I've had so many issues with this Walgreens.I've had a prescription called in at 10:30am to be ready at 11:30am for antibiotics and it not getting done until 10pm when they had closed. 2 weeks later, supposed to be ready at 11:30am and showed delayed for a combo antibiotic and I called them at 1pm to ask why and it was ready within 10 min....it was a prefilled bottle! All they had to do was put a label on it.The last straw was in the store and the clerk went and got the tube of prescription but told me I would have to wait 20 minutes because there was someone waiting for their prescription ahead of me waiting for theirs to be filled...most likely one that needed to be counted out and put in a bottle. She had my prescription in her hand and told me cost....if that isn't absurd, I don't know what is.I'm moving my business to a different pharmacy all together. They obviously don't care about their customers....at least they made me feel like they don't.

It is so incredibly aggravating to go to a Walgreens anywhere and have them still not have your prescription done after hours, even days of having it. I remember when they used to get everything done so quickly and now it takes an act of God to get anything done. I am so tired of dealing with Walgreens. Honestly, I have stayed here so long hoping it would get better, and nothing. I'm done. Don't go to this Walgreens or any because you will just be wasting money.

Dr called in two prescriptions on Saturday night. The pharmacy was still open. I got there and the lady at the window was so rude. She could see they were prescriptions that needed to be filled right away. Instead she said, we close in 12 min. And we can't fill them. Way to go Walgreens. And we wonder why the emergency rooms are always so busy.

I really wish I could do negative stars. I have been coming to this Walgreens for 20+ years. Over the last 2-3 years this store has taken a huge fall. There is really no customer service. The pharmacy is rude and inconsiderate of peoples needs. You will wait forever in line and then they won’t have what you need. I will never go to another Walgreens ever again.

I've tried giving this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt on numerous occasions but I simply can't any longer. I'm constantly waiting days for my prescription to be refilled & it's just one that's already on automatic refill. I'll call to ask about an update and they'll tell me they don't know what happened or oh we must've forgot. It's not like it's an inhaler or anything important....Anyways, today I called because yet again I've been waiting for days and the guy that answered the phone was rude and impatient. Come to find out it's ready, just never got the call.This pharmacy has been a pain in the butt since I switched 2 years ago. No improvement over the course of 2 years. If anything it's getting worse. There's always some rude person to deal with, a long line that takes an hour to get through, lack of communication, and ridiculous excuses.The rest of my experience with the other departments is fine, great even! It's the pharmacy that is the problem.

Wish this could be zero stars. Pharmacy Customer service is absolutely the worst. Tell you when prescription will be ready and never is. 24+ hours to fill a simple everyday prescription is horrible. Will never use them again.

There needs to be negative stars. The pharmacist refuses to fill prescriptions because "it's his license." He thinks he's a doctor and overrides anything your prescriber ordered. Please go somewhere else if you want your meds filled and maybe on time. I tried going to the manager and she couldn't do anything about it either. It took 2 weeks getting my medications and I suffered the entire time. I am in pain and I am suffering. #boycottwalgreens

Had to ask twice about information on Pinkey the tech referred me to the pharmacist. The pharmacist did not respond at all. Went for a second trip up to the counter with children and tote, and had to ask again. This time I brought a variety of items that were potentials. I was told that I needed a doctors script. This is not true because I have treated Pink eye in the past successfully. I just couldn’t remember what the active ingredients were to help with symptoms so if I go to Mountain mamas who actually has people that care provide customer service and have answers the first time around.

If I could give negative stars I would. Choose a different pharmacy. Walmarts the closest and twice as good(and that should be appalling). These people are the laziest, rudest, scum of the earth. Literally have dropped the ball on life saving and post-surgery meds many, many times. Don't trust these people with your meds, and certainly not your life because they WILL let you down.

Sue is the only reason this place gets 3 stars from me. She was running the drive thru and front end with lines outside of the parking lot and long as can be and she kept herself professional and friendly. They need more help at the pharmacy because it's busy! Walgreens do better by your employees and invest in more and invest in the ones who haven't left.

The only redeeming factor is the store part of Walgreens the employees have to put up with a lot. The pharmacy is not a well oiled machine. Took over 7 hours to get my daughters prescription after urgent care. First person could not find my daughter, the second one found her after asking for my insurance and had the medication on hand but still needed to confirm something with the urgent care. Then after waiting for another 2 hours they asked who I was waiting for and told me they were pretty sure her medication was ready and then another 15 mins passed so I got back in my car and went to the drive thru since the inside line was so long by now. 4th interaction let's see what happens...

