Josh did a great job today. He checked in with me to make sure I didn’t need service inside the house. Because their service works so well I didn’t need any pest control inside the house or garage. Only complaint I have is that before he left he was nice enough to try closing our garages. Unfortunately, when both garages are closed at same time it pops the breaker so the garages don’t close. Above and beyond, that's all I can say. This company has done a terrific job at controlling pests, communicating, following up, and generally taking care of me as a customer. My technician today was Kyle. Not only was he understanding about me forgetting to put my dog in the house, he was more concerned for her safety than his. He waited for 10 minutes for me to get home and put the dog up and proceeded to take care of the rest of the spraying.I have a high standard for services I use, and Croach exceeds them all.
