Allan, in the Floral Department, is one of the most customer service oriented people I have interacted with in years! He ordered the flowers and greens I needed for my son’s rehearsal dinner in Winter Park. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, on time in buckets, and were beautiful in our many arrangements. I highly recommend buying your flowers from Allan at the Fraser floral department!

5 stars for the stores deli. Sarah the manager, as well as the other workers in the deli department were extremely helpful and courteous. I was struggling to figure out what I wanted on my deli tray for a party and they helped me plan the perfect assortment for my guests with all their dietary needs in mind. The breakfast burritos the deli puts out in the morning are also delicious and one of my favorite things to grab in the morning before work. It's that quality service from the deli and its manager that set the Safeway in Frasier apart from other stores in the county for me.

This store has really turned around in the past year, the new manager is doing an excellent job. As a life long local I can honestly say this location has never looked as great as it does now not to mention all the employees seem to be a lot happier. Big shout out to the store manager! And as always the deli crew. Absolutely love stopping by to get a hot lunch and always greeted with a warm smile!

We were just trying to have a fun weekend in Winter Park, and I have a service dog that is very well behaved and wasn't around food or anything. We were having 2 sandwiches made for our family in the deli, but while we were waiting the assistant manager, ushra, was VERY RUDE and inconsiderate and it's really sad that we get attacked for no reason. I don't know how to spell her name because she refused to give me her information or her managers information when i asked. She said we weren't allowed in the store with our dog. We explained he was our service animal, and she started asking a bunch of questions about him. Then she said she didn't care, that she was kicking us out of the store. There is a reason why my boyfriend has a service dog in the first place so this made my boyfriend shut down and he left the store. This is not how an assistant manager of Safeway should treat disabled people. Just about every time we go into this Safeway, there are other service dogs, but nothing is said to them so she was attacking us. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she's always like this. I talked to the store manager, and she lied to him and said she never kicked us out of the store. It really put a damper on our weekend. Life is stressful enough, so when you try to get a couple fun days away from home its hard. Then people treat you this way and it's even harder to relax, it's just sad, especially when she was just trying her hardest to be mean and hateful. Everyone else at that store is so sweet and we never have any problems, so this one lady makes the store look awful. I hope something is done about this.

So, my daughter graduated university and for her party I bought several dishes from the deli at this store. It was my first time here and as an outsider I was a bit skeptical but my GOD! The food and the staff at the deli were the most pleasant, professional and exquisite experiences I've ever had! The food was a kick at the party, too. BIG THANK YOU to the deli staff for all of their hard work. You guys bring a lot to the table! (literally and figuratively!)

Surprisingly better than some stores in Denver and Aurora.Better and more variety.Ready to eat sections like Chicken station, Ready meals, etc. were freshly cooked/prepared and really good selection.Came in on a weekend and a breeze to shop.

This place is a joke and potential food poisoner. Do not eat anything unless frozen, pre-packaged, or full of preservatives. They have no health codes or guidelines in practice or engorced. If you have been sick after eating their food, guarantee it was the cause. Things are thawed daily and refrozen, example king crab, snow crab and raw lobster tails at close and never turned or replaced. No proper rotation. They thaw and refreeze every night after being in case all day. The rest just sits on what little love there is all night. NO Food safety or idea of what it means. Also DO NOT buy the "manager special" meat with 30% off sticker. It should say "throw this away". No cleaning of surfaces, gloves used for multiple foods (chicken, then beef or pork) or training for food safety. Raw products stored over cooked or other food. Good luck and if you do purchase. If you can find food somewhere else I would highly recommend. Or enjoy food poisoning. The safest food is out of the freezers and they are broken most of the time also and product is shifted back and forth. Need the health inspector to pay them a visit and give them a clue. Also most of managers are very unprofessional and rude some are great but doesn't help the food issues. Good luck with your illness for days if you buy deli, or meat/seafood department. Sad to make so many people sick on their vacations or visits with families.

This place is ridiculous. I have lived here for 2 years now and I have employees that cash checks for more that $500. I go into the store with a $212 refund check from my university because I take online classes. And they couldn't cash my check. When I asked the store director why He says because it's over $200. That makes no sense. But the real reason is because IM BLACK!!!!

Clean, well maintained facilities. Deli and bakery have great selection of fresh ready to eat food. Well stocked in most all items. I was there at noon and employees were busy stocking, however no pallets or large carts in the aisles ( unlike Granby City Market). Employees seemed friendly and knowledgeable. This 5 star rating is for Rick, who was working the cashier this eve - 11/20/23. He was very kind & patient during a very busy night ahead of the holiday. I wanted to use a generic coupon (from gThankYou) that can be redeemed at a number of grocery stores and he was very helpful in processing it even though it was new to him. His manager, Ausra, was very hard on him because a line formed behind me while processing and I believe her mistreatment of Rick was unwarranted.

