This is the most clean, caring, amazing shelter I have ever encountered! I truly love the staff and appreciate how hard they work for all of the animals. They provided training, love and care. They also make it super easy to volunteer and socialize their animals with yours if appropriate. I cannot even guess how many pets lives they have transformed and saved!

Just recently took an abandoned kitten to them. Found at a rest stop near Hayden. Was a Saturday, they agreed to meet us there after hours. The animal control officer was friendly and helpful. We have also adopted in past years, always been a great experience. Robin has always been polite and respectful.

We have adopted kittens from this wonderful shelter. They do a fantastic job for our needy animals. Volunteer walkers are welcome, they have great fundraisers for the shelter. Staff is wonderful. Pets are safe, respected and we'll taken care of

Rapid response, amazing for a non-emergency call. Simple disturbance call handled very professionally; managed a situation involving an inconsiderate Visitor/Nightly Renter, who left their barking dog unattended, for hours and couldn't be bothered. Dog Owner became unruly and entitled (a karen) and "dared me to call authorities" - I did. Great job Granby Animal Control Officer. Likely, left both parties feeling better, quieter too!

I adopted Chelsie, a sheltie a few weeks ago and brought her back to Michigan with me. She is adorable and very happy in her new home. Thank you so much for this little blessing.

Was interested in adopting but no one ever answers the phone, return calls or respond to emails. Single guy looking for a lifetime of memories & companionship. Was really hoping for a life changing experience but I guess you guys have someone else in store 🤷🏽‍♂️Thx for the feedback 👍🏼

Robin makes assumptions and I would not recommend anyone dealing with this facility. Don't waste your time.
