We have had both of our dogs groomed here. We recently brought in our more rambunctious of the two for the first time, unsure if he would be patient enough for a full groom. We were pleasantly surprised when we picked up our fully groomed handsome pup, and he seemed pretty happy with the whole ordeal. Krista did great!

I took my dog here and I’m not sure he’ll be back I just wanted to see if they did anything better than I did, but he ended up coming home with a cut on his foot, and I understand if he moved, but the way she was explaining it to me it was like she was blaming it all on him

Tasha is an excellent groomer. My dog Luna loves going to her, even if she doesn't love getting groomed. She always comes home happy and Tasha does a great job working with her when she's being difficult.

Can’t recommend Tasha enough. After having bad experiences at other Petco grooming locations, we were hesitant to try again but Tasha is amazing time and time again! I will happily travel out of my way to go here

I’ve taken my dog to one other groomer in the last three years only because of a staffing issue (not at Golden Petco). My dog does the vip zoom groom and it’s quick and easy and my groomer does a great job.

"I did the best I could." $80 please. She told me how my puppy would get better at grooming. He is 3 years old. She wasn't capable of doing what others have done successfully. Sloppy job even after taking him back to be cleaned up. Don't go there.

I gave this store 1 star because I couldn't give it zero!I went to this store to buy a few fish. When I walked in the girl at the register greeted me very nicely. I walked to the fish and started looking around. A few minutes later the same girl asked if I needed help getting some fish. I told her yes and she responded with, "I will get someone over here to help you soon." I thanked her.About five minutes later a guy came over claiming they do not sell live animals the last 2 hours before closing. I asked if he was serious and explained that I only wanted a couple fish. He hurriedly told me no one could do it because they had so much to do and that they didn't sell anything the last 2 hrs. I again said I only wanted a few fish and as he walked away from me he said there was nothing he could do.This occurence took place 65 minutes before their scheduled time to close and I was the only customer in the store.The guy, which I assume was the manager at the time was rude, disrespectful and doesn't understand the basics of customer service.I don't like writing negative reviews but this one is warranted. That guy should not be in charge of dealing with customers at any level. He could've handled the situation much better.I will, in no way shape or form visit that store again and I will absolutely spread the word to others about my experience.I understand the meaning of a business being short handed but this instance he could've at least said sorry or better explained the situation in a calm, respectful manner.
