It’s the only local smoke shop but the owner, Ken, and his staff are awesome! They don’t have a huge selection but they keep good products in stock. Bonus points for the adorable shop dogs. Nicotine, cbd and dog love all in one place? I can’t say enough how much it makes my day to chat and smoke with them and play with their sweet pups even though I have my own sweet dogs. lol. <3

I stopped by looking for a high temp Terp pen because I’ve had terrible luck with a particular brand, Casey recommended a Lookah Seahorse pro to me. They haven’t even taken them out of the shipment boxes but she took the time to dig one out, showed be all the different tips and went out of her way to be helpful. I am extremely happy with the service and the product 5 stars all day!!

Its literally the only smokeshop with an hour and a half drive, and even if you go there during their listed business hours they are closed half the time. If you actually catch them open for once they are probably not stocked so good luck finding specialty smoke gear in granby, it didn't work out for me.

By far one of the worst smoke shops out there everything is over priced. I have bought two water pipes from them and they get clogged every other hit. Also all the workers/owners there are terrible with customers not to nice in the Granby shop there is this lady and her boyfriend or something always there and she is a grouch

On vacation and needed a basic vape, so yesterday I bought the Smok 22. When I brought it back to the hotel, it charged for a few minutes and the light turned off, thinking it might have already been close to fully charged so I began to use it. After about 40 hits, it than said it was out of battery. When I plugged it back in, it again only had the charging light on for a couple minutes and turned off with no charge to the battery. Today I go back and they say that they don't do refunds. I had already seen that sign and thought that maybe they would at least exchange it for another 22. Clerk than told me that they can't do that either, and only because I had put juice in it (how are you going to know a product is defective unless you USE it?!) They told me to just call the manufacturer to get it replaced.... I explained that I'm on vacation (like alot of people that come here) and bought it specifically for this week. But of course that didn't matter to them. I guess next time I will try to find a way to use my vape without putting any oil in it lol.