Tried to use the FedEX here but they won’t print for you, even if you pay to have them print the photo. Unless you photo copy the image and send it to print that way. Unnecessary hassle. First time a fedex location has not allowed me to print the shipping label through them.

If I could give this Walgreens a negative -10 I would. I was on the phone for over an hour and still no one picked up. My mom just got out of the hospital and I really need this pain medication because she just had surgery and I couldn’t even get ahold of no one until having to go there and wait even longer just to get it. Everyone here seems incompetent and they have no idea how to do their job. Terrible terrible pharmacy, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Also the “manager” Morgan had to even go check to see what was going on and had no explanation.

Worst Walgreens I have ever used. I have never waited in line so long or had so many issues. The long waits are consistent to every visit weather at the drive in or going inside. The phone has just as long of a hold if you need you call for any reason needing to speak to a real person. And the mix ups on my prescriptions... how is that allowed. Can't wait for the king soops in fountain so we finally have more options!!

I went to the pharmacy today to pick up medicine that I need to take today and I got a call even talk to someone that works there saying it was ready. When I want to pick it up at the drive-through the lady said it wasn’t ready that it was still in Denver, me and my wife try to tell her that no is there cause we got a call that it was ready. She then said that you get that notification that it’s ready but it’s not ready. So that was confusing, so then I left called again and boom they said it is ready, after I just left. So went back talk to the same person that just told us that it was in Denver and that we had to wait the weekend to pick it up even though we told her it was ready, she didn’t even check. Just looked at her little computer. That medicine was very important to me to have that day. Is sad they let people like that work at such important jobs. She didn’t even apologize or acknowledge that she made a mistake. This was August 4 at 8 PM working at the drive through. Please teach her how to care more and do her job this are people health we are talking about here. Get it together

Have always used this pharmacy since I was little for my medications. Usually I don’t have issues. I am pregnant and had my OB fill out a prescription for nausea medication for me, sent to this pharmacy WEEKS ago. It should have been ready same day. I have been suffering with nausea and constant sickness for weeks waiting for them to fill my prescription for me. I decided I had enough today and tried to call to see what was going on, the pharmacist on the line told me they “had never received anything”… so I call my OB office and it turns out it DID go through weeks ago. They called the pharmacy to see why I hadn’t gotten my medication yet. The pharmacy DID have it, but refused to tell them why they didn’t want to fill my prescription for me (???) and were suddenly able to fill it today for me (???). Seems really sketchy that they refused to tell my OB why they didn’t want to fill out a nausea medication prescription for a pregnant person and decided to let it just be forgotten about instead of contacting me or my OB about it if there were any issues regarding filling it out. Why lie to me about whether or not you have my medication when I directly called and asked??? Aside from the pharmacy, I had an incident a while back here where I had been literally followed around nonstop the store by a young girl working there when I was shopping around asking if “I was done, am I ready to be checked out, am I done, do I have everything I need, am I done?” NONSTOP, as if I was stealing or not allowed to be there. Was such an uncomfortable experience as someone that grew up in this area and has used this Walgreens since the early 2000s. Will not be using this pharmacy anymore, the longer drive to Walmarts pharmacy is worth it.

Completely and utterly unacceptable pharmacy. Waited over 45 minutes for a prescription for an 85 year old woman. People have life savings or time sensitive medicines to pick up. Staff was completely unbothered. The only reason my time was "short" was because 4 others stepped out of the line. Staff didn't apologize or anything and we're frequently coming in and out of the pharmacy. Zero customer service skills. I had other shopping to do but refused to do it at Walgreens.

First off, all of the pharmacy techs are so kind and patient. And I know that the way things are done here, are not necessarily their fault. But the way Walgreens or upper management runs this location is absolutely ridiculous.The line here is always so backed up, and it takes extremely long to get through it.I tried picking up my prescription countless times in the past couple of weeks. I’ve come to pick up but due to the line taking so long, I’ve had to leave for other priorities. I came one evening after running errands and the pharmacy was closed an hour early for unknown reasons. So I tried calling to see if I could have my prescription delivered. The first time I spoke with someone they gave me incorrect instructions. The second time I was on hold for nearly an hour and had to hang up due to the length of time and needing to do other things. The third time I was told to do it through the app, which I did but my request was rejected for unknown reasons.I came this morning right when they opened, and I was told by the pharmacy tech that due to my prescription being on the shelf for so long, it was put back in inventory. I was so upset when I heard this & was told I’d have to replace my order & wait until at least 10am.After taking my kids to school and coming back from errands, my husband and I waited another 20 minutes in line to finally pick up my prescription. This has been absolutely ridiculous. Whoever actually runs this pharmacy needs to make serious changes. I’ll be requesting a different pharmacy from my doctor asap because I simply cannot wait like this again. It’s been horrible.