This place is a dumpster fire for sure.Never seen such poor customer service and incredibly rude employees and the store manager is a joke, albeit a short one, more like a petulant snowflake schoolboy. Asked for help and was completely ignored. Employees just tell you to shop elsewhere. Tried to email Safeway but after you enter your information and detail your experience it won’t allow it to be sent. Clearly a systemic problem. If you call they take your information and promise to follow up. Don’t hold your breath. Guess I’ll just drive a little further to City Market. Pathetic customer service and management.

It’s shocking to me that this grocery store is better stocked than the same Safeway in Denver. There’s no reason to a grocery store in the mountain should be better than one in the city. I need to fix this ASAP.

Safeway is a welcome stop in an otherwise expensive location to exist. They have a wide variety of products, and spectacular views from the parking lot. Very festive holiday decor, autumn in this case.

Very annoying the digital coupon doesn’t work in the app and the cashier is not allowed to charge the coupon price. Ended up paying more than the label price for quite a few items.

This is the worst, most RUDE, Overpriced, grocery store EVER!THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT THE COMMUNITY OR FOOD QUALITY.THE PRICES ARE (NOT) AS MARKED & NO ONE WILL EVER DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE THEY ONLY HIRE FOREIGNERS WHO DEFINITELY COULDN'T CARE LESS.I PERSONALLY CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THE PARENT COMPANY IS SOLD!!!Kroger and Albertsons are selling more than 400 stores to Piggly Wiggly's parent company, C&S Wholesale Grocers. The sale includes 52 stores in Colorado.Maybe then change will come to this terribly managed store!!!The ONLY monopoly is the one we are currently suffering due to the carelessness of this Safeway & the lack of discipline for the sake of the customers...The white haired old lady at checkout should have been FIRED 15 years ago!She is rude, Spiteful & Hateful but somehow gets away with trashy treatment of locals.She's not even a American citizen but still gets treated well enough to continue living in our country while treating locals like they are all blow her.Yeshhh Right!!!Bye Bye ! The flower section looks amazing and smelled good. Produce was good. But their pricing is crazy. There are all kinds of things advertised as on sale or with "digital coupons". We even had their app and even then we were not given the sale prices on everything (we got charged double the advertised price for diet code for example)As a side note the Plastic bags are not free in CO which I agree with... Just wish they had a sign next to them as I would have preferred buying a reusable bag instead.

They were busy but everywhere is in the summer. Have great prices on beef and camping supplies. Definitely sign up to be a member from day one. It is free and saved us $20+ on our first visit. No one will offer it though you have to do it through customer service before you shop. It has limited shelf space so you may not get everything you need there

For the most part we enjoy shopping here. They need to update their self check outs. They are overly sensitive and have to wait for service to come and dismiss the alert. Even when you enter in I brought my own bags and the amount the bagging area is still too sensitive. It makes for a frustrating check out experience.

I’m giving this grocery store a two just because you can find anything you need. However, once I got to the self check out the staff working there was a bit rude. I must say I was already a bit frustrated because the self check out system is odd. It takes too long to scan each item and you need to keep ALL of the things you’ve bought on the scale(where the bags are at). It doesn’t give you the option of scanning and placing it in the cart(first time I’ve had this occurrence). BUT what TRULY placed me a little over the boiling point was the fact that the staff member was very ON TOP OF US. Stating how every bag was 20 cents. Like ma’am I understood the first time. There was no need to repeat yourself EVERY SINGLE TIME we placed any item in the bag. When trying to understand the reason why the machine would stop working as we placed the groceries in the cart she responded “well you shouldn’t be paying here with ALL these items in the first place.” Ma’am I WILL SCAN MY ITEMS WHERE I THINK ITS APPROPRIATE. It was dark outside we had just arrived in Colorado and we were trying to get home as soon as possible. My advice would be to be a bit more courteous when speaking to others.

Safeway saves the day!!!!The Devils Thumb fire was active and fire crews were working hard!!!The Safeway Deli rushed to get 150 lunches ready for the firefighters overnight! It took all the Bread and most of the snack items that they had in stock to help us feed the crews! So if you didn't get bread, or some of your fave snacks this week,Its because the firefighters needed to have fuel to keep working!THANK YOU SAFEWAY!!!
