Being from out of state- this was the closest pharmacy to Grand Lake. The Pharmacist was wonderful in working with our doctor in Arizona to be able to get my son’s prescription ready as soon as possible for the illness he was experiencing. Thanks so much for the extra effort to help him!

Always helpful and usually not a huge line until 4-5pm. The hours and sometimes the line are a little annoying but it’s only pharmacy for granby, grand lake and hot sulphur. Gotta give them credit. They can usually have your prescriptions ready same day or the next day but I super recommend putting your prescriptions on auto fill to make their jobs easier. Love these ladies. <3

It’s bad enough they practice price gouging before their merger with Albertsons by jacking up all prices by 40% and try to blame inflation but now they don’t let you get deli meat in anything less than a pound and refuse to slice it how you want. Now my only option is to spend $13 on deli meat of which I wouldn’t eat half if it. This place is a joke and store management has apparently gone rogue. If it weren’t in a food desert I’m sure no one would shop here. Shame on you Kroger.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. They are refusing to fill my perscription on the day they're supposed to because last month they ran out of my medication and forced me to go a week without my medication. And to top it all off the the pharmacist got mad at me when I asked why they wouldn't give me my meds after 41 days. Then finished the conversation off with well if you don't like it just get your prescriptions somewhere else

Much better selection than the Safeway in Fraser. The store is huge and we’ll stocked on a regular basis. Lots of gluten free and dairy free options.

Easily the worst store to have a prescription filled. They are super rude, and irritated at everything. I called to get a prescription switched from another city, they said they'd have it in an hour. I went the next day, and they had no record of even switching. Today, I got a text my prescription was ready, so I make the 30 minute drive to pick it up. And it wasn't ready. They said they needed another 30-45 minutes. Nope. Switching to Safeway .

The day after I had surgery I went to pick up my prescription and was told the pharmacist was busy and I had to wait 30 minutes even though they received the order earlier that day. As I explained I just had a hysterectomy And I’m in pain and need to go home the girl At the counters response was “I know I had one too.” I went to the bathroom and came back and sat. I heard the pharmacist tell the girl my meds were ready and she shouldn’t have me waiting. The girl behind the counters response was she tried to catch me before I sat down, which was a lie because she watched me walk past and I was already sitting past 5 minutes when I heard that. Then they wouldn’t give me 2 of my prescriptions First saying insurance denied it because They were over the counter even though my doctor ordered them. I called my insurance who told me they approved it and the pharmacy continued to refuse to fill it. Then my doctor sent in a refill for one of my narcotics and I called to see if we could pick it up and the pharmacy staff lied saying they didn’t receive the order even though I was sent a copy that they received it. They play games and are rude. Doesn’t matter what kind of pain your in or that you already called insurance or that you had surgery. I will be reporting this to corporate because you don’t with hold someone’s meds because you want to show your control over filling prescriptions. Thank you for adding even more stress And pain to My recovery.

The pharmacists have always been very nice & helpful when I was there. I've had to call to fill my script multiple times & they've always been understanding & kind about it. They've always been able to fill it before the time they estimate it will be ready too.

I was in Granby yesterday and stopped in the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist the best otc medicine for allergies. I told him I have been taking Allegra for a very long time and should I switch it up. It's my severe watery eyes that is the problem. He suggested a nasal spray. I don't know what his name is but I want him to know he changed my life. After a couple of doses my eyes were not red, not feeling like sand was in them and not as watery. I hope he sees this and remembers me. I am so much better for his suggestion. Thank you so much!!!

I recently had a prescription filled at City Market in Granby for Clonazepam...!! My late son and I have had problems filling out a prescription for this sedative in the past...Too many in fact !! That is why I am writing this review. My son was a severe Epileptic and suffered dilipating Tonic/Clonic Seizures.....He also suffered from extreme anxiety and depression which could have been side effects from his TBI plus his Seizure medicine...His primary physician and his Neurologist would prescribe him clonazepam for this condition...I was also prescribed Clonazepam for anxiety....!! It is tough being a guardian and a caregiver...!! Recently, my son passed away from SUDEP ( Seizure causing death)...I was diagnosed with PTSD and my doctor put me on Clonazepam for anxiety !! The first prescription was filled on time...I have gone several months without having this prescription filled...I asked my doctor to refill my script...It was sent over immediately to City Market. They said they never received it...I had them send my primary doctor a request once more...My doctor again sent in a request to refill this script.I spoke to the doctor and she said she faxed the first one to City Market as soon as I had called her and had no idea what happened to it. My late son and I have had this problem continuous times with City Market in the past. Barbara ...one of the pharmacists that works there has blamed it on the primary doctor's fax machine ( Middle Park Medical Center ) etc. We have not had problems with any other prescription other then Clonazepam....It is very fishy that this prescription refill for Clonazepam seems to continuously get lost between my late son's and my Primary care Physicians...!!! I asked to speak to the Manager and what his name was but they would only give me his first name which is Nathan and said he is there on weekends !? I have not complained about this in the past but this definitely needs to be investigated...!!!!

Great store, lots of selection. Prices are reasonable for the mountains. The people are great and very helpful. The one thing that I didn't like was the layout, but that was because I was used to my old store... why can't they all be the same?!?
