Have been taking my MANY dogs to Liz for over 10 years, both when she owned Happy Tails Pet Grooming and now at Best Pet Grooming. She has always done an exceptional job with them. She is caring and the dogs love going to see her. Have recommended her to several friends and they are pleased with her as well. Happy that she times her appointments so that the dogs do not have to stay in cages for several hours-they get her full attention. Will not be going anywhere else!

I am taken my dogs to several groomers and Liz is by far the best! My pups come home looking and smelling great. She is gentle with them and allows them to roam her yard and be comfortable. All other places they would cry when I left but not with Liz. I can tell she treats them like her own. Thanks for always do a great job with Max and Lilly! See you next time😊

BEWARE!!!! This groomer does not listen. She did a very poor job on my dogs. When I told her there was a problem, she stopped answering my phone calls. VERY unprofessional. Ruined my dogs hair just in time for my wedding. We went over in detail what was expected on my small dog, she gave her an uneven cut and did as she wanted not as I requested. Then she cut a the long hairs on my long hair Tri-color Mini Aussie, again uneven, and made her look ridiculous. When I said I didn't like it she said only " I only cut the long hairs!, Sorry.) She will not EVER touch my dogs again, I would advise you to avoid this place. She ask if my Aussie was a Sheltie REALLY?????

Did an OK job shaving my Black Russian Terrier, but when I said I wanted his brow area thinned and shortened, the girl acted upset. She put the shaver on the lowest setting and roughly shaved his eyebrows bald. It was shocking to watch.

Most people groom a Bichon like a poodle. Liz is the only one who can get it right every time.
