Every time I shop here has been a great experience. ALL THE STAFF & MANAGEMENT have been giving myself & family great , friendly & professional customer service. The prices are reasonable and the selection of products for a small town. It seems that they’re short staff and appears to be struggling with that. I always seem to find what I need tho. I always enjoy shopping here, The ladies seems to be happy to work there & enjoy their small chats.

Again sorry for ringing the bell twice. I have hearing damage and If it hurt your feelings half as much as having a sign that says "ring once" pointed out to you like you also can't read then I completely understand. So ironic I'll have to remind myself that most people can actually hear tones better than me. I'll refrain from being so inconsiderate in the future. :)

I have been in over 25 family dollars and this stores had given me the best all around experience I had. They were very courteous, knowledgeable,clean,and well stocked.

Worst place to do business ever. So rude and close 5-10 minutes earlier than posted. The two ladies that work here in the evenings lock up at 5:50 including yelling at people and threatening them to leave or else. Also what are we all to do here now that 5 seperate vehicles showed with each having 1-2 customers in them but we all got locked out. Says it closes at 9! Its now 6pm

My husband and I stopped by the family dollar store to pick up a few items a few minutes before 6 and even though it says they are open until 9 the two women close the store before 6. The women yelled at me saying they were closing In a few minutes. While multiple people are trying to go to the store the women rush out leaving the lights on and the doors locked. Terrible business practices.

Cashier told me to put the basket up “where I got it” in a snide tone after poking fun at my hair. I broke my hips less than a year ago and have been very depressed. The only reason I “lazily” left the basket there is because my items are easier to carry with two hands. Not a fan of Broncos, and now not a fan of stopping here even though it’s a short drive from my house.

Like almost every other business around, rarely open during the posted hours.Rule of thumb for the area, if the sun is down just stay home regardless of posted hours for any business.

5 stars! Today I spent six hours in this store just seeing what they had. I even had to take a lunch break. I don't know what compelled me to spend so much time here but I'll definitely be back next year!

This store is rarely open as it's listed and the manager is the only one that opens and closes. Whoever else is hired here doesn't care to come service the times of 08am-10pm several times I've come here and they aren't open at the suggested times.

Horrible customer service. Rude comments towards me and my family. Overly dramatic throwing my merchandise around. Handled customers very poorly and was very disrespectful. I don’t know how these people even work here. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Then they sent customers to come yell at us.

Its quite amazing you can find a family dollar in Georgetown. Considering the price of other suppliers in the area, family dollar is definitely the place to go. Great selection of groceries and home necessities.

One of the few stores in Georgetown but it doesn't offer fresh fruit or anything like that it's all Frozen and canned goods and some Necessities pots pans dishes stuff like that

Tons of bargain items! Although it's not dollar tree where everything is $1, I got some cute yoga pants with pockets for $9 and some stretchy shoes for $8!
