Imelda and her coworker provided the utmost excellent service and care while grooming my dog, Carlie. This was a first time for us and they took the time to ask questions on service preferences, expectations, and concerns I may have. I made the appointment online with only reviews to guide me. Upfront and clear pricing that matched the total at the end. I highly recommend this team to provide grooming services to anyone's beloved pet (they groom cats too!). I put in the order for my large bag of dog food just before leaving home. And when I arrived to store 15 minutes later they had it ready ! The man working grabbed up the bag as soon as I told him my name and carried it to my car for me! He was friendly and complimented my dogs (in the car), so of course he gets 5 stars from me!

I have always loved the people working at this location but today was a different story. We went in to buy cbd oil and some new toys for our dogs. They had a bin labeled "clearance 50% off dog toys" we picked out quite a few because they are our doggos favorites and they burn through them quickly. We got to the register and the price didn't ring up correctly. I brought this to their attention, showed them the original labeled price, the sign on the bin, and the dozens of matching toys in the bin. The clerk and the manager all became evasive and said the toys were in the wrong bin. All understandable except the bin was filled exclusively with these toys that were labeled not only with their original $7 price point but with additional stickers labeled sale price and the 50% sign. After pointing this out, in addition to the fact my husband and I have been GMs for multiple retail locations and that price as labeled is generally, under the consideration of good business practice, considered the price to be charged mistake or not, the employees refused and became uncooperative. Very disappointing as this is where we normally shop. As much as we both hate to do it it looks like we will be turning to Amazon, very much to our disappointment. I asked for contact information for corporate as I know from experience that they would much rather honor their pricing in order to retain customer trust and was turned down.

Really badly laid out - some dog food in front others in the back. Training leads nowhere near the leashes. 90% of the lights out - so dark it was hard to find anything. Like shopping in a third world country

Just wanted to share what an absolute Angel Brandi is! If you are still there Brandi, (I was there in July of 2021) thank you so much for helping with a friend of mines puppy while she was sick on a long road trip! You helped me select a carrier for the car for her, you even put it together for me! I had to stay outside with her while she got sick, and you went back inside and swiped my credit card for me. I hope you or your manager sees this update! The Malinois puppy is doing wonderful and is about 70 pounds already! Petco needs more employees like you.

One star for strict return policy. I bought two pet carriers, one of them was a demo off the shelf. When we decided we didn’t need it the sales clerk said it had been used and it was hairy and they couldn’t put it back on the shelf (it came with hair inside of it, we did t use it). So I’d say be careful of buying products off the floor. You can never be too hygienic with the pups (eye roll).

I got and fairly quick appointment, with my favorite groomer, Tasha, then checkin was on time and the grooming team was quite pleasant. My pup's cut was done very well and completed ahead of the time frame they prepared me for. I'll be back!

All experiences here have been amazing! The pythons are active, (for snakes) the mice, ferrets, turtles, birds, kittens and Guinea pigs are adorable, and the autistic section is clean with active fish. The only problem, when I got a mermaid betta today, is that we got a new heater and plants for the fish and unfortunately, the lady at checkout didn’t give us either. I’m sure it was a mistake, but still very disappointing. My betta is still happy and healthy as it is a hot period of time, but the weather is unpredictable and we don’t want him to get too cold.Again, I’m sure it was a mistake, as that is very easy to do. This store is amazing for all animals, even a starfish.

Employees were super friendly and offered to help. Isles were blocked with inventory and that made it difficult to get around. I was very unhappy to see that they were selling an invasive fish; the Common Pleco. I also know it as the armored catfish.
