Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well maintained facilities. Well stocked with typical hardware store items. Much better prices than the Granby Ace Hardware. Limited off street and handicap accessible parking. Stores hours are consistent.

Even though this is a smaller store, they have a really good stock of items. I always try Ace first before I order anything online, and 99% of the time, they'll have it. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Thanks again for serving the community!

These guys are great folks. They are always happy to help you figure out what you need, no matter how big or small the project. I became a fan for life when the owner came to a good Samaritan rescue, when I had several distillery-bound tanks that exceeded the capacity of my pallet stacker. He was willing to loan me not only the use of his forklift, but his time to operate it as well. Talk about a friendly neighbor! I will always turn to Fraser Ace first when I need equipment and supplies, and you should too!

Everyone working here is always so helpful and often waiting at the door to help. If they don't have what you need they can order it and get it fast. No need to make a trip down the hill when you have a local store like theirs.

Went into Fraser Valley Ace Hardware with a varied list of items from Plumbing to light bulbs to hardware to shower curtain to vacuum cleaner belt to batteries. Had absolutely everything I needed! And helpful! Every employee knew where each item was located. No need to go anywhere else! Soup to nuts (and bolts)!

This is the most unhelpful Ace I have been too. When going through register I was not asked if I was a rewards member then I asked if I could submit my numberAnd he replied it was too late. No sorry no nothing. To me it seemed like he didn't care. Not good customer service.
