I have 2 small dogs I boarded . Excellent service my dogs were happy clean and well cared for . The facility is clean and very well organized. Each person there is caring and loving to each pet. Thank you to everyone at Casa De Pets!! You are the best!I would highly recommend them

We've had our labradoodle groomed here twice to date. The groomer found an injury (not her fault!!!!) during the second session and called to let me know. She even consulted with the owner to make sure proper protocol was followed and that my doggo was cared for in the best way possible. Highly recommend this grooming salon!

I just came back from Casa de Pets. I was traveling in the area and my Pomeranian was in desperate need of a hair cut and was lucky to snag a cancellation. I am always fearful of bringing her to a new groomer since we travel on the road and this grooming facility had mixed reviews. I was so excited when I picked her up. Darci did a wonderful haircut on Sadie. She looked exactly like her groomer cuts from home. I was beyond thrilled. I highflying recommend Darci and this grooming facility. Thank you so much!

Excellent groomers, great pricing! My old boy Scooter is a handful and not the friendliest with grooming and our gal was so wonderful and understanding with us!! Total Angel!! I’m so happy with our experience here and would definitely recommend this place for you fur babies

Took my 2 pups in for a grooming here. First time going to this establishment but chose it based on reviews which were positive for the most part. At first glance when picking them up they looked okay, a little choppy but nothing too terrible. Paid way more than I've ever had to pay for grooming, was charged a "difficult handling fee" because 1 of my pups don't like their front feet touched. Came home with my boys and noticed 1 kept acting like his groin was irritated, lifted him up and this is what I saw! He has razor burn everywhere and open spots where he was clearly nicked with the razor. BEWARE taking your pups here. I am furious for my fur baby. Will NEVER go here again or recommend to anyone.

I asked for a bath only and a sanitary trim. My dog got a haircut of a few inches. I have not had my dog get a haircut in 5 years because he is a border collie with a dual coat. Not to mention the haircut was sloppy. I waited over 30 mins just to talk to someone when I walked back into the facility to talk to the groomer about how I didn’t like my dogs haircut he wasn’t supposed to get. Several other people came in waiting to check in their dogs but they weren’t being helped either. The groomers are also the receptionists. After she checked in the other dogs I finally got to talk to her and I asked the groomer if she was trained to cut that much during a sanitary trim and she said yes. I wanted to talk to the owner but she wasn’t there. They seem to have an issue with answering their phones even to make an appointment. Makes sense why when they don’t have a receptionist. When I got ahold of the owner to tell her the situation she told me to send her pictures of my dog and then after I sent the pictures she said “ Wow… she really tidied him up! That’s much shorter than he’s ever been groomed. I’m sorry she took him down shorter than you wanted today. His coat will grow back without any issues but I understand why you are unhappy. I will refund you for his services today and have a talk with the girls about double checking grooming instructions. Thank you for letting me know so that I can communicate issues with the girls and again I am sorry she took him short today!” I was relieved that she apologized about the situation and refunded my money and this is why I’m rating 3 stars instead of 1. She said that he was cut shorter than before but he’s never had a haircut ever. It seems like they have a revolving door of employees. I know of at least two employees who have left there and I simply can’t trust another inexperienced groomer with my dogs again.

I have a 12 year old Aussie. Her hips are starting to hurt her. I was concerned about her attitude at getting groomed. Michelle was very patient with her and got the job done. She said that her groom wasn't perfect but got the job done. I think she did a great job! Tanzie looks wonderful.

Second time here, first time they were very meticulous. Second time needed to return for a couple of corrections to both dogs faces. Great service, very polite and responsive. My dogs were not traumatized so the groomers handled my kids gently.

First of all, I never leave reviews on any business but our experience here was down right unprofessional. My wife had scheduled an appointment for our two dogs over a week in advance. When we showed up for our appointment, the groomer came out from the back and made it very clear that she was overwhelmed and flustered. She complained to the other groomer that she had 7 dogs to groom and the other groomer only had 3 dogs. They began to argue in front of us, and made it seem like it was an inconvenience that we brought our dogs in. At this point, we were very uncomfortable to leave our dogs here with them. We politely stated that we would take our dogs somewhere else and walked out. We tried to reach out to the owner, Brenda, but have yet to get a call back. We would not recommend them, or let alone trusting them with your fur babies.

5 stars to Brittany at Casa De Pets. I'm very fussy about grooming for my dogs. She did best job ever with our dog Cruize today. He has a fairly unruly coat and Brittany did a wonderful grooming with him. Thank you Brittany, nice work!

Took my dog to get groomed before moving out of state, left with one completely wet dog who smelt like no soap was used, wasn’t even brushed out all the way. Took ten minutes to wash cut nails and brush him out and charged nearly 100 dollars. our wet dog had slobber and hair all over his face. Felt super super rushed ! They also said my he didn’t like the dryer & thats why they didn't dry him but has left dry from all his other grooming appointments. I highly don’t recommend taking your dogs here if you want to waste your money & leave with a wet smelly dog. Petco & petsmart do a better job by far! UPDATE: Owner called back & was very sweet about receiving the bad service & fully refunded us she also talked to our groomer we had about what they expected of them I thought that was very considerate to acknowledge us.

The dogs look good but I sure wish I would have been told about the hidden fees of boarding if you don’t pick up within a specific timeframe of the “done” call. For a couple hours was nearly $100 expense for two dogs. Not a great first customer service experience.

Was informed we could do walk ins for nail trims, we came in and was out in 10 mins. They were friendly, fast and amazing with my dog. She's a nervous, big dog. We will definitely be coming back to them.

Brenda has groomed my pets for years and years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because she is so reliable, friendly and takes great care of my pets. My Yorkie actually gets excited when I say her name😆. Excellent grooming service and Brenda and her staff always ask and listen to what we want. I always recommend Casa De Pets!!

We stopped in town for a day on a trip out west and wanted to leave our dog for half a day to do some biking. The staff here was so friendly and accommodating, both in terms of answering questions beforehand and upon our arrival. The facility was super clean. When we picked our pup up she was happy. Would highly recommend. We will certainly use again the next time we pass through town.

Great groomers, and my dogs like them - which is a big plus and tells me my pets are well treated when I'm not there as well as when I am. Brenda does the nicest looking feet I've ever seen, even on squirmy little puppies. Wholeheartedly recommend this business! I've not boarded here, but if I ever need boarding I will not hesitate to entrust my furbabies to their care.

Took our two Golden's in for a spa day and they look the best they ever have! The staff is was very friendly and pups were happy dogs when we picked them up. After trying multiple places in town we finally found our go to groomer.

I take my dogs here for nail trims. All three were adopted, and two of them came from bad situations and have immense anxiety around nail trims that we've been unable to train out. Horrible struggling, panting, squealing, etc. I feel terrible for them, of course, but it has to be done. The owner of Casa De Pets is usually the one to do their nails and she is so understanding, helpful and sweet. She gets the job done, and it's not easy with those two.
