Quite a good shop really, part of my secret highway stop kit of potential outlets. I like to have a refueling depot with a more expansive food source, at least one great restaurant and a utility source like this Ace. This Ace is larger than most and tends to be clean, well stocked and running smart. Good webbing, straps, bungees and items I may need for a load, automotive minor items and any sort of tool I have learned from my associates we may need at one of my down the road stops. The sales clerks here help make turnaround time much faster than a big box

The young man that helped me was awesome! He wasn't sure exactly how to go about helping me with my project so he called over Larry who was extremely knowledgeable in what I needed (RV plumbing issue).

I had an emergency plumbing dishwasher that broke down and ace was the place I was impressed and on a budget and ace made it possible to fix dishwasher!! I received excellent service..

Pretty good place with good customer service. However, it is very small and if you are looking for vere specific parts you might be better of going somewhere where there is a better varieties of parts. Their bolt and screw section we quite disorganized and jumbled.

They have a girl named Mark working here. She was most helpful. Knew a lot about the paint we were wanting and even helped my Hubby find the faucet handle he needed. Very nice store, we will be back again.

First time in will be the last. Horrible service. Waited more than 10 min for a manager to answer a simple question about a receipt. Cashier girl should be retrained or fired. Lost a potential customer.

It's a smaller Ace, but they have a very wide selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm always impressed with how many staff are available to help. Highly recommend and will continue to use them. I do wish that they offered a military discount like so many Ace Hardwares across the country.

This store does NOT honor their prices on the floor. REALLY BAD customer service.I just bought an appliance extension cord and the price where I got it from was $4-5 less than what I was charged at the register. Even the next size up was still less than I was charged. When I questioned the cashier she told me prices were going up and they couldn't keep up with changing them around the store. (Well that's not the customers fault so it shouldn't be their problem) I asked, "So you don't have to honor the posted prices?" She told me she can only change some of them and she just stood there looking at me. I said fine I only came here because True Value was out of the one I needed and I won't be back after this.

Good place. Usually has what I need. Would prefer to only be asked if I need help once or twice rather than every 3-4 min. But I get what they are after and I suppose better than not being offered help at all.

Had a plumbing emergency so I ran in real quick, Danny/Donny was amazing! She knew exactly what I needed and already knew which peg it was on. She demonstrated that it has the correct measurements and then helped me find an add on item I needed. Then at check out Angel was extremely helpful and professional, got me signed up for Ace Rewards, and got me on my way quickly. Definitely a future loyal customer of this location!

Update 5/27/22 4:45pmMy husband, kids and myself walked in looking for a few things.. we didn’t see any other customers but did see about 6 employees. Not one asked if they could help us find anything. At the very front of the store where we were trying to read signs (we’re blind not illiterate) and saying I don’t know where it is, there were 3 employees standing right there bullshiting. One even looked at us and still nothing. So we put our basket up and are taking our business to Home Depot. I’m fine looking for someone and asking where something is but I’m not going to interrupt the employees conversations about their weekend plans.This particular staff probably need to work different shifts if they can’t help customers between socializing.Sincerely,Karen

I have always been able to find many of the small home repair supplies here. If they don't have it, they will most likely tell you who does. The staff are great, always asking how they could help. I usually find myself wandering around, finding more projects to start, and a couple toys for the kids.

Very friendly and helpful staff, only reason this is not 5 stars is the size of the store does not give it enough room to carry a bigger selection. I often find myself going to a bigger store to get what I need. But this is a great quick stop for the basics.

Beware of online orders! They will never call you to let you know it has arrived and is ready for pick-up. My order sat in the back of the store for 13 days until i called them. No explanation on their part, and when i said i wouldn't be back all i get is "i wouldn't blame you"...Their own employees admit it's bad...Don't waste your money...ended up finding what i ordered in stock somewhere else for cheaper!!

From Plumbing, electrical, gardening, paint, and more. They've it all. Along with knowledgeable staff that can help you find exactly what you need. It's nice to have a hardware store in Clifton. Saves a lot of time, not having to drive all the way to Lowe's or Home Depot. I shop here often and will continue to.

Guys in the back were helpful checking to see if I needed something. I got to the counter and it was a total different story. My card declined, I checked it again and on my phone balance twice and even sent more money from my account to this card. The cashier made no effort to see if their system needed reset, didnt bother calling anyone. Did not apologize not even once. And couldn't bother attempting to offer a solution. I immediately went to two more locations and guess what card worked perfectly.To be helpful I called the true value store and told the cashier that they needed to check the credit card machine it wasnt my card. My purchase was only $13 that walked out the door but that adds up and my stuff was caulj and sandpaper.We all need to say a prayer for this girl cuz either she is having a terrible day, she hates her job or has not been given proper training. When she answered the phone it wasnt welcoming or friendly and after I explained it was their machine the only thing she said was "okay" and not in a thankful tone it was more of who cares tone. I waited for a thank you Im sorry you had trouble, or anything. She said nothing else so I said ok thank you and hung up.
