Very impressed with Franktown Firearms. Was my first time going there after many times driving by and debating it, and I will definitely be coming back. Staff was super friendly, open, and seemed happy to be there. Came in roughly an hour before closing and they had no issues getting me a lane. The lanes were clean and there were plenty of tables and gear available to use. Overall, solid range and selection in this location!

Franktown Firearms is always eager to serve. From the gun store to the range. The employees are always asking if they can help. Their prices are very competitive for guns and supplies. The range staff is professional and rock solid on their knowledge and help with anything one might need on a live fire range. Check in by Greg for the range was timely and informative as he guided me thru the policies and procedures of the range. Franktown Firearms is great for a first time shooter, an expert or the entire family!!!

Franktown Firearms is a GREAT store! It just has a "downhome" feel to it. Dan and his crew treat you with respect and dignity every time! I feel like I'm a valued customer whenever I visit. Their prices are fair and they have a great selection of firearms and ammo, plus a law enforcement discount. We've bought 8 firearms there and feel like we walked out the winner each time! Their 25 yard range is a plus with targets available as well. You won't find a better run store than this and they value everyone of their customers. This is my number one store just because they make me feel valued every time I visit! BEST STORE ANYWHERE!

The owner, Sean is phenomenal. Rico always does a good job taking care of me. Dan always hobbles over and helps me knowing I only buy stuff once every 25 times I’m in. Dave is one of the most competent and friendly RSO’s I’ve ever met. Greg is always a treat to deal with. Best gun shop in the entire state of Colorado. Like a second family to me and mine. Took my girlfriend here shooting for her first time. She loved it! The range was very clean. The simple layout of the indoor range was fantastic for a new shooter and easy for an experienced one. Will definitely be coming back!

There is something to be said about small town business. And Franktown Firearms & Shooting Range checks all of the boxes plus some for good measure.Awesome folks working the counter here. They aren’t shy to help and very knowledgeable. The people working the range are just as awesome and very helpful.If you haven’t been to a shooting range ever or if you’ve only been a few times and you are not super comfortable yet to go then give this shop and range a try. You’ll feel welcomed and nobody here starring or judging you for not being a seasoned shooter.If your a seasoned shooter you’d love this place just as much.

What an awesome place. They have everything you could want or need. Furthermore, the shooting range is as clean and safe as you would want.The gentleman (will update name later once I recall it) that checks you in right before you go back is super knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Likewise, the range attendants are just as knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman that’s typically in there on Sundays is vigilant in all of the right ways. He ensures that everybody is being safe, enjoying their time, and he does it without ever being in the way or crowding you if that makes sense. I’ve been to several other places but this indoor range in Franktown is my utmost favorite.

Franktown Firearms does a great job of staying stocked up on anything firearms and ammo. The shooting range is awesome too, highly recommend ladies night. I regularly attend their Tactical Fun Night on the 3rd Friday night of each month. Great opportunity to develop your skills outside of the normal stand in your shooting lane and put holes in targets.

They have a decent selection and prices are fair but what really makes this place is the people. Best costumer service ive ever experienced hands down and everyone that works there knows what they are doing. Every employee there treats you with respect and kindness. Extremely happy with my membership here. You can pay way more for a newer range, but you will not get the same level of friendly customer service anywhere else! Every department of their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, from the instructors, to the range safety staff, to the weaponsmith, and right on up to the owner himself.

Went today for the first time and found it to be decent and clean! Staff was nice and didn’t nickel and dime you to death. Range is kept clean, there was a gentleman in the range with us who was firing a very loud rifle and that was a distraction, however the employees don’t have control over that so I will not be dinging them for it. We just waited until he left to shoot. Range operator was very knowledgeable and helped me through some insecurities I had with my new firearm (purchased elsewhere) and the man who helped me find the right holster for it was ready to help with no distraction. Fair prices, clean shop. Hoping to see more shotgun sporting accessories available in the future

A fantastic group of people! Within just three times of visiting this store they quickly jumped onto my top 3 favorite gun shops. While their selection of firearms is primarily American firearms, that's not necessarily a problem. The gunsmiths are very knowledgeable, polite and quite impressive in regards to firearms.(especially Colts.) I'd highly reccomend this shop.

Sean and his staff run an excellent range and shop. By far the best range for miles around, exponentially better than the goofballs at DCF and theirpoor lighting or the "too tactic-cool for school" bullies at Centennial Gun Club. Very friendly, safe, and a good place to get my lead therapy. Reasonably priced range fees, ammo, and guns, and convenient location. Excellent job at filling a tall order.

Hands down the BEST gun range to go to in the Denver area. They do not constantly watch you or stand over your shoulder. They go by big boy rules. AND you can shoot shotguns here.

Love the small business groups that are surviving here. These guys cater to customers and will make sure you have what you need. Easy- going group that appreciates customers and makes sure they get what they need. Bought a new firearm, used their range to sight it in (for free) and have never had a bad experience. HAd a good supply of ammo when I was there. Willing to work with customers for their needs. Check these guys out