I was really looking forward to shopping today because I love Walgreens cosmetic selection and I do take my time because I plan on spending a lot of money this is a privilege when I get to buy make up for myself. Instead of enjoying my shopping experience, I found a very large manager man following me around the whole store up I paid over 120.$ I did inform the cashier and open my purse, to show her that I hadn't shoplifted anything.As you could probably guess with a last name Martinez I am a Brown person I am a Brown woman and I work very hard I don't deserve to be treated as a suspect nor does anybody why do they insist on following you around if they have cameras I'll never be returning to this location again.

It seems very difficult to get service at the pharmacy. We have waited for over an hour for a simple prescription fill while watching many other people who came after us have their orders completed. After 45 minutes of waiting my wife went and asked about it and was told "oh, let me get that started for you". Why is this so hard and why is our time of such little value to Walgreens? I do not want to come back here again, I will seek other stores to patronize who will show that they care about us as customers and people.Walgreens, some sense of operations management would benefit you in this location.

Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It’s scary that these people are in charge of handling medicines that people count on. Been waiting to speak with someone on the phone for 2 hours. Not much better when you go into the pharmacy. Extremely long wait times.

I don’t know which is worse Fountain’s Walgreens or Post Office. It’s really sad how people lack basic customer service. I have lost so much time and energy going back and forth with these people over my son’s medicine for his seizures. His doctor sent in a refill because he literally had enough to last a couple of days. They gave me such a hard time and told me I would have to wait at least a week. At this point I had to take more time off of work to contact his neurology team to help me get his prescription transferred. Guest what?! We went to the new pharmacy the same day and picked up 8 bottles when all I was asking for was one. Walgreens will learn very soon once they loose all of their customers. NO STARS would have suited them better..

One of the worst, if not worst run GNC pharmacies I’ve been to across the country. The employees were nice and trying very hard but it’s very clear that few systems are in place to manage the throughput and expectations of their customers. This is a management problem. Showed up for a very necessary pain prescription following a trip to the ER, and was told it would take at least two hours to fill, and that they would call us. No one called us three hours later, we drove there to show up in person and still waited 45 minutes to get 12 pills in a single bottle. An hour before closing they were turning people away because it was “not possible to help them until the next day”. According to the other reviews, this 1 star review is a dime a dozen, so I doubt it will result in anything. Just go elsewhere and don’t bother.

Called in to make sure they had my medication available before my provider sent it over, like I do every month. Lady on phone was extremely rude and said they can’t, won’t and never have done that before. I explained to her that I call every month, and they tell me if they can fill it or not. By far the slowest and worst customer service I’ve ever had at any pharmacy.

This is by far the worst Walgreens of all the Walgreens I've been to in Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Nevada... Safe to say by experience & all the reviews on every platform that it's just the worst overall. For now on, I will drive a ridiculous distance to go to ANY other Walgreens to avoid this location.

I dropped off a prescription 3 days ago and I went in today to pick up and they couldn’t find it . After doing the drive through line I walked in and went in the consultation window, asked to speak with the person in charge and guess what , they scanned it in but it wasn’t completed… so they never processed it!! Three days!!!! The insurance card is on file. Now they said they will process it as soon as possible? I am in pain! Owcp always takes time so now O have to wait even longer because of their incompetence!!!!

Literally can't express how much I appreciate the cashier upfront. Everytime I'm in there for my daily needs or just shopping around she is so polite and helpful. She is such a hard worker and has amazing energy! I don't normally do surveys or reviews but she definitely deserves recognition.Tynisha deserves all the respect in the world. It's hard to find good people willing to stop what they are doing and help but she just does it and it makes my time at Walgreens worth it.

Worst Walgreens in Colorado! Every single time in the last year I go to get any prescriptions it's a 30 min or more wait inside and the drive-thru! They don't use the automatic text system to update you half of the time. You call to get an update they tell you it will be ready at said time you get there and it won't be ready for another hour! Slowest lines, bad communication, someone needs to get in there and re-purpose this system! You'll be waiting all day to get your prescriptions and then more time to just pick them up. Find some other place cause I've had it and found a new place! They dont really don't deserve 1 star.
