Great instore customer service! We over-engineered our trailer connection "need" and Michelle encouraged us to try the parts out right in the parking lot to ensure we had the right pieces before we drove off, an hour home. So apprecaite that she did because we got the wrong elements the first time so she helped us easily exchange and get the right parts and made sure we were ready to roll before driving off. Thanks Michelle!

Had a valid Tractor Supply coupon for 20% off a certain brand. They ended up not taking it with no explanation. Didn’t make any effort at all to try to research why it wouldn’t work. I even asked them when I walked in and another employee said it should work.

Super friendly staff. A nice variety of goods including pet supplies, unique candy, garden decor, and supplies. Seasonal items are here also. I enjoy this store. Not too large, and always has a unique find.

The staff are surprisingly helpful - they go the extra mile to help you find it - I've had that experience on several occasions. One time they carried it to the register for me & then got a cart & put it on it for meEveryone is so friendly, it just makes me feel good to shop there!

UPDATE 8/10/22. Can't remember when I posted this review, but the store declined so much I stopped using it. However, yesterday and today I had a need to visit and the store has IMPROVED MARKEDLY. Clean, well stocked, organized. Greeted as I entered. Got rapid and quality service. Like a different store. Keep up the good work! 4 stars now, heading up.

Online order was ready when I got there, was out the door in five minutes. If I wasn't pressed for time I would have went back and purchased some black licorice that I spied at the cash register. Great store!

I love this store and the people. I bought 15 plants and the delivery was delayed and the plants didn’t make it. The manager was amazing and helped me return them. I love their clothes and I buy my seeds and pet supplies here. 100% excellent

We just moved to the area and I have only been in to the store a couple of times but every time I was greeted and personally guided to exactly what I was looking for by Manager Ethan. That and the efficient check out made shopping here really convenient. Better availability and prices on fencing products than Lowes. I will continue to shop here frequently because of the great customer service provided by Ethan and his staff.

The store itself is well organized and easily navigated. The staff are a little lacking, I purchased a shirt last time I visited, but I had tried the shirt on first. In doing so I left my sunglasses in the changing room, I noticed when I was about 5 minutes away. I turned around and called them to ask them if they would mind checking if they were still there. I agreed to go check, but within 30 seconds picked the phone back up and said they were no longer there. I arrived back at the store and found them in the changing room exactly where I had left them. I wouldn't mind if they had said they were busy and would attempt to check if they had time or anything similar to that, but to be blatantly lied to isn't really comforting. Side note the cash register is more than a 30 second walk from the changing room. I will continue to shop here but I would recommend not relying on the store associates to be of much help.

Tried to buy a dog run for 349.00. It was supposef tobe 159.00 off but TC wouldn't sell me one for that price. They said I had to order it online.on line the same run was 499.00 with 150.00 off. Then they wanted 249.00 to ship it, that's with 50.00 off. Who would do that? 630.00 total. I could buy it at the store for 350.00 plus tax. They're cyber sale is just stupid!

Literally saved us. Broke down with a ruined axle spindle on a 2 axle camper. Guess who had a suitable axle. That's right, tractor supply. Got us nearly 2 miles all the way home to Cincinnati. Good as new.
