We had a pipe burst and it flooded our laundry room, both guest bedrooms and the hallway... all while were out of town... Avery and his team at Ecos handled the whole thing so fast, and so well I am so so glad I called them. They did the entire mitigation- and worked with my insurance directly s i never even had to pay and get reimbursed for that part. They helped with all the subcontractors to do the repairs... and all the while they treated my house with respect and kept it clean. I would highly recommend them. If you have to have your house flood, Ecos is absolutely the people to call. They made the whole thing super easy!

First comes the asbestos test where they cut big gouges into my drywall, so if I did have asbestos now its air borne. Then they promise you a plumber that never shows up. They left us with huge pieces of wall missing. And I never heard from them again. I would not use them again.

There is no adequate way to describe the mental anguish and turmoil one goes through during a crisis involving their personal possessions. It is more than devastating to watch as your daughters little childhood drawings disintegrate in front of your eyes; however, the caring and understanding words of a young woman who was leading the way for the Ecos team were more comforting than one could imagine. I was charged thousands for asbestos testing in my 26x 12 trailer. My neighbor had 2ce the size home and was charged with 10 tests for $500 by another local company. All my money for my demolition permit and building permit was blow on 46 tests in the space no bigger than a shoe box. They didnt even confirm with us how mamy they were going to take, just robbed us blind. We wish we had shopped around more. This is straight robbery. I am not rich, I work hard for my money and I had to delay building because i cant afford the permits that I saved for over a year. Its discusting. When we confronted them they said, sorry but thats the way it was. If they had offered to removed the extremely small spot where they found it out of all 46 spots... it would have made me feel like they were trying. Not sure how people like this can sleep at night.
