I LOVE this place, they are wonderful! We have been taking our 2 pups to Bella for 2 years for their grooming. My male dog (pit/boxer mix) is almost always anxious when I leave him, but he gets excited to go here. The customer service is fast, caring and friendly. Every staff member i interact with is so calm and loving with the pups in their care. My pups come home after every spa day looking beautiful, smelling great, having clean ears/teeth, short smooth nails and best of all they are happy! I do recommend this location to my friends and neighbors because I know my pups love it. If I'm ever in need of daycare, overnight stay or their many other services they will be my go to for those as well. Thank you for taking care of my fur babies!

Our two pups (Teddy Bear Breed) have been going to Bella and Sam for a couple of years now and have always had a great experience. They always give us exactly what we ask for and the quality is top notch. Most importantly of course is the comfort we feel leaving our boys with them. From the moment we met both Bella and Sam you could tell they love animals and take pride in their work and professionalism. Wags and Walks is a great facility and has a real family feel with everyone I’ve dealt with there. Better than the big chain and corporate places. Very friendly staff and our pups are always well taken care of. Highly recommend this business on all aspects of our experience with them. This place is absolutely amazing!! I have used all of their services and they are great. I have a dog with severe social anxiety and does not do the best when getting groomed. Bella, my groomer, is so flexible and does a great job keeping my fur baby calm. I also have a high energy goldendoodle and he goes to daycare once a week. When we pull in the parking lot he starts jumping around cause he’s so exited! Everyone who works there is kind and caring and fun! I could go on and on about Wags N Wash! Moral of the story, you will not be disappointed in leaving your fur baby in the hands of Wag N Wash!

I have a hard time trusting groomers with my dog because I’ve had experiences of paying for a service and not having it done. However, our groomer, Bella listened to exactly what I wanted and even got my pups dew-claws which are usually missed since they’re rarer. He came back pearly white and soft as a cloud. He also lasted that way for two months when his fur usually mats on his hips within 2 weeks.

Our girls Molly (8 mo) & Sadie (7 yrs) love it here! They are both so exhausted from their time with other dogs & the fantastic staff when they are boarded. We love they get interaction with other dogs.We love the updates sent thru text about play time with pics, etc.Molly even joined daycare twice/week & when she had an injury & we decided to keep her home to heal, she brought us her collar thinking she was going there one morning. 💗 She missed her friends.We adore the staff, everything is so easy going, discounts for certain pay methods & prices are very reasonable.Highly recommend!!

As someone who works for a local vet clinic, I am very picky about who cares for my dog. Everyone at wags n walks is so caring, and kind, and you can always tell how much they love animals! Our dog is a scared rescue and they are so gentle with her. My dog has boarded, gone to daycare, and used their grooming services and every time she’s there, she comes out happy, and a better dog! We are so grateful to everyone at wags n walks for caring for our girl and highly recommend them for all pets needs!

I took my two dogs to a day daycare at W&W. The staff was so welcoming to me and my doggies. I was concerned about the behavior of one of my dogs but both dogs were instantly comfortable. They were both still smiling and happy when I picked them up several hours later. I will definitely use W&W again!

Terrible experience with kennel. Both dogs got kennel cough! On pick up dogs were wet, matted and stunk of excrement. One of our dogs has a scab on their nose from being bitten. So disappointed!

My fiancée and I used Wags N Walks to board our dog for 3 days during a ski trip and were beyond impressed with the level of service they provided for the price. The staff is very friendly and sent an update on Popcorn every day, including pictures. They even gave her a bath and washed her food bowl before our return! I would recommend Wags N Walks to anyone looking for a quality boarding or daycare service. We will certainly be using them in the future!

I find it highly disturbing that the shuttle driver who’s transporting people’s beloved pets is not only driving with their phone in hand, but two earbuds in. Be careful who you guys let drive around.
