Hands down, one of the best experiences in customer service I've ever experienced!My pup and I were scrambling to find a jacket and I knew it was going to be tough since it was 1) summer 2) non-standard breed 3) last-minute. I was greeted by friendly folks after visiting three other stores and immediately informed that they had "winter jackets in the back". The two gentleman spent nearly an hour with me as we tried on multiple styles/sizes and types. My pup prodded around the store to make sure they were fitting well and we also did some research online.Long story short, these two provided service you just don't see anymore. Customer-focused, knowledgeable and incredibly patient.My mountain trip went off without a hitch and the Ruffwear Jacket worked like a charm! Thanks so much y'all, we certainly appreciate you!

You can always expect to get great customer service at Chuck and Dons. As soon as i walk in the door i predominantly just ask the employees to help me find what i need. They know exactly where which items I'm seeking. The staff reaches out to help you by telling you what they think about the products. Products that the staff stands by is always nice. They offer and excellent exhange policy. If you pet doesn't like or enjoy it, bring it back and we can refund. Helpful is all i can say about this place. I have a slightly picky older cat and this offers me a piece of mind. We are on trial with alot of things to benefit her healthy and keep her kidneys functioning as long as she feels the need to stay with me.This place is great and i recommend this store for your pets needs. VERY impressed with the cat selection of everything. Its nice to have more options for my cat

These guys will spend time with you to find the right food for your dog. Dylan spent tons of time helping me find the right food for my challenging older dog, and his suggestions worked. They're super friendly and you won't find junky or questionable products here.

Such an amazing pet supply shop. I went here to grab a couple toys for my new kitten and ended up getting him a more nutritious food and treats that he just goes crazy for. Huge thank you to Valerie for answering all my questions and not making me feel like an idiot. A welcome change from the usual holistic shops.

Very clean and organized pet store. We decided to try a new kind of food and our stubborn pup refused to eat it. The staff had no issue exchanging the opened bag for us. Friendly and awesome customer service. We will be back. Thanks!

New to the area, so I stopped in, and asked the girl a couple of simple questions. She was outright hostile, and told me it wasn't her job to know anything about the products. I decided to spend my money elsewhere. The positive reviews must be left by friends of the owner, because if they don't know who you are, they'll run you out of the place.

Totally loved these people! Even though I think they were actually closed, or closing, when we got there, they were super gracious and helpful, and nice to our dogs of course. We are not friends of the owners (as the negative review suggested) but now we want to be!
