles early, there is a loud cleaning machine that stresses my wife out that runs all evening long…the registers are always closed, it always seems like there is a line for self checkout and one whole row closed.

Just got kicked out of this store by security for telling the teller that I was charged the wrong price for my avocados. 🤣 She told me I was wrong, so I said if that's the case, the tag needs to be changed. She told me that wasn't her problem. I told her whoevers problem it was should probably change it. Mind you, I was calm throughout our conversation as she continued to get ruder and more frustrated. After bringing up that last point, she stuck her finger in my face and with a dirty look on hers yelled " Don't yell at me!". I calmly told her I wasn't yelling, but security heard her and assumed it was my fault and proceeded to tell me I needed to leave. I let them know it would be my pleasure.Congrats; you just lost a customer for life and I'll be sure to let everyone who cares to hear; how your employees treat their customers.

Went in this morning for groceries, nice store but the staff was incredibly rude. I purchased a 6pack of beer, and the cashier accepted my ID but then pointed to my spouse and said “that one’s not touching it”We’re both 32yrs old. She didn’t ask for ID, just made this dehumanizing statement.So no, I wouldn’t say the customer service is of any standard here. The managers seemed unsure about what to do but said it wasn’t right, in the end they said they’d speak to the person.Incredibly disappointing first experience in the area. Won’t be back to the store, would rather drive far out for anything we need.

I’m at a loss for words. My account is hundreds of dollars short and I have been on the phone with 1-800 numbers all day, but that didn’t stop Noble from being unkind and hanging the phone up on me. I wasn’t rude, but was not only offered any assistance, also was hung up on when I expressed that I would just take the loss instead of spending the rest of the day on the phone with 1-800 numbers. I have shopped at City Market for our groceries and nowhere else, but unfortunately I will have to find another grocery store to shop at because of the lack of morality and business like manner.

I usually enjoy this store, but lately it has been problematic. I've tried to use their app and digital coupons before, but the app won't work in the store, I've discussed this with the staff, it's a common problem. In the past they have allowed me to take pictures of the prices they advertise, on their shelves, and honored the prices. Tonight the woman at customer service refused. That is a bait and switch, and it's a crime.

Just had an awful checkout experience here. My husband and I were shopping, he was buying a pack of beer. We got to the checkout with our groceries and the employee looked me up and down, DIDN’T EVEN ASK for my ID and said “THAT ONE is not touching it.” Now, I’m VERY short, I look young, asking for IDs is a part of peoples jobs and I am not offended and often have to provide my ID (or multiple if I’m out of state), which I do. The problem here is that I was being dehumanized because I LOOK young. Honestly, no one, not even a child, should be treated like that. Further, when I asked for a manager the lady called someone over by name who did not have a manager badge.The only reason I gave more than one star was because I spoke to a person with a manager badge who was very sympathetic and said they would deal with the issue. I did have to go find them myself though.

By far the best and fastest pharmacy in town. They always take the time to help, and get my prescriptions filled fast and on time. They are all very nice and will help get the cost down with out me asking when the insurance won't cover it. Love them definitely the best pharmacy and staff in town.

This store is always so clean!! Great produce and better than any other City Market in Grand Junction. Produce is amazing compared to Walmart and I don't go anywhere else to get it. Employees are so helpful and great at their jobs. I love that we can give our kids a choice of a free cookie or free fruit when we go as well which makes the trip so much easier. The bakery has plenty of variety.
