We have been taking our dog to Green Paw and Spaw for 9 years. The staff is professional, personable and passionate about pets. They allow the appropriate amount of time for grooming. They listen to owners about how they'd like their pet groomed and they do a great job. They are very fairly priced and offer healthy treats and products for your pet for purchase. They are involved and supportive of the Golden community as well. We have always had a good experience with them and we recommend them to our family and friends.

The lovely lady groomers do a wonderful job on our 2 doodles. They try to groom exactly as we like. They even apologized when they had to cut my dogs really short after they had gotten free in mountains and had sap, nettles, twigs embedded in their fur. I just laughed cause my girls are bad dogs and great escape artists but the ladies still make them presentable

We love taking our dog May to get groomed here. Anna is our groomer and she is wonderful. She is very calm and gentle with May, and May always comes back happy and looking great. I think that the pricing is very reasonable too for all that they do during the grooming and how well they do :) I highly recommend taking your furbaby here.

Anna is the best groomer! We took our doodle to her for 2 1/2 years (until we moved out of state) and she always did a great job and he loved going to her as well. Definitely recommend. We will miss you Anna!

My two dogs have been here maybe ten total times and unfortunately three of those have resulted in trips to the vet. The first two were minor (nails clipped too short that got infected, small nick on leg that also got infected) but this most recent visit will be our last resulting in over $600 in vet bills and severe headaches and worry as they went wayyy too short with the sanitary cut, leaving clipper burn in three different locations, the worst of which of course became infected and resulted in our golden retriever needing his entire tail shaved to treat and may have a spot on which hair will never regrow as it became necrotic. If you go here, make sure you tell them to go easy on the sanitary cuts. Photo is from two days after the cut, unfortunately the cone didn’t work and our pup got after it making things worse.

What a great place! I brought my 11 year old anxious and timid lab for her first ever grooming experience. She was nervous when we arrived, but looked comfy and right at home when I came back to get her.She’s still clean and shiny and isn’t shedding like normal! On top of everything, they put pink bows on her which had me cry-laughing all afternoon.From our appointment, it was clear the staff is kind, understanding, patient, and professional. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for treating my princess like a princess!

Anna has been grooming Knox for a year. He’s a wheaten terrier, so he has to be groomed about every 6-8 weeks. Anna does a great job with his cut. He always looks so handsome after he leaves Green Paw Spaw! Their team does a great job confirming and communicating any changes to scheduling.

I have been to Petsmart n I don’t like big chain stores at all. My dog needed a serious grooming and Green spa was beyond good with him he looks better than he ever has. The vibe was so friendly and I have a groomer for my dog for ever now.

DO NOT recommend the Green Paw and Spaw. They were terrible at communicating, called the wrong number when our dog was ready, then got really mad and argumentative when I asked why they didn’t call the number I had left. As I walked out of the store they were literally yelling at me (the owner herself plus one groomer). Terrible reaction to a simple mistake on their part. I was appalled and would never return or recommend them to anyone. They were also not following the Jefferson County mask mandate at all. The photo shows them patronizing me as I leave the store.

Patti groomed our mini Goldendoodle a couple weeks ago, and I’ve been meaning to write a review ever since. He looks so unbelievably adorable! He gets attention wherever we go, so we know it’s not just us who think it’s a great cut. ;) Patti is a true artist! We are so grateful she takes care of our sweet pup.

Very bad ive brought my husky malamute here one time, she ended up with torn ACL and they didnt do a thorough job, spent a ton of money also 5000 dollars for ACL repair and now to find out she has undergrowth from hell and groomers have come to my house to do it here and its taken them 5 hours to rectify what the groomer from this place didnt do. Im not a happy person right now

I have a 65 lb golden doodle and I bring him in about every three months. I love the team here, they do a great job grooming my dog, but also are so nice to him and easy to work with. I will not take him anywhere else, Green Paw and Spa is just better than the rest.

I asked for short hair cut and they shaved him. I could have been more specific but I didn’t think “short and clean up” meant shave him EVERYWHERE. There are multiple bald spots and streaks bald where they just messed up completely. There are irritation spots around his groin and in his ears. He won’t stop itching, licking, and dragging his bottom across the floor. They complained that he bit them over the hair dryer- something he had never done with any groomer or blow dryer. I feel bad if he hurt them but they didn’t explain the situation that well. I am guessing they must have made him very fearful and uncomfortable for him to react like that. Even if my dog did have a history of being reactive or fearful, it seems like they don’t work with those dogs. She told me to put him on trazadone for grooming, which is ridiculous to tell an owner. I have personally buzzed him and blow dryer him at home and he was completely fine. DON’T TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. After waiting a month to get into a place I am extremely disappointed and feel terrible I let this happen to my dog.

Super helpful & friendly. they take walk ins for nail trims & even when super busy they are always willing to take my pup. i can tell that they are patient & gentle with him & he’s always done in 10 minutes ! also affordable compared to other places around here. book far in advanced for grooming i know they are always booked out.

We take our long hair cats here to get groomed every few months, and I couldn’t recommend them more. They are kind, patient, and don’t over charge. When we took our new cat to them after adopting from foothills, they tried to get a bad smell out of her stomach hair (she hid in her litter box at the shelter...) and couldn’t get it through washing. They waited until I came to get her to ask if i wanted them to shave her. When she peed on the towel in her carrier, they replaced it with no problems with one of their own. I love the staff here and plan on taking our cats there forever! Muriel and Poe also love the groomers :)

First time visit - really impressed! I took our recently adopted Golden Doodle Millie for a self-service wash. We were greeted by Hannah who was very friendly & helpful. Met with Patti the owner and her son Dustin and got set up for a grooming & pet sitting gig. Great vibe here!!

I have been taking my dog Dillon to Green Paw and Spaw for the last 8 years. Patti is the BEST! Dillon looks so amazing everytime I pick him up. He is clean, he is happy, I trust her implicitly with my furbaby!
